Consider writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual equality:  For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows:  "The good People of these" united states facilitate and encourage five civic disciplines---integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, "in order to” develop responsible human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity.”I want to improve my interpretation by listening to other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787, text, unless it is amended by the people.

It seems the Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who collaborate for human justice.

Every citizen has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

I don’t think so. No: I’m certain no lie is best for the liar. The white-lie-habit turns into blatant lies that invite ruin. Once a fellow-citizen has perceive you lied, you can no longer communicate with that person.

Honesty is insufficient to integrity. When a person knows, they must express, and when they don’t know, they must accept&admit.

Now, in expressing what you know, you must be kind to the other person. For example, when my doctor discovered I had lung-cancer, I asked, “Do you mean to say in a few months we could be discussing my death?” He answered, “That’s possible, but we are going to do everything we can to avoid death.” I was comforted.

When you have to tell someone you don’t trust them, you must also tell them why, so that they can correct you if your opinion is based on a false event.

A person must accept that they are a human being. That requires responsible-human-independence from all fear and meanness, such as “shielding” a fellow-citizen from negative fact or opinion.

Merriam-Webster Online has “adherence to the highest principles and ideals”. However, necessity&justice require adherence to physics. For example, with a tsunami warning, the individual moves to higher ground.

Both of the above references express probity as a synonym for integrity, in a list of seemingly positive characteristics or practices. Probity takes the constructed view of the practitioner. However, nothing equates with integrity to the-ineluctable-truth. “Ineluctable” means “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”. Thus, probity that ignores integrity is not ethical to humankind.

Erroneously, the rule of law is constructed on legal precedent, some of which refutes the laws of physics. Tradition, or originalism, weaves a web of unsustainable error. Necessity motivates statutory justice to correct the law. Whenever humankind discovers injustice, the law must be reformed, and sustainable reform comports with the laws of physics.  

The laws of physics are ineluctable and command its offspring, such as, mathematics, chemistry, biology, psychology, imagination, religion, fiction, lies: everything. Necessity&justice motivate humankind to conduct research, in-order-to first comprehend the laws of physic then to responsibly apply them.

Attempts to speculate about physics’ unknowns entice some people to construct irresponsible practices. For example, someone speculatively asks “Why is there existence instead of nothing?” Some imagine “The-God willed it” starting competitive movements to characterize the-God, producing a multitude of doctrinal-Gods. However, there is no evidence that “Why?” is an ineluctable question. In integrity, humankind answers the question “Does the-God exist” with “We don’t know.” Yet research may lead to an answer.

Research without integrity produces ruin: integrity without research is ineffectual. Probity systematically distracts research-integrity.

I’ll answer a question you may have asked, with an example of wrongful tradition.

Some spouses may cling to the erroneous tradition “Wives submit yourselves to your husbands.” This is a false-civil rule, whereas human-beings must understand&responsibly-use the laws of physics and its offspring---chemistry, biology, philosophy, fiction, lies and more.

According to the physics, a woman produces about 13 ova per year during her fertile years. A viable ovum is subject to fertilization as a single cell. Cell division leads to an embryo, which, if implanted on the mom’s womb had the chance of gestation, delivery, and transitioning through infancy to childhood, to youth, and to adulthood. Thus, that single-cell conception is due the dignity&equity of a human person.

Only the woman has the responsibility to respond if she perceives that the ovum she carries cannot expect the dignity&equity if granted conception. The mature man treasures his responsibility to support his wife and her viable ova for life. Therefore, when he hears the message “Not to tonight, Henry” his passions probably fade so fast he could not function. Or, he might persuade the woman to make love, in which case her signals were not that strong.

The man who has no regard for the woman’s concerns for her body and the ova she regularly delivers ought to consider what it means to be a human being instead of one of the alternates: a soul, a mineral, a plant, or an animal.

Traditional morals are often dictated by the winner of a war, their magistrates, or persuasive tyrants. Morals discovered by researching the-ineluctable-evidence and how to responsibly use the governing laws are reliable. For example, the commercial-entrepreneurship that a human should choose their gender is not viable, let alone due human dignity&equity.

