Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1:  I often dash words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth.

Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.

A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver:  Willing people in our state routinely, voluntarily collaborate for comprehensive safety and security: continuity (for self, children, grandchildren & beyond), integrity (both fidelity and wholeness),  justice (freedom-from oppression), defense (prevent or constrain harm), prosperity (acquire the liberty-to pursue choices), privacy (responsibly discover & pursue personal goals), lawfulness (obey the law and reform injustices); and to preserve and cultivate the rule of law for the USA’s service to the people in their states.

Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward the preamble.

Our Views (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/our_views/article_0b940f24-82b7-11e7-a43f-ff5c812b4f43.html)

What readers may observe in this editorial is the failure of the journalism profession to fulfill its statutory duties, namely 1) to maintain an educated public, 2) to report the-objective-truth, and 3) to maintain their existence.

To accomplish the first goal, journalists may examine every word they publish and make certain it collaborates for comprehensive safety and security so that most people may pursue the lives they prefer rather than be crushed by external forces or submit to dominant opinion. By now, journalists would have discovered that “civil society” is a harmful goal. Take for example, the era when American theism condoned slavery, approximately from 1793, just 5 years after the USA came into existence on June 21, 1788, see loc.gov/teachers/classroommaterials/connections/slaves-court/history4.html), until the 13th amendment in 1865.

Likewise, “social justice” is a harmful term. Likewise, “democracy” is a harmful term. Humankind is too psychologically powerful to live under civil justice, social justice or democratic justice. Humans demand the opportunity to be faithful to the-objective-truth. This demand on them is so pervasive they cannot resist it, yet it cannot be taught or imposed on them. They must experience it and observe it in action by people who practice fidelity versus dissidents to the-objective-truth.

The signers on September 17, 1787, were collectively influenced by these forces and changed governance of this land from a confederation of states to a representative republic authorized by the people who were willing to trust and commit to the preamble to the constitution for the USA. Only 2/3 of representatives of the 13 free and independent states (Treaty of Paris, 1783), signed the draft, leaving 1/3 dissident representatives.

The draft was ratified by 9 states on June 21, 1788, establishing the USA. One state joined a month later, and 9 months later, Congress was seated with representatives from 10 states. Three free and independent states were still in a quandary to join the USA or not.

The first Congress, free of the constraints that were imposed on the signers, negotiated a bill of rights that provided freedom of the press, with no constraints whatsoever. (Obviously, the people need to remedy that error.)

Journalists have failed the obligations freedom of the press entails. They’ll write anything that attracts money, so journalism is practically non-existent. Media-writers fail to discover phrases like “civic justice,” where “civic” means living people collaborating for mutual, comprehensive safety and security, in other words, civic morality.

To David Martin: Seems like an application of Alinsky Rule No. 5. "'Ridicule is man's most potent weapon.' There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals.

My thought is that resorting to ridicule is evidence of psychological weakness.

Today’s thought, G.E. Dean (Malachi 1:1-7, CJB)

“A prophecy, the word of Adonai to Isra’el through Mal’akhi:
“I love you,” says Adonai.
But you ask, “How do you show us your love?”
Adonai answers, “‘Esav was Ya‘akov’s brother.
Yet I loved Ya‘akov but hated ‘Esav.
I made his mountains desolate
and gave his territory to desert jackals.”
Edom says, “We are beaten down now,
but we will come back and rebuild the ruins.”
Adonai-Tzva’ot answers, “They can build,
but I will demolish.
They will be called the Land of Wickedness,
the people with whom Adonai is permanently angry.
You will see it and say, ‘Adonai is great,
even beyond the borders of Isra’el.’”
“A son honors his father and a servant his master. But if I’m a father, where is the honor due me? and if I’m a master, where is the respect due me? — says Adonai-Tzva’ot to you cohanim who despise my name. You ask, ‘How are we despising your name?’ By offering polluted food on my altar! Now you ask, ‘How are we polluting you?’ By saying that the table of Adonai doesn’t deserve respect.”

Dean says “We need good old fashioned respect and reverence for God in our day, too.”

Malachi and Dean are dealers in national enmity and family divisiveness. I’ll have no part of it.

Letters

We the [Civic] People of the United States (Sellen) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_f1db2668-829c-11e7-a197-2b83bd17e925.html)

I doubt99 percent of Americans [are] very disturbed by the tragic events in Virginia over the last several days.” That would mean only about 3 million of the 65.8 million people who voted for the Democrat regret the deaths yet glory in the disturbance and institutional denial of one group’s free speech rights.

