Necessary goodness motivates and inspires good behavior

The comment box below invites readers to comment.

Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the ineluctable truth. Ineluctable means:  Not to be assailed, avoided, broken, changed, escaped, mystified, neglected, obfuscated, rationalized, resisted, revoked, or voided. Some people erroneously imagine limiting the ineluctable truth, for example, trying to change it.

"Civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for individual happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or society. Civic citizens neither initiate nor accommodate harm to or from anyone. Civic citizens are reliably responsible to the good rather than the bad in connections and transactions.

Consider writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation:  For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase its proposal as follows: The civic faction, We the People of the United States, proffer & practice 6 public pursuits —- integrity, justice, safety, strength, prosperity, and responsibility, “in order to” pursue happiness “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening-to and considering other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787 text, unless it is amended by the civic-people.

It seems the Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one with status has challenged whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states deliberately managed by appreciative fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the faction who collaborate for statutory justice, We the People of the United States.

Every citizen has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies grandchildren to both born Americans and legal immigrants. Congressional freedom of religion, which fellow citizens have no means to constrain, oppresses freedom to develop integrity. This can be remedied by changing the First Amendment from “prohibiting” to “promoting”.

Selected theme from this month

Necessary goodness motivates and inspires good behavior

We know that on earth, humankind is responsible for order.

So far, education departments have not accepted that it’s a bottom up opportunity:  Each person may and can constrain chaos in their way of living and thereby aid humankind in the quest for good behavior. Each city may and can encourage, facilitate, and improve civic citizens’ comprehension of necessary goodness and civilly constrain badness, wickedness, and evil. Each state may mimic good behavior by its civic cities. Each nation may mimic its civic states. The consequence could be a world with civic constraint on both badness and wickedness plus continual annihilation of evil.

Each person may and can collaborate with citizens past and present to discover necessary goodness and promote good behavior “to ourselves and our Posterity”.

Antagonistic media don't seem to have the intelligence to consider the fact that they look stupid to citizens of the United States. If reporters represent other countries, those countries need to wake up to their national ruin they invite by not cautioning their reporters.

Even after Thom Tillis answered with the facts respecting Biden's failures, Mark Rutte stepped in to show NATO gratitude for the relief United States citizens delivered by voting for President Trump and for Trump's kind delivery on his promises.

And Rutte rejected Shaheen's claim that Trump was weak in starting the clock yesterday rather than taking final action against Putin, without giving Putin-allies a chance to avoid loss.

It's past time for the Democratic Party to divorce themselves from their leftist members and from the leftist media. If they continue to bleed stupidity, it will take them more than 100 years to recover.

And it's past time for the world to recognize that the United States pursues necessary goodness against wickedness. Other nations may and can choose good behavior.

Dear Mr. President:

A non-atheist, I do not accept theists’ labels to me, like “atheist”, except for their pleasure. I am a god facing death (Psalm 82, Orthodox Jewish Bible) and, therefore, responsibly resist whoever is wicked.

I trust-in and commit-to whatever constrains the consequences of human choice; for talk, call it “The God”.

Judeo-Christianity covers arrogant controversies, starting with Elohim/G-d in Genesis 1 and ending with The Trinity, suggested in Hebrews 9 competitively codified by 405 CE.

Also, 5500 years ago humans were killed to obtain blood and flesh to be burned to the gods of polytheism to redeem survivors’ sins. Killing animals and birds for blood sacrifice continued 3900 years ago as monotheism emerged.

After Yeshua was executed in 33 CE, entrepreneur Paul sold Christ as the blood sacrifice for all souls rather than for sins. I opine Judeo-Christianity’s blood sacrifice fails sufficient humility to The God; I do not know the ineluctable truth.

I heard that Iran offers $40 million for killing you. Genesis 1:26-28, 31 suggests that only female and male humankind may and can provide necessary good on earth. Therefore, I am counting on you and yours, United States secret service, police, and military forces to protect your life. I look to good behavior rather than religious prayer.

I’m 82 and love life so much I hope for another 40 years and to meet you sometime in your retirement perhaps 3 years hence.