In summary, the service periods are: the founders, 1763-1784; the states, 1784-1787; the framers, May 1787-September 1787; the signers September 17, 1787 until February 6, 1788 when Massachusetts ratified the U.S. Constitution on the commitment to add a British-mimicking Bill of Rights; and political tyrants, 1788 until the present under the Congressional tyranny of partnering with church in order to bemuse the entity We the People of the United States.

Lots of Americans and others are now concerned, because the tyrannies called “freedom” and “liberty” are propaganda about what the winner of war and their magistrates bestow and license to the entity We the People of the United States. The person who accepts that they are a human being demands responsible-human-independence. But so far has neither articulated nor practiced necessity&justice. Instead they have accommodated enslavement to the church-state partnership.

I don’t know the-ineluctable-truth; my opinion is that tolerant people self-pretend goodwill and expect someone else to constrain the chaos. Intolerance of chaos is an obligation to female&male-human-being.

Every human-being has the individual power, the individual energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to develop their person, through the options they take. It takes about a quarter-century for the human-body to construct the wisdom parts of the brain. It takes over a quarter-century to accumulate the experiences&observations that convince the person they chose a lifestyle of responsible self-interest. The person who chooses to use HIPEA to develop the humble-integrity required for responsible-human-independence neither initiates nor accommodates injury to or from any fellow-citizen, including self and family. By taking responsibility to constrain injury, the civic-citizen provides offenders the chance to reform rather than to continue chaos unto divergence from safety on earth. Education is the key to safety&security.

These principles are evident to every mature human-being. However, some individuals choose to tolerate injury rather than constrain injurious behavior. They shirk humankind’s responsibility to provide order&peace to all life on earth. Some individuals suppress public education for personal advantage.

Often, disorder is a matter of ignorance more than intentions. For example, if I had articulated 3 decades ago that the male, human body does not complete the wisdom parts of the brain before age 25; if I had said it’s affirmed by driver’s liability insurance rates, my adventuresome son might not have died in a car crash at age 19. Stephen might soon be 50 years old and my best friend whether I’s be his or not. Grief does not forgive ignorance.

The principle of responsible-human-independence is not at all new. A Sumerian philosopher expressed it in the awareness that was common among thinkers 5,000 years ago. A Hebrew scholar reported the Sumerian suggestion in Genesis 1, only 3,000 years ago.

The homo species emerged about 7 million years ago, and Homo sapiens developed 300,000 years ago. Offspring from parents mating with older mutations died off about 10,000 years ago. Neanderthal became extinct about 40,000 years ago, yet some living persons have Neanderthal genes. Perhaps the mutation from Homo sapiens to a more responsible species is developing as I write.

My hope is that the improvement on H. sapiens will not accommodate ignorance; will be intolerant toward ignorance; will express delight with the 1000 mph earth-axial-rotation that un-hides the sun from the earth’s shadow each morning.

For the past 5,000 years (during the 7 millions years part of hominid evolved to homo sapiens 0.3 million years ago), scholars have developed constructs that distract both individuals&community from responsible-human-independence (RHI).

Three key phrases in the Anglo-American propaganda are “nature’s God”, “freedom-from”, and “liberty-to”. John-Locke political-philosophy defies a 5,000 year-old Sumerian suggestion that the-God (perhaps of creation) assigned to female&male-human-being the independent responsibility for order&peace to the other species on earth. In other words, the human individual can&must constrain chaos in their way of living.

To constrain chaos in my way of living, I can&must earn the way of living I want plus enough to pay the taxes required to support the local, state, and federal provisions to maintain public disciplines that empower RHI. It’s much like maintaining the means to escape my location if a Category-5 hurricane is headed here, or consulting flood maps in order to choose a lot on which to place our home at 38’ elevation when New Orleans could flood at 17’ Mississippi-River-elevation. Even to maintain these maps requires my tax contributions.

With this way of living---knowing the civic issues and earning the money to fund my responsible way of pursuing the happiness I want rather than someone else’s plan for me---I perceive I am free. As long as I aid the rule of law (which means actively opposing injustice I may discover even though I obey that law) and pay all taxes, including sales taxes, I perceive I am a free, fellow-citizen.

