"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society. Civic citizens neither initiate nor accommodate harm to or from
anyone. Civic citizens are reliably responsible to the good rather than the bad
in connections and transactions.
Consider
writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens
mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase its proposal as follows: A civic faction, We the People of the United States, proffer,
practice, and may amend 6 public pursuits —- integrity, justice, safety,
strength, prosperity, and responsibility --- “in order to” pursue happiness “to
ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening-to and considering other
citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787 text,
unless it is amended by the civic-people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one with status has challenged
whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by appreciative fellow citizens convinces me the preamble
is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the faction who
collaborate for statutory justice, We the People of the United States.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren to both born Americans and legal immigrants. Congressional
freedom of religion, which fellow citizens have no means to constrain,
oppresses freedom to develop integrity. This can be remedied by changing the
First Amendment from “prohibiting” to “promoting”.

Physics delivered a bullet to presidential candidate Donald Trump’s
ear, effecting salvation of his life. He was saved by the mystery which
constrains the consequences of human choices.
A terrorist chose to pull his trigger several times. Trump chose to turn his
head. A firefighter died. I don’t know the ineluctable truth, so can’t fault
anyone who thinks religion saved Trump’s life and took the firefighter.
President Trump used religious poetry at this year’s national
Christmas-Tree lighting. Who would fault rejoicing, grace and truth, love,
salvation, and service during the annual season of goodwill to all? We heard
that religion for all is coming back to America, then “Merry Christmas”, “Happy
Hanukkah”, and “Happy New Year”. These are familiar expressions of the
traditional season. Yet they are exclusive to 72% of the world’s population.
Having spent 75 years’ aware-attempt-to-accept Christian-church,
my perception is that the world’s greatest hidden commission -- to discover and
practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior – unfortunately became the most
dominant wokeism – a belief in injustice toward blood sacrifice – culminated in
incarnate-God, on the cross.
It’s no burden to me for civic citizens to pursue the
wokeism they like, as long as they don’t break my window. However, the traditional
poetry church imposes no longer appeals to me. I prefer good behavior and pursue
perfect goodness, an idea which was expressed by Yeshua, the Galilean political
philosopher.
While President Trump coined it and konws, I think MAGA is
civic, including Judeo-Christian. I think MAGA lives without attempt to impose
religion on anyone. Civic citizens preserve opportunity and amend civil law
when they discover injustice.
MAGA is expressed in Genesis 1:25-28: on earth, humankind is in charge of
peace. Genesis-1 MAGA is accommodated by the United States republic, which was
specified and ratified on December 15, 1791, 234 years ago: in this republic, “ourselves
and our Posterity” pursues goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior.

The Democrat Party seems so evil it would not bother me to
witness them unable to win elections during the next 100 years. I perceive

This Congressional Meeting invokes the 2500 year old
Euthyphro Dilemma --- a philosophical question posed by Plato's Socrates,
asking whether something is good because God says so, or if God commends
goodness. This dilemma pits divinity against ethics. Only ethics stands the
test of time.
It's shocking to hear government emphasis on "religious
freedom" as key to peace and prosperity among humankind. Plato pointed out
that God is a mystery which ought not be employed to lessen goodness.
The subcommittee cited education as a key to peace. Every

Yes. Freedom is a social construct.
It is well known that the individual, groups, societies,
nations, and humankind is constrained by physics and progeny, such as
mathematics, economics, and psychology.

I think goodness existed before the Big
Bang, 13.7 billion years ago. Humankind, emerging perhaps 7 million years ago,
could discover goodness. However, only Homo sapiens, who became the dominant
species, mating with none other perhaps a couple millennia ago have the
capacity to oppose badness.
Homo sapiens (HS) is distinct in that
their brains process information fast enough to instantaneously choose goodness
over badness, developing a database of experiences and observations. First, HS
had to invent writing and grammar, perhaps 10,000 years ago. Next, they had to
invent law codes, which the Sumer civilization did starting 5500 years ago.
Sumer’s polytheistic political
philosophy was that many gods, led by perhaps 10 principal ones, competed in
heaven, leaving humankind to compete on earth. The codes punished perpetrators
of badness. City-states served patron gods, who defend inhabitants from
invasion. However, the Babylonians conquered Sumer, and Hammurabi revised their
law codes about 3700 years ago.
Since then, the concept of patron gods
expanded into competitive monotheism, and today, there are 4,000 to 10,000
doctrinal Gods. As a consequence, the earth is in chaos. Hopefully, Homo sapiens
have reached the abyss and has consciousness to pursue goodness that motivates