Sincerely,

Phil Beaver

https://www.theepochtimes.com/epochtv/live-now-national-archives-celebrates-independent-day-with-declaration-of-independence-reading-ceremony-5882614

The speaker traditionally, erroneously segued from American “independence” to European-Enlightenment “freedom” and “liberty”.

Freedom cannot be granted by an institution, let alone a nation. “So that we may all live free” cannot be accomplished on earth: each person may and can earn her or his living.

Liberty is license attempted by politics. For example, the CSA’s Christianity wanted liberty to enslave people but had not the military power to license injustice. Liberation Theology similarly errs.

Independence is an ineluctable civic-obligation to every human being. Each person’s power, authority, and responsibility to good behavior cannot be usurped.

The United States Constitution, ratified by representatives of 14 states on December 15, 1791, intends and pursues the practice, encouragement, and facilitation to personal and collaborative good behavior.

Let the commemoration in New York Harbor be known as the Statute of Independence on Independence Island, USA.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/opinion/gaza-the-moral-collapse-of-war-5863918

Homo sapiens think in words, phonics, and grammar – language passed down through the generations. To pursue comprehension of opinions held in today’s Middle East requires appreciation of history’s impact on individual and cultural evolution during the recent 5500 years.

Sumerian-speaking people invented writing in a distinct-language or isolate. Together, their inventions to convert from agrarian to urban living, their law codes, and their war-treaties suggest that polytheistic mysteries admit that humankind is responsible to order the earth.

Coexisting with others in ancient Mesopotamia, a global trading-crossroad, were Semitic-speaking, Egyptian-speaking, and Proto-Indo-European speakers (including Iranian and Greek).

About 4000 years ago, a Semitic-speaking tribe left Ur to escape oppression. A faction, struggling for a homeland, featured two matriarchs, Semitic Sarah and Egyptian Hagar. Sarah begot Israel and Hagar begot the Arabs. In Genesis 16, Israel damns the Arabs.

As an advocate for the Genesis 1:26-28 and 31 claim that it is good that humankind is responsible for order on earth, I think Israel can denounce Genesis 16 claims against Hagar’s descendants.

The scholarly consideration of events after 63 B.C., reported in Anders Corr’s “Gaza: The Moral Collapse of War”, June 9, 2024, Epoch Times, pale before the Genesis 16 offense against Arabs. Reforming this 3700 year-old error would facilitate Arab-states’ appreciation to Israel and to Judeo-Christianity.

All humankind, every person, may and can read the complete Bible. Some people take Genesis 1 as the beginning. It seems to assert that The God (whatever constrains the consequences of human choice, perhaps the laws of physics), assigned to female and male humankind, together, responsibility to order life on earth.

Accepting Genesis 1:26-28 establishes a civic, civil, and intentional wall of separation: The God reigns supreme in the universe and assigns to humankind responsibility to order the earth. Prayer to The God to usurp human responsibility vainly attempts to claim undue favor on earth.

It is not too late for Jews, Catholics, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, atheists, indeed all religious societies to reform.

I think the typical human infant pursues self-discovery-within and reacts-to his or her environment. If most of the people in that environment accept the power, authority, and responsibility to pursue necessary goodness, the infant is likely to acquire comprehension and intention to practice human being (verb). If the environment is negative, the infant is less likely to develop good behavior and may die young.

As evolution unfolds, humankind becomes more aware that something constrains the consequences of human choices to act. The civic citizens want to know about past errors, in order to avoid repetition of loss and pain. By all means, they do not repeat personal mistakes. However, very few young people accept that they may and can avoid error. That’s because education departments do not teach the ineluctable evidence to necessary goodness. Ineluctable means neither avoidable, nor changeable, nor resistible.

Judges, clergymen, and educators “protect” the public from the ineluctable truth, in order to pretend to control gullible groups. Consequently, there are 195 nations and 4200 religions on earth.

The civic citizen is a god facing death and therefore does not fall prey to nationalism or religion, even though he or she may aid pursuit of necessary goodness in both their homeland and their chosen religion. Civic citizens encourage and facilitate good behavior to passives and rebels, aid constraint-of criminals, and support annihilation-of evil.

The civic faction may and can reform every education department so as to inculcate in youth and adults the pursuit of human being (verb) for long life.