I would neither elect to take responsibility to patch my street at my property line, nor to clean the drainage system that protects my property from flooding, nor to repair my family’s shoes when needed, nor to darn our socks. I want the services fellow-citizens offer for my selection and appreciate the entrepreneurs who take the risks to offer them. I work hard to choose entrepreneurs with the honesty to develop integrity, and gladly reward them for the-good.

I think attention to necessity&justice keeps a civic citizen happily aiding law enforcement and funding civil services---without inviting constraints on freedom in order to assure independence.

Celebrate Responsible-Human-Independence on this July fourth and in the future.

Most fellow citizens’ experiences&observations show that the U.S. government restricts freedom, and its magistrate licenses liberty. As in 1789 France, liberty is often license to injure fellow-citizens and their property and kill them. We saw democracy’s license to let fellow-citizens’ blood in the summer of 2020.

The human-being can develop the individual power, the individual energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to develop the humble-integrity required to behave with responsible-human-independence. Let the entity We the People of the United States reform to 1787 intentions: 5 public disciplines that encourage&facilitate responsible-human-independence.

The old generation must reform:  Ethics must conform to the laws of physics and its offspring, such as biology&psychology and necessity&justice. Respect follows appreciation when an individual behaves with responsible-human-independence. Unfortunately, these principles are not encouraged&facilitated as they should be; it is not too late for reform.

Good literature-advice is available to individuals who accept that they are civic human-beings rather than dependent entities. The individual can choose to humbly-appreciate, in modern discovery, the suggestions from the past and gage personal experiences&obervations with humble-integrity. Each person may either develop responsible-human-independence or attempt life in dependency: self-deceit, mind-fogging drugs, crime, tyranny, religious pride, evil, and worse. What scholars refer to as negative free-will-granted-by-the-God, seems arrogance against responsible self-interest. Here are 5 examples of useful suggestions from the past:

First, necessity&justice informs us that female&male-human-being can independently account for responsible-human-independence, in order to develop order&peace on earth. This perhaps 50-hundred-year-old Sumerian political philosophy is recorded in Genesis 1:26-28, according to 30-hundred-year-old Hebrew-scholar-expression, erroneous as it may be, especially regarding the-God. Many individuals live an entire lifetime erroneously seeking a higher-power, often the-God&government, willing to attempt to usurp their responsible-human-independence.

We are told that Abraham, about 38 hundred-years ago, with his father, Terah, escaped Ur-priestly human-sacrifices to practice animal-sacrifice to bargain with the-God. Abraham failed his civic commitment to Sarah, increasing chaos on earth rather than aiding order&peace. An angel told Hagar that “[Ishmael] will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone’s hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers”.

Abraham divided Ur between Abraham’s descendants---pagans, Jews, Christians, Muslims and other religious factions, lessening the order&peace proposed in Genesis 1. Today, all these groups have factions, some of which are at war with each other and with the other religious groups. Global chaos has become divergent.

Second, necessity&justice informs us that appreciative-citizens neither initiate nor accommodate injury to-or-from any person or responsible human-association. This 25 hundred-year-old suggestion was reported by Plato in “Symposium”, regarding Agathon’s speech.

Third, the New Testament reports that Jesus said 1) before Abraham (which may extend backwards to before Sargon and forwards to Agathon), 2) aid civic integrity, and 3) be perfect. I don’t think so, yet cannot deny that Jesus may have influenced the philosopher of Genesis 1’s report as well as Agathon.

Fourth, the historic Jesus defiantly influenced Ralph Waldo Emerson’s “Divinity School Address”, 1838. Therein, Emerson asserts that Jesus delivered the special message that the human-being can perfect their person before dying. By deifying Jesus, churches obfuscate his political message.

Fifth, political-philosopher Albert Einstein suggested that appreciative human-beings never lie, because they expect physics&offspring to eventually expose the lie, causing human misery and loss.

I do not support at all the new generation’s physical&psychological violence. However, I think the older generation needs to reform, and their first accomplishment should be to revise the U.S. First Amendment so as to encourage&facilitate civic humble-integrity rather than attempt to impose civil religious-pride.

If there are no objections, I want to answer what I am doing.