It gives a different view of my expression that civic
integrity is essential to statutory justice, the object of civil order. With
civic integrity, a citizen upholds the constitution even while he or she is
aiding discovery of injustice and suggesting legislation to improve the law.
At this moment, Christian Nationalism (a minority faction of
republicans) is making the claim that social democracy (a small faction of
democrats) cannot and will not ruin the United States republic. A faction
thinks Judeo-Christianity dominates the annual season of goodwill among
humankind. That faction thinks DEI's wokeism merely poked the mystery that
constrains human choice, arrogantly labeled "God".
However, Judeo-Christianity, featuring perhaps Pauline
Trinity versus Moshe's Hashem, is the dominant wokeism in the world, with 2.3
billion believers among 8.2 billion people (28 %). The disruptive-wokeist
Democratic Socialists of America has 0.1 million members among 250 million
adults. There are about 15 socialist nations.
Some celebrities express the view that Judeo-Christianity is
the emissary for whatever constrains the consequence of human choice. They
ignore the fact that 5.9 billion people are non-believers, after 5500 years'
writing and grammar which empowers collaboration. They seem to perceive that
the 28% need not accommodate the 72%.

choices.
Without objection, I expect a stranger in my journey to be encourager,
listener, truth-speaker, and of good will. A few people don't participate.

After 75 years pursuing church and state doctrine I tentatively trust-in and
commit-to, I realized that a principle of capitalism is being utilized to keep
the poor poor yet maintain flourishing consumerism and skim the revenues.
More than ever before, I want to influence people to appreciate economics.
First, a civic citizen earns his or her bread, warmth, and privacy, not simply
to avoid taking what a bureaucrat or pastor offers, but to accept power,
authority, and responsibility to constrain chaos in their way of living.
Second, a civic citizen neither supports belief-against-evidence, passivism,
dissidence, rebellion, and wickedness nor accommodates evil.
Third, a civic citizen chooses a republican form of governance -- in the United
States constitutional pursuit of statutory justice. And votes, in order to
discover and practice goodness which motivates good behavior.
Fourth, a civic citizen offers goodness to fellow citizens who neither cause
nor accommodate harm to contemporary inhabitants.
Fifth, redistributing wealth, rather than facilitating self-interested pursuit
of goodness, is harmful. A civic church and state does all it can to prevent
poverty-acceptance.
Sixth, since churches do all they can to promote their
faction rather than discover and practice goodness, I choose to trust-in and
commit-to my city and state in the United States republic. Yeshua, Ralph Waldo

I'm the luckiest man alive.
Every time I got out of line Cynthia
told me so.
Like the first-anniversary dinner when she
ignored my speech and I asked; why? She said, "You ought to see this
Italian guy across the room." I objected. She said, "What's your
problem? You stare at every woman returning from communion." I made up my
mind to change -- no longer view women like flowers for everyone to enjoy. It's
not easy but worth it.
Or the time a snake was curled on the garage
floor next to her car door. When I shooed the garden snake off into the yard,
she said, "I'm going to go find me a husband who will kill a snake."
From then on, any snake was dead on Cynthia's sight.
Or, after she bought our lot and we planned
our house during the 8 years after Jimmy Carter drove interest rates too high
for us, I cried and said, although I had bought 5 properties I could inspect, I
could not risk signing the contract to build it. She said, "That's not the
husband I married." I stopped crying. We enjoyed home for 40 years and our
daughters and I preserve it.
Most of all, when I badgered Cynthia over a
mistake she made and apologized for, she got out of bed, turned the 5 lights
on, shook her finger in my face and said, "Let me tell you what you are:
you are unforgiving. If you don't stop badgering me, I am going to get a
divorce." I imagine it, got on my knees, and never spoke about the mistake
again.
I'm crying to see her again . . . sing to
her . . . touch her . . . feel her kiss. Still living the dream, I wear and
gaze at the ring she gave me --- the luckiest man ever.

