seeks to collaborate on the ineluctable truth. Ineluctable means: Not to be assailed, avoided, broken, changed,
escaped, mystified, neglected, obfuscated, rationalized, resisted, revoked, or
voided. Some people erroneously imagine limiting the ineluctable truth, for
example, trying to change it.
"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society. Civic citizens neither initiate nor accommodate harm to or from
anyone. Civic citizens are reliably responsible to the good rather than the bad
in connections and transactions.
Consider
writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens
mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase its proposal as follows: The civic faction in the United-States-republic
continually improves 6 public practices: integrity, justice, safety, strength,
prosperity, and responsibility --- “in order to” motivate good behavior “to
ourselves and our Posterity” I want to improve my interpretation by listening-to and considering other
citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787 text,
unless it is amended by the civic-people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one with status has challenged
whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by appreciative fellow citizens convinces me the preamble
is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the faction who collaborate
for statutory justice, We the People of the United States.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren to both born Americans and legal immigrants. Congressional
freedom of religion, which fellow citizens have no means to constrain,
oppresses freedom to develop integrity. This can be remedied by changing the
First Amendment from “prohibiting” to “promoting”.
Selected theme from this month
Study: goodness which motivates
good behavior
I published my study, goodness which motivates good behavior,
on my blog promotethepreamble.blogspot.com/, 2 days after posting that blog
name on my X account. The blog views totaled over 600 then dropped to zero the
day after I posted the study. The study was viewed twice on the first day then 7
more during the next 3 days,
It’s a 35 page read that shares concerns from my studies over
the past 40 or 70 years. In a way it discloses my ignorance. But I view it as a
way for youth to accelerate discovery of how to develop the good behavior they’d
like to recall when they approach their nineties.
I continue to improve my study and may one day publish it as
a book. First, I must find a publisher who is willing to consider it.

The House Subcommittee may and can use this occasion to
improve the United States republic by changing the religious clauses in the
First Amendment to: "Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or [promoting] the free exercise thereof."
This or better amendment of the Constitution would resolve
the arrogance of religious doctrine conflicting statutory justice. For example,
it is immoral for a child abuser to hope to assuage their crime by confessing
to a priest whose doctrine binds him not to share the guilt.
Further, Georgia and West Virginia permit handling venomous
snakes as a demonstration of religious faith. Some states outlawed the practice
after both mom and dad were bitten, orphaning their children. Condoning
religious venomous-snake handling is egregious.
The republic is remise in the First Amendment, which could
and should prevent religious conflicts with the pursuit of statutory justice.
There is no excuse for Congress continuing to burden the
civic faction of inhabitants with litigation of religious mystery and nonsense.
On X: The House Subcommittee on the Constitution can improve
the United States republic by changing the religion clauses to: "Congress
shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or [promoting] the
free exercise thereof." Prevent imposing religious canon on Americans.

I think Chairman Wiker’s introduction uses traditional
phrases that prevent comprehension of the 2026 world. For example, the phrase
“like minded countries” invokes mystery.
The chief like-mindedness I am aware of is sated as follows.
Nations competitively avoid/resist the Genesis 1:26-27 message: Humankind’s
civic faction, whether religious or not, may and can reserve humility to the
creator which requires an authentic man to unite to a reliable woman, in order
to pursue peace on earth, so as to defend and preserve their descendants’
opportunities to pursue good behavior. The civic faction must accommodate all
deviations except evil, which it must annihilate. I know of no nation which
claims intentions to mutually collaborate for peace on earth: all resort to
war.
In the face of religious zeal like the Twelver’s belief that
prayerful warfare is an excellent vehicle to Allah, competitive goodness is
insufficient. That was demonstrated by the near extinction of Zoroastrianism.
I suggest that goodness rather than either righteousness or
Godliness can be used to establish a coalition of countries that preserve each
other’s opportunity to practice good behavior. With 3 generations practicing
good behavior, the coalition might convince rogue nations to reform if not face
annihilation to end warring.

This forum seems a vain attempt to promote Judeo-Christian
preeminence in the United States republic:
If you don’t believe in God, you are God’s creation, and your purpose is
to serve God, you do not deserve opportunity to choose good behavior.
The forum uses Enlightenment terms like “common good” to
bemuse civic integrity. “Civic” means intention and behavior to mutually
preserve opportunity to resist badness in life.
The forum’s rationalizations would undo ineluctable evidence
and thus the truth. The forum wants the United States republic to yield to
contradictory canon: the Hebrew Bible versus Koine-Greek commentary on Paul’s
Epistles.
The forum ignores the futility: Humankind does-not know what God is. Justice
cannot be grounded in the unknown.
Genesis 1 summarizes the political competition in
Mesopotamia as of 4100 years ago: polytheisms. A 4100 year-old idea from Sumer
Kings is expressed in Genesis 1:26-27: female and male humankind is charged to
order life on earth.
In Genesis 2, an East Semitic-speaking group developed
covenants with God. In Genesis 3:15, God promised a Messiah to protect women
from evil. In Genesis 35:9-12, God changed Jacob’s name to Israel and promised
a great nation. In Genesis 49:10, the Messiah will be Judean.
The Greek commentary attempts to impose Yeshua as the
promised Messiah but savior for all who, by grace, believe God incarnate.
God seems whatever constrains the consequences of human
choice between good or evil. This forum, like DEI, lacks humility.