I think the U.S. in a unique development to establish responsible-human-independence (RHI). RHI was suggested about 50 hundred years ago by a Mesopotamian political philosopher. It was recorded in Hebrew scholars’ views, in Genesis 1:26-28, about 30 hundred years ago, and further interpreted by Christian scholars about 17 hundred years ago.

In the USA’s 1776 declaration of war against England, interpreting “the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God” as the laws of physics&offspring and their source, then the Genesis charge to human responsibility is advocated rather than either the English civil-Trinity or the factional-American churches. The consequence is appreciation of state to encourage&facilitate RHI while churches provide responsible-comfort to believers.

The 1776 separation of church&state is affirmed in the godless 1787 U.S. Constitution. Thus, the Genesis-1 RHI is affirmed in both the 1776 Declaration and the 1787 Constitution.

I work to express these principles to fellow-citizens in words and phrases that seem to ring true to their experiences&observations. My purpose is to promote RHI, a personal-duty and civic-obligation, rather than impose civil religious beliefs. The first action I promote is to revise the First Amendment, in order to encourage&facilitate civic humble-integrity rather civil religious-pride.

Of course, I don’t know the-ineluctable-truth.

However, I think action that conforms to the responsible use of the laws of physics and its progeny is right, and defiance of phyiscs&progeny is wrong. The progeny includes biology and psychology. When metaphysics comports to physics, it’s redundant, and when it defies physics it’s ruinous. The same with reason.

Many, at least 5, political-philosophers suggested this principle in their ways and times. First, a Mesopotamian, perhaps Sumerian, philosopher 50 hundred years ago suggested that, in 2021 awareness, female&male-human-being can&must independently develop order&peace for all species on earth. The suggestion, from perhaps before Sargon was born, followed a few hundred years by Abraham’s birth, is interpreted by Hebrew scholars a few hundred years before Jesus, and translated by the Greeks and others in Genesis 1:26-28. Without considering Sumerian gods, the ancient suggestion may be deduced from necessity&justice. Order&peace and necessity&justice lessen chaos, so we might say humankind is independently responsible to constrain chaos. In other words, each human-being can&should develop responsible-human-independence.

Second, almost 500 years before Jesus, Plato, in “Symposium”, reported that Agathon said, again in 2021 terms, that the appreciative human-being neither initiates nor accommodates injury to or from any person.

Third, the gospels report that Jesus said each: before Abraham was born I AM (which stretches back to before Sargon was born and forward to Agathon; render unto your earthly leader your civic integrity; and perfect your unique person. These statements comport to Genesis 1:26-28, especially if Jesus actually said that human-appreciation developed before Abraham was born.

Fourth, Ralph Waldo Emerson, in “Divinity School Address” wrote that Jesus was a man who perceived that each human-being can perfect their person before death, low as they may be when they choose to develop responsible-human-independence.

Fifth, political philosopher Albert Einstein wrote that integrity follows the same laws as physics&progeny. His only example is that appreciative human-beings never lie, perceiving that physics will inevitably un-hide the-ineluctable-truth.

A person may live honestly and never encounter integrity, a practice that produces a product.

In the practice, a person encounters a concern then does the work to discover its validity according to the-ineluctable-evidence. If it’s a mirage, they make note of it. If not, they do the work to discover the cause. Next, they do the work to learn how to responsibly use the discovery and modify behavior accordingly. They declare publically the reason for their behavior and listen for constructive appreciation. They remain open to new discovery, such as new instruments of perception that might demand reform.

With this process, the person may gage their honesty and continually approach humble-integrity.

The product of the initial discovery is the-objective-truth. With perfect perception, the product is the-ineluctable-truth.

I only know my experiences&observations. In other words, I do not know the-ineluctable-truth.

Biology, according to Merriam Webster online (the instant hit on Chrome-search) is “the laws and phenomena relating to an organism or group”:  I think biology follows the laws of physics and thereby so does the psychology of moral choices.

Ethics is either “a branch of philosophy dealing with what is morally right or wrong” or “rules of behavior”.

If a person belongs to a group, ethical behavior conforms to the group. The group may be immoral.