I don't know the ineluctable truth.
However, I think the problem this guy expresses, without offering a solution,
is that males inherit the perception that God is in charge and in the family
the man is God's emissary. He never discovers either Psalm 82, which could
inform him that he is, in the image of God, a god facing death. Or John 10:34,
with its affirming lower-case "g".
The problem is exacerbated, because children are not taught the Genesis 1:26-28
Sumerian Perception: female and male Homo sapiens have the power, authority,
and responsibility to pursue on earth goodness which motivates good behavior.
Instead, they are taught they are sinners, unable to pursue perfection of their
person.
Adults who comprehend these ideas do all they can to aid children in their

Infants are born with personal desire for goodness.
Successive generations inculcate ideologies that justify dependency, or
badness, or wickedness, even unto evil. Some happily say, "We are
sinners," resisting power, authority, and responsibility to goodness.
Consequently, the world is in social and economic chaos. There are some 4,000
to 10,000 gods and 45,000 Christian sects.
The prior generations, perhaps 100,000 as Homo sapiens, left to our generation
the opportunity to discover and practice goodness which motivates good
behavior, leaving to actual-reality whatever happens during our afterdeath. One
thinker said, "From dust to dust."
Will we accept 2025’s wonderful opportunity to pursue goodness "to
ourselves and our Posterity" (quoting the preamble to the
United-States-republic's Constitution)?
I think the civic faction, We the People of the United States, is talking to
discover goodness which motivates good behavior.

In 1994, "my Baptist church" offended my LA-French
Catholic sister-in-law, when she called to ask how to send money for Mass for
my deceased Father, Fred Beaver. Who does not comprehend Mass and a kind
response?
I read to discover my person in the world and in the USA. Incensed, I withdrew
from Baptism and discovered later I had withdrawn from Christianity.
In 2021, I perceived America wanted to repress Christians, I
returned to "my church" to help "the salt of the earth", by
expressing 3 ideas. First, everyone may pursue the meta-physical Jesus, whatever
it actually is. Second, we may rely on the ineluctable truth to guide the research;
"ineluctable" means, together, not to be avoided, changed, or
resisted. Third, Genesis 1:26-28 informs us that on earth, humankind is in
charge of order. Also, while I was neither Baptist nor Christian, my Catholic
wife could no longer provide social support and I appealed to them to
strengthen me and pray for her and our care-taking daughters. They did. I
shared my Catholic family’s 50-year history with "my church".
During the past five years there, I learned that reading about Yeshua, the
person whom Aramaic-speaking Yosef and Miryam named in Nazareth of 2000 years
ago, had always influenced me to choose good behavior. But I had to apply
modern discovery to primitive parallels to goodness, in order to benefit. For
example, Yeshua's process for conflict resolution, in Matthew 18:15-17, starts
with informing a fellow citizen you perceive they offended you. Doing so
positions you to discover their view; and, sometimes, the fact that, you were
the offender. The other 2 parts of the brief instruction are equally deep.
Adding V 18, Yeshua reflects Genesis 1:26-28; each person may and can constrain
chaos in their way of living. Eventually, I admitted that Yeshua had only begun
to inform me to discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior.
On "all souls" day, November 2, our daughters and I happily planned
to attend the evening Catholic Mass that would commemorate my wife's passing.
That morning, when "my church" announced their celebration, they
omitted my wife’s soul, and a friend factually explained that Cynthia was not a
member. Friends have only one chance to first-time-commemorate loss, and I can
think of no greater loss than spouse. Applying Yeshua's third step, I left
"my church". My shadow will not visit there.
Celebrate that I lived long enough to accept goodness; after more than 75 years
trying to submit to church, I happily accepted Yeshua's influence, in order to
continue discovery and practice of goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior. In
the meantime, I look forward to meeting old friends at Perkins Road Park --- to
pray for churches, societies, and nations to discover
goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior.
I think citizens who are perfecting goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior,
whether religious or not, don’t need to change.