Good behavior is naturally human, but, so far, humankind has not accepted the power, authority, and responsibility to pursue necessary goodness on earth. We may be at the abyss; if so, the future seems good.

https://www.quora.com/How-do-you-distinguish-between-moral-and-ethical-issues? Alfred Dominic

I think it’s duty vs performance.

Using Merriam-Webster shields Americans from European opinion. “Ethical” addresses the discipline dealing with what is good and bad and with moral duty and obligation. “Moral” is of or relates-to principles of right and wrong in behavior. Thus, ethical addresses duty while moral addresses performance.

Civic duty is addressed in 5500 year-old literature, at least writing from the Sumerian civilization and subsequent opinion. Sumer’s political philosophy is parochially stated in Genesis 1:26-28, 31:  On earth, civic humankind discovers and applies necessary goodness. Human duty is expressed in Psalm 82:  The gods facing death constrain wicked people. Capability is expressed in Matthew 5:48:  Be perfect.

While the Declaration of Independence (1776) merely declares war on King George II, the United States Constitution, ratified on December 15, 1791, proffers the pursuit of statutory justice (morally improves ancient Sumerian civics).

#USpreambler, #acivicpeople

https://www.quora.com/Is-politics-primarily-a-debate-over-the-definition-of-truth-or-is-there-an-objective-truth-that-should-be-pursued

Politics is the human competition of ordering and executing choice of the good rather than the bad. Truth purses the good, in order to preserve opportunity, even to survive. Civic citizens pursue reliable responsibility to the truth. Civic laws pursue statutory justice.

Dissidents, rebels, and villains manipulate the truth. For example, changing the object deludes civic integrity. Promoting freedom rather then responsibility lessens viability.

The truth often cannot be discerned. For example, no one knows whether The God, the laws of physics, or something else constrains the consequences of each human choice. Reason, revelation, and belief have no power over the ineluctable truth. Only evidence can be used to pursue the ineluctable truth. Thus, cosmic effects dwarf fossil fuel consumption’s impacts on earth’s temperature cycles.

Priests, politicians, lawyers, judges, and educators collaborate to hide from the public the word “ineluctable” and the phrase “ineluctable truth”. “Ineluctable” means “not to be assailed, avoided, changed, escaped, mystified, neglected, obfuscated, rationalized, or resisted.” The emphasis shows usages listed by Merriam Webster. Collins omits “changed”. Google scanned-book statistics (ngrams) show 2 decades’ study of “inescapable”, in 1550, then of “ineluctable”, in 1570. In 1906, “the ineluctable truth” was published, and usage has grown since then. The art of philosophy avoids evaluation needed to apply adjectives like “ineluctable” and unfortunately stymies understanding: Civic humankind uses words to journey toward understanding rather than to accumulate mere knowledge. Yet knowledge is essential to understanding.

I think the viable object of your question is “the ineluctable truth” and I hope your query leads to exponential increase in usage of ineluctable truth and ineluctable evidence.

Civic citizens practice good behavior more than religious comfort.

Ali, I wrote the phrase "god facing death" nearly 30 years ago. Clare and Tom Leeper visited that Saturday to learn where in the literature I had found the phrase. I recently obsessed over discovery that it is discern-able in Psalm 82; https://www.blogger.com/blog/posts/4655583450419191043.
And now, here comes your wonderful gallery of potential gods and goddesses facing death.
If every education department reformed to inculcate the Psalm 82 observation, the gods and goddesses facing death would graduate in confidence that they want to, may, and can always choose good behavior, or at least not repeat badness.
In my opinion, your photography seems to express that Magnolia youth are getting that message, whether it is Psalm-82-articulated or not.

As a fan of legal immigrants, I see a problem.
Most citizens don't realize that "We the People" is a faction of the United States citizens who understands the preamble. Each member of that faction owns their interpretation of the intentions proffered in the statement.
I think the trust and commitments are: integrity, justice, safety, strength, prosperity, and responsibility, “in order to” pursue good behavior “to ourselves and our Posterity”.
I think citizens who don't possess a viable opinion of the United States' intentions to necessary goodness ought not receive a license to vote.
I have written to fellow citizens including Mr. President to request voter licensing according to this idea. I hope you will support the movement.

Emily Toth Acceptance of personal ignorance keeps me curious: I do everything I can to prevent the expression, "I believe". I think some people use passionate opinion about anecdotal happenings to try to denigrate other people and their work.