I think the non-religious, unchurched portion of fellow
citizens, about 1/3, could host a similar celebration of President Trump's
survival and successes to the United States republic. I hope they will.
I think the Hebrew Bible together with the 367 CE Koine
Greek canon about Ιησούς (Yeshua, son of Yosef and Miryam of Judea) inform us
to pursue good behavior in the image of goodness:
1. Rule life on earth
in the image of goodness (Genesis 1:26)
2. Homo sapiens may
choose to perfect good behavior yet cannot escape death (Psalm 82:6-7)
3. Behave perfectly
during life (Matthew 5:48)
4. Goodness will not
correct Homo sapiens failures (Matthew 18:18).
I think civic Christians, non-believers, Jews, and Muslims
(US-demographic order) can and will civilly discuss Yeshua's influence to
goodness, whether he was divine or not.
The one-of-a-kind United States republic thrives since
ratification under 14 states, in December, 1991. Aliens and enemies do well to
emigrate.

https://www.ntd.com/trump-sends-easter-message-to-faithful-evil-and-wickedness-will-not-prevail_1136779.html?
After searching during 3/4 century for a church, I recently
discovered that Yeshua, son of Yosef and Miryam in Judea 2000 years ago,
advocated goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior -- to Homo sapiens, the
surviving mutation of humankind.
A key Yeshua instruction is in Matthew 18:15-17; Koine Greek
Ἰησοῦς (Iēsous)'. It's an up to 4-step
process for resolving conflict on earth: communicate privately to resolve
perception that someone wronged you; if necessary ask another civic citizen to
consider joining deliberation; if necessary, go public; without resolution, let
the blameless party separate.
Following, in Matthew 18:18, Yeshua, assures Homo sapiens
that Genesis 1:26-27 holds true: On earth, only Homo sapiens can choose good
behavior.
Paul, a Jew, after Yeshua's execution, generated
believers-in-church but missed Genesis 1:27. Paul wrote, in 1 Corinthians 11:7,
"For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and
glory of God; but woman is the glory of man": Pauline travesty.
In July 2026, I pursued Yeshua's "necessary
goodness" but, accepting Donald Trump's sincere goodness, over a few
months changed to my current 5-word phrase. Civic citizens collaborate to
discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior "to ourselves
and our Posterity" (quoting the preamble).
Some Pauline Christians are also civic citizens and hope
their church conforms to whatever constrains the consequences of human choice.
#USpreambler,#acivicpeople,#goodnesswhich
Note: redlined strike through was blocked without
information; I guessed correctly.
Now in my 9th decade, I discovered, 2 years ago, that during
75 years' searching, no church would accommodate my civic trust and
commitment: Civic people collaborate to
discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior (goodnesswhich for
short) to ourselves and our posterity in this world.
I regret the losses I suffered in my church-search and am
convinced there is no Church that may and can defeat the actual-reality that is
informed by Genesis 1:26 OJB and Matthew 18:18 NKJV --- on earth, only
humankind can establish and maintain goodnesswhich.
I am happily "unchurched". I urge members to
require that their churches emphasize goodnesswhich.
I appreciate enduring inspiration to pursue goodnesswhich
under the conceptual influence of Yeshua, son of Yosef and Miryam of 4 BC
Judea. I am grateful I personally discovered Yeshua, who is obfuscated by
writers about Christ and Jesus in one society, reduced to prophet in another,
arrogated in another, and unknown elsewhere.
On the other hand, I support people who practice
goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior even if they support a church. But it is
not possible for churches to want goodnesswhich when their members have not
discovered it.
I think Secretary Hegseth expresses goodnesswhich when he
cites Jesus Christ and hereby defend his freedom to pursue religion. The chain
of command is peopled by citizens of the United States republic, who are
totally qualified to express its freedoms.