In human connections, biology, using the laws of physics, develops the-good to comport to integrity and the-bad according to infidelity. As the person encounters moral decisions, their psychology develops according to their resolve to cause no injury. With habitual choices that injure self or other persons or property, the will to risk injury increases. As risky behavior continues, the biological affects become apparent in the person’s body, especially the eyes and the rest of the face.

An adolescent whose friends propose risky behavior, like throwing rocks from a highway-overbridge, experiences biological reaction. Consequently, the heart beats fast, breath comes hard, and the hair stands up on the back of the neck. For personal relief, they might say, “Someone could be injured or killed. Let’s not do this.” If they participate, they suffer the psychological strain of responsibility to injure others, whether there’s an event or not. Habitual risk-taking changes body chemistry and hardens psychology.

I hope such experiences&observations are being researched, but I don’t know.

I perceive 2 research products: the-objective-truth is the product of discovery using existing instruments for observing the ineluctable-evidence, and the-ineluctable-truth is independent of perception. I think adoption of these two phrases could reduce confusion about perceived-truth, much as accepting “the-God” could reduce the arrogance of developing “God”.

Facts, such as a street name or the title for whatever controls the unfolding of the universe, are changeable, whereas the-ineluctable-truth yields to no human action. For example, when legislators claim that a fact equates to the-ineluctable-truth, they invite ruin.

At age 26 and rejected by every woman I considered for life-long bonding, I decided I’d be a bachelor by default. I started into a list of the world’s top 100 non-fiction books. I think the social “tolerance” of concern is an egocentric attitude toward another party: the tolerant party considers their opinion or person on higher ground than the other yet pretends to accommodate the other, perhaps for political reasons or to feel good about themselves. For example, a Unitarian may, without objection, tolerate a Trinitarian’s explanation of God “knowing” that eventually the Trinitarian will reform. The Trinitarian may be working the same bigotry in reverse.

Insight is gained by considering a better word. Defined by Merriam Webster online: “intolerant” means

1: unable or unwilling to endure, 2 a: unwilling to grant equal freedom of expression especially in religious matters and b: unwilling to grant or share social, political, or professional rights: BIGOTED.

I am unwilling to endure tolerance toward either my opinion or my person. When I suspect tolerance, I change the topic to the weather, sports, clothing style, food, or other small talk. I’ve never taken this step and had the other party object. I take that as evidence they were not sincere in the prior discussion.

Perhaps 45 hundred years ago, a Sumerian political philosopher suggested that female&male-human-being can&must independently pursue order&peace to all living species and the earth. Responsible-human-independence requires the humble-integrity to discover and reliably employ the-ineluctable-truth.

The Sumerians had a polytheistic spirituality proud monotheists label “mythology”. In the Sumerian creation story, the primal sea, “Nammu gave birth to An, the sky, and Ki, the earth. The consequential appeal is for “consent of the governed” which authorizes the government that partners with the-God the freedom to abuse the individual with impunity. In other words, Locke’s political philosophy employs the mystery of the-God to keep the governing oligarchy in power. In the U.S., the oligarchy is only aided by religion and is a plutochrasy. The rich dilute church-power and thereby maintain power, whereas in Machiavelli’s Chapter XI example, the Church defeats government and takes over.

As we approach the 2021 independence day, it is prudent to reflect on the 1776 declaration of war against English colonization, the 1787 U.S. Constitution’s godlessness, Genesis 1’s appeal to responsible-human-independence (RHI), and the Lockean ideas of freedom to the plutocracy, their magistrate licensing liberty, and the individual’s opportunity to develop the humble-integrity required for RHI.

I think the problem is widespread atheism, under the hoax “freedom . . . of religion”. Most civilizations encourage their youth to try to avoid responsible-human-independence (RHI), by seeking a personal-God to usurp their unique opportunity to aid order&peace on earth. I’m expressing these principles in my June 2021 art. However such 2021 views were suggested 45 hundred years ago, initiating humankind’s transition from accepting mystery to researching the-evidence. A Sumerian political philosopher, before Sargon, probably thought in words like Dingir (“God”) and Enki (creator). Hebrew scholars employed “Elohim”, which is polytheistic to Eloah. Modern political philosophy imposes on the prior art the word “God” and translates NIV’s Genesis 1:26-28 as follows:

Most cultures inculcate in their young the quest for a personal-God that will usurp the RHI that is needed for self-discipline. Recognizing this, we could encourage&facilitate civic humble-integrity rather than impose civil religious-beliefs.