years' fascination with Sumer civilization broke through to Mesopotamian
dynasties. Their attention to monarchical responsibility to care for the poor,
needy, widows, and orphans is at least 5500 years old. Intentions have not
progressed, so far.
The park where I walk enriches my society. If someone asks why I walk looking
down, I answer, "I'm looking for Ben Franklin". Most people think
they get it.
Benjamin Franklin recommended government that provides for the needy without
discouraging responsible work. So far, government encourages dependency, and I
think Church and church are responsible for exponential harm during 5500 years
-- plying the needy, in order to skim or rent-seek the revenues. The cost is
staggering!
Instead, the civic faction may improve every education department on earth,
including in states in the United States, to inculcate in youth the
comprehension and intention to develop personal curiosity and intelligence so
as to personally pursue their unique, perfect journey through life.
I think a civic person earns their responsible way of living, aids local and
national government to encourage independent goodness, discourages badness,
resists wickedness, and aids just annihilation of evil. I think churches may
and can resist Church --- change to goodness which motivates good behavior for
life.

ineluctable truth so can only write my opinion.
I think the buzzwords are empty; "relationship with Christ",
"knowing Jesus personally", "the transforming power of
Jesus".
Further, "Christ" or "Jesus" reflects writings of Paul or
of John. A person is more challenged by Yeshua, the name his Aramaic-speaking
Jewish mom and dad gave him in ancient Nazareth.
Reading "The Complete Jewish Bible", 1998, for only 2 years gave me
insights unto Yeshua's influence. For example, in Matthew 18:15-17, Yeshua, a
political and religious philosopher, presents his formula for collaboration in
church: if you think a fellow erred, tell them in private so they can share
their vision and perhaps change yours; if he or she resista collaboration tell
another fellow and try to convince them to spend time on the issue; if that
fails, bring the debate to the entire church. And Matt 18:18 teaches that
whatever choices fellows make are not corrected by heavenly powers. Knowing
Yeshua's intentions facilitates solving human conflict --- promotes peace.
After 2 years accumulation of Yeshua-influence, I now pursue discovery of
goodness which motivates good behavior. I find it in Perkins Road Park, Baton
Rouge and on the phone after conducting business. I find goodness everywhere
but in churches and in speeches about "Jesus Christ".
The best way to help the poor is by motivating them to accept their natural
curiosity and intelligence that motivates them to accept power, authority, and
responsibility to constrain chaos in their way of living and to collaborate
with fellows to pursue their unique goodness.
Churches do not have to disappear or stop seeking Yeshua's influence, in order
to pursue goodness which motivates good behavior. But if necessary, they may
dissolve, because parks and libraries are available.
If a person seeks Yeshua's influence, it is reliable.
I hope my opinion inspires someone to suggest an improvement for me to
consider, so I may approach ineluctable goodness.

weeks ago, a Fox news agent said about violent demonstrators for the Democrat
Party, "They need to find Jesus Christ."
I don't think that find would help erroneous citizens, whether Democrat or
Republican. I think fellow citizens and churches can discover goodness that
motivates good behavior.