My MRI in 2019 showed only a minor infarction, in my heart-care saga, which surfaced in 1993. Then, Cynthia, walking with me for health, asked, "Why did you slow your pace?" I admitted I was suffering chest pains. She called 911.

Three decades later, unbelieving, I regrettably fell prey to CDC momentum. In 2021, I took 2 COVID-19 vaccines and a booster. In 2022 walking, I perceived that I had lost both former pulmonary strength and resistance to common cold. I worked hard to restore immunity and strength.

In June, 2025, I suffered a minor yet significant stroke, apparent on MRI and accompanied by the discovery of atrial fibrillation -- unheard of in my extensive history.

I am ignorant about the actually-real cause of the blood-clot that caused my recent stroke and am curious if there is any evidence that the 2021 vaccinations drastically changed the cardio activities in my body.

I hope to live to learn some answers, based not on passionate reasoning, but on the ineluctable evidence. Passion seems to justify belief, while research discloses the ineluctable truth.

I doubt supporting other people's passions defeats the ineluctable truth.

June 20

The story expresses the value of a 15 year old choosing her authentic parent's influence.

We Homo sapiens, who can be gods facing death (Psalm 82, Orthodox Jewish Bible), may and can inculcate in our youth the comprehension and intention to develop perfect behavior.

The first 4 decades empower comprehension and intention to never repeat an error. The second 4 decades facilitate discovery-of and practice-unto necessary goodness. Reaching the ninth decade facilitates opportunity to never repeat an error. Fortunate gods develop faster.

The individual may and can choose to pursue perfection of her or his unique person.

https://www.facebook.com/jim.robertson.52687. June 28

I am reminded of Abraham Lincoln's 1st inaugural address and his plea to the 7 seceding states, which I modify, “Why should there not be a patient confidence in the ultimate justice of the people? Is there any better or equal hope in the world? [The ineluctable truth and] justice will surely prevail by the judgment of [the] great tribunal of the American people.” In 1861, the seceding states were aware of 7:27 unfavorable military and economic strength and had no excuse for devastating loss by 1865. Yet Lincoln does not seem noble to me.
.
In 2025, President Trump plainly warned the weak, vulnerable bad actor. The United States delivered military might. I think in the distant future, we'll learn if the world agrees with the American people.

June 19

The decision to send B52s into dangerous skies seems daunting. I can't imagine anyone but President Trump pursuing the necessary resources.

https://www.facebook.com/gregoryfrey1, June 28

Let me share an unusual idea, expressed in Psalm 82, Orthodox Jewish Bible, featuring "Elohim" followed by "elohim"; which may be taken as God then god. Quoting, "I have said, elohim ye are . . . ye shall die like adam . . . Arise, Elohim, judge [the land].
I think the Jewish message, when extended to humankind, is: Each human who pursues responsible living, in The God's image, is a god facing death. By never repeating a human error, each person may and can perfect their unique person before dying.
Further, The God always chooses necessary goodness. Personal and collective human duty, is to discover, choose, and practice goodness.

I think it is the duty of every religion to consider this teaching and inform their youth, adolescents, and adults of personal opportunity to adopt the attendant authority, power, and responsibility to human being (the practice).

Greg, please jaw within the wrestling community about paired concepts: attraction and ineluctability.

I have been writing and speaking about "ineluctable" for about a decade. I thought no judge, lawyer, priest, minister, or educator would pay attention. However, a priest changed my experience.

I titled Cynthia's eulogy, "The Ineluctable Cynthia" and offered evidence that she is so morally attractive that her person is not to be avoided, changed, or resisted. "Now you know what 'ineluctable' means." I said she taught me the Psalm 82 instruction (Orthodox Jewish Bible) that a god facing death may and can aid a goddess during life. Yeshua affirmed the idea in John 10:34, CJB.

That was on May 27. On June 8, Fa. Joel LaBauve, in his homily, recalled planning for Cynthia and informed that church that "ineluctable" derives from ancient Greco-Roman wrestling. Attraction to the sport causes contestants to risk ineluctable submission.

What are modern wrestlers thoughts on this?