I don’t know the-ineluctable-truth, so attempt humble-integrity that seems reliable to most people’s experiences&observations. I think the 1787 U.S. Constitution proffered the world’s best opportunity to solve global-evolution’s race-problem. It was developed by the founders, 1774-84; some of the 13 free&independent states, 1784-87; the 55 framers, May-September 1787; and the 39 signers, September 17, 1787. The preamble, advocating public discipline, was finalized 5 days before the signing.

In the state ratification conventions that followed, politicians took over and restored Anglo-American “rule of law” repressing the entity We the People of the United States through history to this moment. Erroneous, Anglo-American political-philosophy is predicated on “free-will” allowed by the-God, rather than individual choice to responsibly-pursue self-interest. The suggestion is not new and can be deduced from Genesis 1:26-28 regarding female&male-human-being’s independent responsibility to flourish, order, and constrain life on earth.

As we prepare for Independence Day, 2021, we may focus on the reality that freedom&liberty is to fellow-citizens the alienated war-winner’s restraint&licensing, or domestic violence, or popular overthrow of responsible-human-independence. Consider writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual equality:  For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows:  "The good People of these" united states facilitate and encourage five civic disciplines---integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, "in order to” develop responsible human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity.”I want to improve my interpretation by listening to other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787, text, unless it is amended by the people.

It seems the Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who collaborate for human justice.

Every citizen has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

What? It seems important for a person to admit to themselves that they may be a human being and explore what that status entails. I don’t know the-ineluctable-truth and share my opinion to learn from fellow-citizens’ thoughts. Please consider each of these commitments and improve my comprehension:

First, a human being can develop the power, the energy, and the authority (HIPEA) by which to either acquire humble-integrity or accommodate infidelity. Therefore, it is important to comprehend&practice responsible-human-independence (RHI). Known dependencies include mystery, not working, crime, tyranny, evil, and terrorism.

Second, developing humble integrity rather than accommodating infidelity requires self-discipline. The person who accepts self-discipline invites&facilitates RHI.

Third, while about 55% of the world population is considered “Abrahamic”---that is, Jew, Muslim, or Christian---the early writing, for example, Genesis 1, reflect political philosophy from “before Abraham was born”. To develop humble-integrity, a civic-citizen must consider prior thought. The political philosopher represented in Genesis 1:26-28 suggests that the-God of creation blessed female&male-human-being with the independence to establish order&peace on earth. Can a person increase the-God’s blessing?

Fourth, it is in each person’s self-interest to develop humble-integrity rather than accommodate infidelity. It is not necessary to unravel the mystery of what the-God is: intelligent being, chaos, human-posterity, physics&offspring, or other. However, necessity&justice demand RHI in order&peace on  earth.

Fifth, HIPEA does not empower an individual to persuade the-God to usurp their RHI.

I admit: I should state in the first paragraph that the-egocentric-loves do not express appreciation to the other party. I hereby make that update.

Agathon’s speech, delivered about 450 years before-Jesus-was-born is indeed poetic. However, reading it gave me curiosity about the statement the Apostle John attributed to Jesus: “Before Abraham I AM.” For the first time, I perceived, in Agathon’s appreciation of the human-being’s power, evidence for the “I AM” claim. Perhaps Jesus, as the-Trinity, influenced Agathon. Or perhaps Jesus was saying that his message—the human being can be perfect—-was expressed before Agathon.

Recently, I discovered that a political philosopher about 25 hundred years before-Jesus-was-born and 7 hundred years before Abraham was born suggested that necessity&justice require female&male-human-being to provide order&peace to all living species on earth; at least constrain chaos in their way of living. The message, in 45-hundred-year-old expression, is recorded, in translation, in Genesis 1:26–28 from perhaps a couple hundred years before Sargon of Sumer was born.

Albert Einstein is not known as a political philosopher, but his ideas are outstanding (as I view them).