while the Democrats support violence against the civic faction, We the People of

Marxists to form a violent collective. It's the audacity of audacities! Until

This is my 82nd season of goodwill to everyone. the world
seems at a 70-year economic crisis: will capitalism prevail over social
Marxism? Will the United States republic survive “democracy”? Will wanton TDS achieve
annihilation?
NYC seems to desire social democracy, or chaos. Fox News seems to advocate
“Jesus Christ”, not admitting the obvious: there are 45,000 Christian sects.
Some of the United States Cabinet conducts Bible reading: As
Judeo-Christianity, or to include Hagar, Sarah, and Keturah?
Humankind has 2000 years’ evidence that humankind cannot look to higher power,
whether rational or intricately-constructed mystery; whether church or state or
their partnership. Add the prior 1700 years’ divine covenants, and we can look
back to primitive thought for possible relief from chaos.
One conclusion from polytheistic Mesopotamia, the so-called Cradle of
Civilization, was that the gods were too busy struggling over the heavens and
therefore left to humankind the power, authority, and responsibility (PAR) to
order life on earth. This political philosophy seems expressed in Sumerian law
codes dating from 5500 years ago.
In every generation, the individual who perceives PAR intentionally constrains
chaos in his or her way of living. With practice, they discover goodness which
motivates good behavior. They easily recognize like-minded-people, whether they
articulate “goodness which . . . “, or not.
I think goodness which motivates good behavior is preferable to any
mystery-tradition. I did not invent this thought and consider it a consequence
of 3 quarter-centuries of Bible reading, ending with my view of Genesis
1:26-28.: On earth, female and male human persons unite to order life on earth.
The Genesis 1 suggestion is repeated in the specification of the United States
republic, the Constitution -- "to ourselves and our Posterity".
We may and can make this the season of goodwill to all late as accepting PAR

In fact, my 82nd season of goodwill would not have been
possible without my past 4 years attending a local Baptist church. I went
there, sharing with the senior pastor then that I was returning after 27 years
hiatus to discover my person, in order to share that humankind may and can
pursue 3 opportunities: the ineluctable truth, the metaphysical Jesus (a label
which church unintentionally informed me hides the person, Yeshua the Nazarene,
who discouraged badness and promoted goodness), and Genesis 1:26-28, which
informs that on earth humankind is in charge of order to living things and to
the earth.
The Bible represents Genesis 1:26-28 as the word of God, so
when churches teach believers to pray for God to provide order on earth, they
are teaching arrogance rather than obedience: badness rather than goodness:
Humankind is in charge on earth. If the Bible is accepted as the word of God,
its first chapter cannot be ignored.
The person who considers and accepts Genesis 1:26-28 has the
authority and power to constrain chaos in his or her way of living -- to reject
badness and practice goodness. Collectively, the faction who constrain chaos in
their way of living sustain life on earth -- make passiveness, rebellion,
crime, wickedness, evil, and spirituality possible. If there are no civic
citizens, civilization ends.
Accepting the Bible does not require rejection of church.
Brothers and sisters in church meet, intending to discover and practice
goodness that motivates good behavior. Those who accept the first chapter of
the Bible, especially the commission in V 26-28, may and can discover the
improvements their church pursues. Otherwise, church, now expanded to 45,000
sects, will continue to deviate unto total destruction.
This is a lot to consider. A lot has happened.
Again: Divinity schools ruin fellow citizens who choose to
be clergy, by not informing them that education to goodness that motivates good
behavior is the way to care for the poor, rather than to subsidize
impoverished-consumerism in order to help the elites, such as the preachers who
collect and skim the tithe. Capitalism depends on informed consumers selecting
beneficial goods and services. Socialism redistributes revenues, in order to
keep the poor satisfied with poverty and the middle class satisfied to support
elites. The partnership of church and elites is ruinous to a nation.
Civic citizens, who pursue goodness which motivates good
behavior, oppose Judeo-Christian pretense to Christian apology. Fox News and
other agents are culpable in promoting Jesus Christ with no clue that Yeshua of
Galilee promoted goodness that motivates good behavior.
In the world’s first known law codes, 5500 years ago,
Sumerian kings maintained mysteries yet admonished civic people not to
economically enslave the needy, widows, and orphans. Semitic-speaking
dissidents to power, authority, and responsibility (PAR), 3900 years ago,
converted the Sumerian policy into obligation to feed the poor.
A dissident Semite faction created covenants of non-human
blood sacrifice, in order to bargain for mystery’s favor despite bad behavior,

not teaching the poor to earn income with which to pay for the civic way of
living they desire, yet nudges humankind to improve religion. Religion is
action on heartfelt concern without discovering ineluctable validity.