July 16

From July 16 morning's walk in the park:
Every education department may and can reform from devising and imposing civil discipline to pursuing and practicing good behavior -- before the next school-year starts. Most new students intend good behavior.
Genesis 1:26-28, 31, Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB), informs us, and we may accept that female and male humankind is in charge on earth. The laws of physics motivate humankind to discover the ineluctable truth and apply it to the necessary good. The God, whatever constrains the consequences of human choices, cannot and will not usurp humankind’s duty to the good: each human may choose to be wicked.
We may accept that the Homo sapien is a goddess/god facing death (Psalm 82, OJB). By always choosing the necessary good and not repeating human mistakes, they may and can perfect their person before death. Reading about mistakes by both past and contemporary people and reacting to experience, a humble person may live long enough to attain the habit of never repeating a mistake.
We may accept that Yeshua informed us we can be perfect, in Matthew 5:48, Complete Jewish Bible. Yeshua would not have said we may if we could not. (Learn about the unique, mostly uncelebrated religio-political philosopher, Yeshua, at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yeshua.)
So far, humankind has not accepted the Genesis-1 power, authority, and responsibility (PAR) to pursue necessary goodness. Instead, divinity schools promote Genesis 2 -3 "fall of man", in order to resist responsibility to good behavior. Consequently, education departments never inculcated comprehension and intention to human being (good behavior).
Doubting power, authority, and responsibility to necessary goodness, educators contrive civil discipline to students. "Educators" appeal to disruptors to observe ever changing rules; they suspend offenders; and they expel terrorists into the streets. Educators ressign to police the responsibility for expelled gods-facing-death. Parents who never considered personal PAR perceive their expelled-child a victim. They're victims of generations of wrongful educators, judges, and clergy.
Everybody knows the typical human infant pursues necessary goodness. Perhaps one in 10 billion budding students discovers necessary goodness and pursues it in resilient humility. The others need guidance to discover their natural desire to behave – to choose goodness at every opportunity. But guidance to necessary goodness is scarce. Since most of humankind does not embrace power, authority, and responsibility to necessary goodness, the student has little chance.
Between now and the first of school, every education department may reform from disciplining students. Educators may discover and practicing good behavior, in order to encourage and facilitate both students and their parents to goodness. Informed parents and students may and can accept the power, authority, and responsibility to choose good behavior.
People may act good in order to be good – for their own life.
Updated on July 18 for more clarity.

Every church action and every civic act may and can encourage good behavior.

At the park this morning, reflecting on Psalm 82, Orthodox Jewish Bible's suggestion -- humble citizens are elohim facing death, I perceived wellness in the thought: Cynthia (d. May 17, 2025) remains a goddess. Joyfully to me, Holly, Stephen (d. July 21, 1991), and Rebekah, express our offspring; Yeshua, the Bible's advocate for necessary goodness, is and always was my Lord; and it is no burden to me that other civic citizens pursue their personal Lords, such as Cynthia's Jesus-and-God-the-same-entity.

I think both Genesis 1:26-28,31 (OJB) and the United States Constitution advocate civic citizenship to the world.

I think civic citizens PRACTICE goodness, in humility to The God -- whatever constrains human choice; AID civil citizens to establish and maintain statutory justice; ENCOURAGE and facilitate dependent citizens to reform; HELP constrain criminals; and SUPPORT annihilating evils.

This week, I continue learning from a happening -- a stroke my body overcame in 20 minutes on 6/24/25: In my ninth decade, I continue deep research to pursue personal opinion and should not, will not choose to stop.

From experience, I think opinion can only approach rather than reach the ineluctable truth; to believe my opinion terminates improvement. Whenever I perceive unavoidable, unchangeable, and irresistible evidence, I want to share with another person/group, in order to learn from their perceptions. I hope to learn from them a viewpoint I should consider. But talk is not possible if the other person does not comprehend the object of consideration – a mutual Catch 22.

During 6/24-6/26 hospitalization, after a stroke my body made minor on the MRI scan, I learned that if I condense complex opinion before speaking, typical listeners understand and their response may be something I need to consider.