For example, he asserted that integrity and physics&offspring (such as biology) conform to the same laws. His political philosophy in this case was obscured by the title “The Laws of Science and The Laws of Ethics”, where “science” is a research process and “ethics” is the journal of discovering the-ineluctable-truth, or discovering integrity. I work to find words and phrases that ring true to most U.S.-individuals’ experiences&observations.

The-ineluctable-truth, according to Merriam-Webster online is “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”. Humankind works to discover the-ineluctable-facts with which to hold both their-God and their-government accountable. As humankind improves instruments for perception, discovery improves and may eventually reach/approach the-ineluctable-truth. For example, the earth, once thought to be flat, is like a globe. Psychologically, the prudent person never lies, accepting that physics&offspring eventually exposes the lie. For example, DNA evidence now facilitates crime-discovery.

The U.S. Supreme Court fails these principles by insisting on “the rule of law” or legal precedent. The Court seeks to impose legal tradition when the laws of physics&offspring dictate the consequences of human behavior. For example, some persons attempt to deny that they are human-beings by claiming they are due skin-color-consideration, or gender-change, or ethnic favor.

We the People of the United States has accommodated the negation of the Genesis 1:26-28 suggestion that female&male-human-being has the power, energy, and authority to provide order&peace to all living species and the earth. For people who find comfort&hope in Jesus’s teachings, the Genesis-1 suggestion came before Abraham was born and may complement Jesus’s suggestion “be perfect”. The 1782 motto “out of many one” has been sidelined for “in God we trust”. And this motto invites arrogance toward the-God, whatever it may be.

I don’t know the-ineluctable truth. I appreciate your question, because it inspired thought. I count U.S.-citizen a unique privilege in self-interest: it affords me the opportunity to choose the-good and licenses me to develop humble-integrity. Therefore, gladly I pay my taxes, obey the law, and write to reform injustices I perceive.

Freedom is bestowed by the victor in war, in the USA, the colonial war for independence from England. In 1776, the founders acted “in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies”. Only 40% of colonists wanted independence, the balance either remaining loyal English-subjects or being political-pacifists. Some slaves took independent positions. When defeat seemed inevitable, the founders negotiated military providence from France, and thereby won global recognition as 13 free and independent states of the USA. I am of posterity from “the good People” and am privileged to maintain my status, according to the agreements set forth by the 13 states.

Liberty, one of the European enlightenment-ideologies was the watchword of victory, and in 1789, France would carry it to the extreme as license to take fellow-citizens’ lives.

The founders could not sustain the USA as independent states, so 12 of states sent delegates to Philadelphia to strengthen the union of states. The 55 framers saw wisdom in proposing civic discipline by the good people in their states. They proffered a republic, with provisions for amendment so as to empower “ourselves and our Posterity” to continually improve law-enforcement, in-order-to develop the statutory justice to be approached by ultimate posterity. The republic left the individual free to choose the-good of independence or to develop a dependency such as not working for their living, crime, tyranny, extreme spirituality, and other infidelities that risk constraint under the rule of law.

On September 12, 1787, a 5-delegate committee revised the preamble to propose public discipline with, in my view, 5 goals and 1 purpose: integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity in order to develop responsible-human-independence (RHI), respectively.

Only 39 of the delegates signed the 1787 U.S. Constitution. Some of the 16 dissidents did not support RHI. Some, despite the-God, wanted to attribute responsibility for peace to their Gods---whatever controlled their factional-colonial Protestantism. That is to say, they erroneously sought a-God to usurp humankind’s responsibility for peace. Others wanted the states rather than “ourselves and our Posterity” to hold the Union responsible for the 5 disciplines.

I am of the 2021 “ourselves and our Posterity” and promote the revision of the First Amendment so as to encourage&facilitate civic humble-integrity rather than continue to accommodate the tyranny of religion-Congress-partnership under civilly-imposed religious-beliefs.

All of these considerations comport to my view of a 45 hundred-year-old political&spiritual-suggestion in Genesis 1:26-28: female&male-human-being is, of necessity&justice, independently responsible for peace to all known species and the earth. The philosopher may not have been aware that the dinosaurs had died unto extinction 65 million years earlier. The philosopher expressed theology about the-God of creation.