234 years after completing the intended United States Constitution with the
Bill of Rights, failing young Homo sapiens.
Every American may and can own their earned-interpretation of the preamble to
the United States Constitution. I quote:

defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to

My paraphrase (trust and commitment) is: A civic faction, We the People of the

"A civic" invites other Homo sapiens to suggest-collaboration, in

Nov 4 Once there was a man born to parents of reliable,
lower-middle-class materialism and gender-competitive
independent-Protestantism; a communitarianism divided on opinion about imagined
mystery. As an emerging young adult, he examined Hinduism and its theology of
reincarnation and concluded that one communitarianism is enough to occupy a
lifetime and need not prevent civic life – pursuit of peace to humankind.
When he fell in love with a Louisiana-French-Catholic woman, he had no idea he
was entering a third communitarian world.
Her serene confidence and pure goodness so attracted him that he entered
training to position the Church to conduct the marriage. He happily committed
to rear any children in the Catholic faith but intended to modify neither
inculcated “priesthood of the believer” nor “once saved always saved”. Yet, as
he experienced continual conflict and reviewed history’s record of badness, he
would accept mystery without communitarianism, in order to pursue and practice
goodness.
He brooked church-abuse of his curiosity and choices, for 45 more years. When
his wife of 56 years died, the church he had befriended heartlessly slighted
her twice in 6 months. She was not a member -- only the wife of a friend. He
chose civic independence, leaving communitarianism behind so as to befriend
civic human beings.
Closing the door as he departed communitarianism at last, he felt aligned with
the origins of his unique person unified with his wife. The next day, as he
happily maintained the dream (marriage with his wife, his better half and
angel), he felt joy he had never before imagined.
And the face in her portrait on the den-bookcase seemed alive as he and their
daughters sang goodnight to her: Let Me Call You Sweetheart.

I like a mutually-iterative process. It has 3 phases.
First, the speaker expresses opinion about the object of discussion so well
that the listener comprehends.
Speaker may have to refine words and phrases to find language and grammar
used-by or useful-to listener. Second, once the object is established, the
listener considers personal perspectives that might improve speaker's opinion.
If so, speaker must comprehend, so as to grasp the perspective and either adopt
it, present evidence for rejecting it, or suggest improvement on the
perspective. In some cases, speaker/listener roles swap. This iterative process
continues until both parties perceive they concur.
Third, they discuss whether or not the now shared opinion should be chosen for
action.
Fourth, if the opinion is actionable, do circumstances warrant action?
I hope an iterative process makes sense to some readers. For it to work, both
parties may and can agree that truth is insufficient and to pursue ineluctable
truth. Ineluctable means (my view of Merriam Webster's usage): together, not to
be avoided, changed, or resisted. If the discussion approaches the ineluctable
truth, it has been worthwhile. Typical British dictionaries omit
"change", creating the opportunity to change "truth" by changing
the object.
For example, discussion of the power, authority, and responsibility to order
life on earth can be prevented by introducing the competitive mystery of God.

After 75 years attempting to learn and practice communitarianism,
I choose to pursue the goodness which inspires good behavior.
To consider a church, I suggest finding their mission
statement, value statement, or church covenant. Read it, and if you are not
willing to trust-in and commit-to it, don't let your shadow grace that
assembly.

searching.
Each of us is a person, born to discover and practice
goodness to fellow citizens, and civic parents know that. If a church does not

I think a civic people do all they can to aid children in their desire to
discover and practice goodness. This is made clear to adults in the Sumerian

opportunity to replace the proud chaos of “freedom of religion” with pursuit

After
45 years trying to embrace Mom and Dad’s Protestantism plus the
Louisiana-French-Catholicism precious to my wife, Cynthia, I dropped out for 27
years, in order to discover my person.
Then,
observing that some Americans wanted to persecute United-States-Christians, I
attended and financially supported my neighborhood Baptist church for 4 years.
On All Souls Day, November 2, 2025, the pastors did not commemorate Cynthia’s
passing on May 17, 2025, because “she was not a member of the church”. There’s
only one chance to neglect my wife’s passing; my shadow will never grace that
church again.
The
United States republic seems enslaved to religion. The civic faction, We the
People of the United States, may and can improve by amending the First
Amendment to, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of