For example, the way things are, contemporary debate obscures what could be known; humankind may and can reform. Let me illustrate: The Israel-Arab wars that enslave humankind cannot be resolved in contemporary considerations, such as 1948 United Nations settlement, because war-politics originated earlier than 5500 year-old traditions about mysteries. Then, in Mesopotamia, a people with an isolated language, Sumerian, invented both writing and the political philosophy that on earth, humankind — woman and man -- is in charge of order, even to polytheistic politics (Genesis 1:26-28, 31, Orthodox Jewish Bible). In other words, The-God-in-charge-of-everything, whatever it is, holds humankind responsible on earth. But divisive groups pursue their Doctrinal God the group hopes will overthrow The God – usurp human responsibility to order life on earth.

Sumerians co-existed with families of competing cultures, including 1) Afro-Asiatics, such as Egyptians; and Semites, both Jewish and Arab and 2) Indo-Europeans, such as Iranians and Greeks. Five modern cultures – Israeli, Arab, Greek, Iranian, and Egyptian -- are among the hundreds of civilizations that are mysteriously represented in ancient literature. Sumerians thought race has no impact on human being, the practice.

Humankind may and can reform, so as to accept the statistical variations, like hair, eye, and skin color, that the laws of physics impose on life on earth. Education institutions may and can reform, in order to teach youth, adolescents, and adults to personally comprehend, intend, and practice necessary goodness. Thereby, to preserve their unique person; to personally approach human being (the practice) before death arrives. Other than female and male, The God does not divide humans: both blondes and brunettes may and can collaborate and pursue necessary goodness.

My challenge to listening is: To trust both 1) the audience’s understanding of my condensed message and 2) trust any response they offer. In this case, my condensed message is: every person may and can pursue necessary goodness, despite perceptions. What is your response to the condensation?

I think presentation of my approach to precision and accuracy is necessary, and I should continue sharing in depth. Do you agree/disagree and why?

June 15

If we pray to The God -- whatever constrains the consequences of human choice, to take responsibility for the war between Iran and Israel, we are vainly attempting to convince The God, the master of the universe to usurp humankind, the assigned-master of the earth -- according to both Genesis 1:26-28 (either Orthodox Jewish Bible, KJV, or NIV) and the laws of physics.

So far, humankind asks The God, "How can we effect order on earth?" I think we must accept Genesis 1:26-28 and physics: constrain chaos in our personal way of living, share with fellow persons our view of necessary goodness, and listen for any suggestions we should adopt to improve personal practices.

Like Yeshua says (Matthew 5:48, CJB), we may and can choose to pursue perfect practices, in the image of The God.

I expressed these ideas this morning, in the church and Sunday school I support.

Again on June 29; Reform is possible.
Intentional persons humbly choose necessary goodness in their living.
a. Accept responsibility.
b. Practice civic harmlessness.
c. Pursue civil blamelessness.
d. Disallow evil.

Cynthia (my wonderful friend and wife) passed away on May 17 after 5 years’ 24-7-365 attention from our youngest, Rebekah, with aid from 50-hr/week-employed Holly plus me and Cynthia’s sister, Mint.

I was in abject, infusive sorrow over the loss of Cynthia, a serenely confident woman I met in 1967. But yesterday, June 6, I read, “I prefer to celebrate the amazing fact of my existence, and my conscious awareness of it, rather than bemoan its temporary status.”*

Happily, I left the privacy of my reading to announce to Cynthia’s daughters, our daughters, “I’m going to celebrate our life with ineluctable Cynthia by not bemoaning her relief from suffering progressive supra-nuclear palsy, PSP**.”

Thank you, Mr. McNamara.

Dear Mr. President:

I hope you like this better:

Anticipating July 4, 2026, the civic faction, We the People of the United States, appreciate this republic’s liberty and freedom, in order to pursue independence and integrity to “ourselves and our Posterity”.

Yours truly,

Phi Beaver

Dear Mr. President:

I want to voluntarily serve your committee that is planning celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and beyond, having more than the following idea:

Anticipating July 4, 2026, the civic faction, We the People of the United States, may hold independence and integrity more representative than liberty and freedom.

I hope you like this and also grant me the opportunity to contribute more to our future, by serving, without notoriety, on the committee.

Sincerely,
Phil Beaver

Dear Mr. President:

I want to share an opinion with you, who cherish good behavior.

In the distant past, there was only energy and necessary goodness, both of which could be neither created nor destroyed – only discovered.