Subsequent theologists claimed better knowledge of the-God, using reason to construct their beliefs and doctrine. Creating a personal/institutional-God is alright, including the Genesis 1 construct, as long as the author retains sufficient humility toward the-God. Otherwise, they invite individual&corporate ruin at the mercy of necessity&justice on earth.

In my fourth quarter-century, I pursue humility toward the-God, whether it be an intelligent entity, physics&offspring, chaos, ultimate-posterity’s statutory-justice, or something else. I don’t know.

That is the norm that I encourage to fellow-citizens, in hopes that they constructively appreciate my opinion; in other words, openly think&comment to accommodate their experiences&observations, giving me the opportunity to improve my unique journey, too.

I think the only human-right is the opportunity to develop humble-integrity. I choose “ineluctable” to express Merriam-Webster Online’s “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”. “Inalienable” expresses “incapable of being alienated, surrendered, or transferred”. In the former, physics&offspring control: in the latter the individual controls.

It takes arrogance to choose a personal-God then develop reasoning that asserts that a doctrinal-God overcalls the-God. The-God is described by a political philosopher in the age of Sargon of Sumer, perhaps 45 hundred years ago. It seems acceptable to develop a personal-God for hope and comfort, as long as the developer retains sufficient humility toward the-God. That includes the Genesis-1 author of the-God-of-creation.

The message in Genesis 1:26-28, with a 2021 comprehension, is that the-God, whatever that may be, created humankind able and responsible to constrain chaos on earth. For a physical example, with warning of a local tsunami, the individual moves to high ground. Perhaps this suggestion would be well accepted in 2021 if Jesus’ disciple John, in John 8’s dialogue about Abraham that Jesus said, “before Abraham was born, I am!” had reference Sargon instead.

And asking the question is insufficient. The individual must address it. That’s what I struggle to do and then listen to fellow-citizens to improve on my suggestions.

My suggestion is that each person must accept, develop, and exemplify being a human-being rather than accommodating less. A human-being has the individual power, the individual energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to responsibly earn their way of living.

People who choose irresponsibility choose some form of dependency: gaming religion, demanding entitlement&license (freedom&liberty rather than responsible independence), crime, tyranny, evil, and terrorism. Civic citizens develop the humble-integrity by which to practice responsible-human-independence. Thereby, they aid the statutory justice that is necessary to constrain dependent fellow-citizens. Perhaps posterity awoke to the possibility that forefather deserves no appreciation and thereby earned no respect.

For example, with $30 trillion national debt perhaps, adding state debt, municipal debt, and personal debt, the 4 million newborn persons/yr face more than $7.5 million increasing national debt each. No new generation appreciates their parents loading them with debt for pretentious adult-satisfaction.

Honesty preserves ignorance and is thus insufficient to integrity. U.S. integrity had a window of opportunity between September 17, 1787 and June 21, 1788, when the ninth required state ratified the Constitution with the agreement that the First Congress would amend to at least mimic England’s 1689 Bill of Rights. Thus, the negotiated Constitution was not complete until December 15, 1791 when 10 of 14 states ratified the Bill of Rights.

As long as the Congressional tyranny of partnership with religion prevails, the U.S. cannot claim either honesty or integrity. The republic that was negotiated by the 55 framers was signed by only 39 delegates. Some did not like the godlessness and some did not like the public discipline: the integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity needed for the responsible-human-independence to hold government accountable.

The founders, in the 1776 declaration of war against England reserved humble-integrity toward both physics and metaphysics; state and church; military might and mystery. They drew human-authority from “Nature’s God” and appealed to “the Supreme judge of the world” for victory. When failure seemed inevitable, the founders negotiated military providence from France, who delivered at Yorktown, VA in September 1781.

Writers reported that Jesus said, “Before Abraham was born, I AM.” That report seems “fake news” since Abraham and Sara so accommodated infidelity that major religions have increased chaos for some 38 hundred years. Today, some 55% of the world’s population claim religious beliefs emerging from Abraham’s legends. Another major percentage represents Abrahamic enemies.