In my family, with wife and 3 children,
the claim “you don’t comprehend” always produced brick-wall-loss; alienation
tragically delays family-collaboration. It disturbs me that both Republicans
and Fox News fruitlessly claim Democrats are crazy, because Democrats support
violence. I write to suggest your administration charge Republicans and Fox to
calmly, plainly address the Democratic Party’s wily audacity: destroy the
United States.
The founders didn’t perceive yet intended
the United States republic to discover and practice goodness which inspires
good behavior --- “to ourselves and our Posterity” (quoting the preamble to the
Constitution). [“Posterity” includes willing immigrants, both by entry and by
assimilation.] The framers negotiated that governance by democracy had to be
prevented so specified what I call “the American Perception” (1791) --- civic

many European political thinkers. Montesquieu advocated liberty and influenced

States is a pawn of the two-party system. By violent un-constitutionalism, the
Democrat Party intends to defeat the Republican Party; We the People of the
United States is to be defeated by social democracy.
I

Dear Mr. Vice-President:
When a fellow
perceives she or he can help a civic citizen, sharing is the only way to initiate
possibility, and therefore, I write to you. The chief point I want to make is
that July 4, 2026 need not, ought not overshadow celebrating the 250th
anniversary of ratification of the United States republic on December 15, 2041.
At
age 82, reading and writing in hopes of resolving church divisions that lessen
humankind, I perceive personal lessons worth sharing.
As
a deist, Thomas Paine wrote in 1776, “I thank GOD that I fear not.”
Paine was using “GOD” to appeal to every civic soldier’s belief, presuming that
non-belief, so called atheism, is not influential. I don’t think “GOD” serves
humankind’s responsibility to speak with meaning. In the first place, GOD may
not want worship, or praise, or to usurp human responsibility. It seems prudent
for human beings to reserve humility.
I recently devised and alternative
to gods: “whatever constrains the consequences of personal or social choice” to
reserve humility respecting power, authority, and responsibility (PAR). I feel
informed by Genesis 1:26-28: Phil Beaver may and can pursue goodness in his way
of living.
I feel fortunate that my curiosity
and perseverance survived 75 years’ search for higher PAR that would lessen
chaos in my way of living. I recently discovered and pursue goodness that
motivates good behavior and therefore perceive hope if not joy. Neither state
nor church can usurp personal opportunity to practice goodness.
My wife of 56 years, Cynthia Ann
Marionneaux Beaver, recently died. I hope reincarnation is in my future. I will
find her and articulate marrying to-her rather than with-her (Matthew 19:5, NIV
and NKJV). Her surname will be mine unto our three children and perhaps theirs.
If I get a second life with
Cynthia, I will influence family to goodness rather than to divinity. As
husband, I sought to aid Cynthia’s opinions without giving up pursuit of my
person. I attended pre-Cana but did not convert. Thus, I did not give up my pursuit
of goodness. In their teen years, I asked our 3 children to consider Baptist belief,
concerned that in Catholic Mass they innocently self-judged they were “GOD’s
people”.
This brings me to the tragedy in
Charlie Kirk’s relative youth. I conjecture that he did not comprehend Matthew
19:5. He risked life-commitment to-wife-and-children-unto-descendants, in order
to express personal beliefs. GOD responds in actual-reality rather than to
beliefs. Too often, the unexpected is brutal. I speculate Charlie is able to
view his unattended duty on earth from his seat in heaven. The horror and tears
won’t stop. Our sympathy does not help. I don’t know the ineluctable truth.
Belief and non-belief have been at
odds during the 200,000 years Homo sapiens have dominated life. The ongoing
DEI-vs-Judeo-Christianity-crisis is only the latest.
However, the Trump-Vance administration
may and can lead the civic faction of We the People of the United States to
establish and maintain pursuit of goodness that inspires good behavior, leaving
churches and states opportunity to aid rather than divide humankind.
Perhaps you will use goodness to dominate
July 4, 2026. I hope you will set the stage for celebrating ratification-of the
United States republic, on December 15, 2041.