Then, 13.8 billion years ago, our universe appeared, as energy converting to mass at the speed of light.

Only 200 thousand years ago, everything that had happened accommodated a species, Homo sapiens, who are capable of discovering necessary goodness on earth.

By 5500 years ago, a civilization, Sumer, assumed that mysteries held humankind responsible to goodness. Nevertheless, they fearfully maintained a city-state-patron-mystery to protect them in war.

About 3900 years ago, scribes recorded the political philosophy, in Genesis 1:26-28, 31: only female and male Homo sapiens may and can choose good behavior on earth. However, no civilization since Sumer accepted the power, the authority, and the responsibility to discover and practice necessary goodness.

For favor, elites perceived that their doctrinal mysteries required them to burn blood and meat from killing fellow citizens. A group thought no man owned another, so they left that land to establish mystery-bargaining by killing animal or fowl for blood-sacrifice. Competitive cultures mystify the same costly debates.

A faction codified laws and celebrations including the specifics of blood-sacrifice and obedience to Elohim/G-d. They divided into tribes, depending on claims to obedience/none. A prophet predicted a future king, the messiah, would unite the tribes in peace.

A person, Yeshua, was born 2000 years ago in Nazareth. He advocated necessary goodness to individuals and to crowds. Fellow Jews influenced civil authorities to execute him.

Afterwards, ancient fake news projected Yeshua’s life onto Jewish literature. Fake news competitively constructed each of: The Blood of Christ, Jesus, The Trinity, Yeshua the Messiah and 4000 variants. There are churches founded on arguments by Peter, Paul, James, John, Matthew, and others but none on Yeshua’s influence.

The time has come for humankind to regard necessary goodness and pursue good behavior rather than mystery-comfort.

Only you, Sir, can initiate if not effect global change from religious comfort to good behavior.

Sincerely,

Phil Beaver

P.S.

Imagine a revised First Amendment:  “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of necessary goodness, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Dear Mr. President:

Unhappily, nations enslave themselves to deny 5500 year-old Middle Eastern discovery: humankind is responsible to physically and psychologically order life on earth. I think division may and can be relieved if not resolved during your presidency.

Sumerians coexisted in ancient Mesopotamia, a global trading-crossroad. Primitive Sumerians competed with Semitic-speaking, Egyptian-speaking, and Proto-Indo-European-speaking people (including Iranians and Greeks).

About 4000 years ago, a Semitic-speaking tribe left Ur to escape oppression. A faction, struggling for a homeland, facilitated divisive matriarchs, Semitic Sarah and Egyptian Hagar. Sarah begot Israel and Hagar begot the Arabs. In Genesis 16, Israel damned the Arabs.

As an advocate for the claim that it is good that humankind is responsible to order life on earth (Genesis 1:26-28 and 31), I think Israel could and should denounce Genesis-16-damnation against Hagar’s descendants.

The scholarly consideration of events after 63 B.C., reported in Anders Corr’s “Gaza: The Moral Collapse of War”, June 9, 2024, Epoch Times, pale before the ancient Genesis 16 offense against Arabs. Reforming this 3700 year-old error would facilitate Arab-states’ appreciation to Israel and to Judeo-Christianity.

I think the United Nations, so far, overlooks the need for a Palestinian Nation, carved-out from the Arab league rather than from Israel.

Current media interests are too shallow to uncover the potential to focus on Genesis 1’s commission to humankind:  Pursue necessary goodness to life on earth.

Thank you, Sir, for taking that mantel. Please aid Judeo-Christianity to join your work.

Sincerely,

Phil Beaver

Dear Mr. President:

Homo sapiens think in words, phonics, and grammar – language passed down through the generations. To pursue comprehension of opinions held in today’s Middle East requires appreciation of history’s impact on individual and cultural evolution during the recent 5500 years.

Sumerian-speaking people invented writing in a distinct-language or isolate. Together, their inventions to convert from agrarian to urban living, their law codes, and their war-treaties suggest that polytheistic mysteries admit that humankind is responsible to order the earth.

Coexisting with others in ancient Mesopotamia, a global trading-crossroad, were Semitic-speaking, Egyptian-speaking, and Proto-Indo-European speakers. Surviving cultures include Arabic, Hebrew, Egyptian, Iranian, and Greek.