(The Alinsky-Marxist organizers (AMO), otherwise collectivist Democrats, in other words, identity political disrupters, perhaps Obama-pawns --- OFA, are out to defeat the constitutional republic of We the [Civic] People of the United States --- the citizens who, for stated goals, authorized and cultivate the USA. Happily, some Democrats are of the civic people and voted twice for Donald J. Trump.)

Sellen wrote one of his best letters ever. I especially agree with, “Robert E. Lee was a great man, no matter what those who want to rewrite history try to do to his reputation.” What man, when asked by the President of the USA to be the general of the USA army agree to do so against his own family, property, and state?

gerrymandering (Johnson) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_730dcc94-829e-11e7-aa9e-138367108fc8.html)
With 2/3 of citizens collaborating for mutual comprehensive safety and security or civic morality, the two-party system and the court would be forced to reform. Such a way of living has been prevented by the American theism-political partnership that keeps the people divided.

Trust-in and commitment-to the civic agreement offered by the preamble to the constitution for the USA has the power to end the losses and misery the people have suffered since April-May, 1789, when Congress adopted legislative divinity by hiring ministers for legislative prayer.

This civic injustice operates under erroneous Supreme Court opinion civilly referred to as decision, most recently Greece v. Galloway (2014). According to the opinion, I am niggling to object. It reminds me of Dred Scott, 1857. What folly the court makes of itself!

Quite often, judges assert, “I have the propriety to join the folly!”

Representing ghosts (Michael Gerson) washingtonpost.com/opinions/trump-babbles-in-the-face-of-tragedy/2017/08/12/a27211ba-7fbb-11e7-9d08-b79f191668ed_story.html?utm_term=.002a27159f79

Gerson babbles, “Ghosts still deploy on these battlefields.”

“What do we do with a [media writer] who is incapable or unwilling to perform his basic duties? What do we do when he is incapable of outrage at outrageous things? What do we do with a [media writer] who provides barely veiled cover for the darkest instincts of the human heart?”

What do a representative-republican people do when collectivist democrats think they can overthrow the republic? The first thing to do is rebuke the liberal-democratic media writing. I rebuke Michael Gerson’s writing.

Strangers (E. J. Dionne) dailyfreeman.com/opinion/20170808/ej-dionne-missing-out-on-the-kindness-of-strangers

I appreciate the lead to the report that Trump won 85% of USA counties, and that those counties generate only 36% of USA economic output. Not so much that 27 of 50 states are among high carbon per capita emitters. See brookings.edu/blog/the-avenue/2016/12/15/low-carbon-vs-high-carbon-america/, for example.

However, some people treat fellow citizens as strangers because they are pawns of identity politics, collective democracy, and Alinsky-Marxist organizations (AMO) currently headed by Obama’s OFA.

The rule of law will not fail America, but only collaboration by a civic people as defined by the constitution for the USA can deliver the civic morality the people need: mutual, comprehensive safety and security. That’s what 85% of USA counties voted for, and they won’t back down.

Dragging America down (Richard Cohen) nydailynews.com/opinion/trump-america-alien-nation-article-1.3411152

People who leave America for Europe might have been loyalists during the Revolutionary War.
There is no doubt most people don’t realize that America offers freedom from oppression --- in other words, the opportunity to acquire the liberty to pursue personal preferences rather than someone else’s notion of what should happen to your lifetime.

By not ever realizing that in the USA, a person can discover the-objective-truth and decide to trust and commit their lives to it, some persons forfeit that opportunity for someone else’s cause. I’m not saying this recognition comes easy: It does not come easy.

What Cohen does not get is that President Trump has outrage, and it is against those people who think America ought to be a collective democracy rather than a representative republic and demand the transition through disruption of the rule of law. Cohen and writers like him either don’t have a clue or part of the lawlessness that has a mayor allow death and destruction when there could be civil order.

Conservatism assumes objective truth, which finds its expression in the human experience through logos.”

Weiner chose a malleable phrase, “objective truth,” on which to question the “mysterious” support for President Trump from people like me, who voted for him twice and wrote that it would take him at least three years to establish civic morality. “Civic” refers to citizens collaborating for mutual, comprehensive safety and security during their lifetimes rather than conflicting for dominant political opinion.

When President Trump speaks of NATO commitments, he negotiates for the-objective-truth in trust and commitments by the other members. The facts heretofore bear witness that other countries are committed as long as the USA pays the bills. In other words, they follow the common sense objective truth Weiner chose to represent.

The reader might say, “But Weiner has not heretofore encountered the-objective-truth.” I’d say that is self-evident, and Weiner is not alone. Other readers might repeat: Phil, you have not the propriety to comment here --- you ought to read and learn. I respond: I do not accept proprietary logos: I work hard for words and phrases that empower expression of the-objective-truth.

Phil Beaver does not “know” the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth of which most is undiscovered and some is understood.