@CDees Thank you
for sharing.
My essay assumes that
the Hebrew Bible is reliable if the reader appreciates and accepts the
integrity that may be discovered.
Every reader has the option to pursue either goodness or
badness in comprehending the words.
The first challenge is to accept or resist the mandate that
is rendered in Genesis 1:26-27: in the image of whatever constrains the
consequences of human choice, choose to discover and practice personal behavior
that will order your way of living, notwithstanding the chaos on earth.
The person who chooses good behavior pursues peace on earth.’
@Will8ett Kett
Thank you for sharing.
I think "little children" refers to people who
listen to Yeshua's influence to good behavior. Yeshua was a person, son of
Yosef and Miryam in Judea 2000 years ago. I choose Yeshua's influence rather
than church beliefs.
The apostle John commented, in 100 CE on entrepreneur Paul's
Epistles written during 50 CE to 60 CE. Paul negotiated with Peter, James, and
John to relax Mosaic law (613 rules with 10 commandments) in order to allow
Gentiles to pursue relationships with Yahweh. The Jerusalem Counsel concluded
that Gentiles could join Messiah-believers if they precented 3 kinds of
consumption and fornication. The views of the church negotiators is recorded in
Acts 15 and Galatians 2, to include John as an elder of Messianic Jews.
Every human being has the choice: either appreciate and
remain humble to whatever constrains the consequences of human choice or choose
a church doctrine to pursue. If there were no church doctrine there would be no
atheists -- only "little children", living among the theists.
Quora
Since about 2.8 million years ago, humankind, originally
dark-skinned, discovered and developed the laws of physics, in order to
establish peace despite earth’s chaos.
Homo sapiens emerged about 300,000 years ago in Africa. As
they migrated north and south, adaptation to less UV light caused light skin
colors and by 70,000 years ago, the adaptations were genealogical.
Mesopotamia was a trade center with many cultures present.
And 11,000 years ago, captives from war were enslaved for labor, without regard
for skin color.
Indigenous slavery was practiced in Africa and elsewhere,
for example, in N. America. About 1700 years ago, N. African and Arab merchants
created the Saharan Slave trade. It grew into the Atlantic Slave Trade with
European colonists.
Since the first Homo sapiens were dark skinned, it seems
unjust to hold the late-coming light-skinned people solely responsible to
prevent slavery.

So necessity
demands that we harm (punish) people who need help? For their own good? The
more the better?
PRB response: Choice rather than necessity. As fellow citizens, we may
choose to not be civic. For example, we may choose to be a violent protester,
risking public constraint. Civic citizens engage the work needed to mutually
assure opportunity to preserve human freedom. Not everyone wants human freedom,
so the civic faction must aid the rule of law. Here, that means aiding the
United States republic. The Constitution intentionally prevents social
democracy to the nation. The fewer criminals the better for “ourselves and our
Posterity”.

Does the Pope fear Trump's Religious Liberty Commission? I don't think the
Church of England shares popish ambition. Did Eric Swallwell impact political
folly in the Democrat Party? Crime by illegal aliens is protected by the

opposition of, by, and for the civic faction.

Physics makes it plain that humankind has the power,
authority, and responsibility to provide order from earth's chaos.
Humankind has evolved for at least 3 million years, continually inventing new
tools to aid surviving if not thriving. Homo sapiens adapted and mutated
beginning 0.3 million or 300,000 years ago and became the only existing
humankind 15,000 years ago.
About 150,000 years ago, Homo sapiens, then dark-skinned, began to explore
beyond Africa. Some explorers, 70,000 years ago, needing less UV protection,
developed light skins. By 15,000 years ago adaptations become genealogical.
Dividing Homo sapiens on physical characteristics does not aid order, and
dark-skinned people were aware of this as soon as possible. At least MLK, Jr.
spoke about it.
It is difficult in 2026 to respect attempts to dominate public discourse using
Homo sapiens characteristics other than good behavior, an offspring of physics.
Besides, I"m an old white man.

One reason people with TDS can't perceive how civic citizens
object to them is TDS's express neither the intentions nor the intelligence to
answer a simple question: Finney, would you allow Iran to have nuclear weapons?
(second chance to follow an argument you started) Will you express any courage
of convictions?
And Acosta: What about Obama justifies jealousy? My wife voted for him once,
but not twice. She objected to his popularity among the enemy. And she was
appalled when he bowed to a Shah then sent cash to Iran.
And Blazek, I never imagined extracting Mrs and Mr Maduro from Venezuela. But I
can imagine Iran being so fearful of the US military that they would behave and
watch American citizens mine the uranium out of the exploded caves.
Turning to a politically actionable issue, what concerns me is that teachers
accommodate inculcation that the sun'll come up tomorrow -- an honest
perception. There's much more delight in actual reality: the earth's rotation
on its axis will unhide the sun again at dawn and the 1000 mph speed will hide
it again by dusk -- rain or shine. And gravity keeps us safe! Let's revise
education departments to teach reality rather than perception. Why should
children be challenged to un-learn what teachers taught? Can concern for
children get attention of inhabitants of this country who suffer TDS?

Ali, your art, including caption, is amazing, wonderful, and
inspirational.
This is to share my opinion about this composition (April
11) --- depicting an authentic man in America’s heartland.
The intentions of the United States republic is stated in
the preamble to the Constitution. Almost no American owns an interpretation of
the preamble or cares to ponder it. They just want to live, and privately
practice civic citizenship.
"Civic" means to personally practice good behavior
and preserve fellow citizens' privacy. In public, good behavior entails
resisting badness and annihilating evil.
My interpretation of good behavior, as described in the intentions portion of
the preamble is: The civic faction in the United-States-republic continually
improves 6 public practices: integrity, justice, safety, strength, prosperity,
and responsibility --- “in order to” motivate good behavior “to ourselves and
our Posterity”.
If I knew humankind's scripture, I could share universal
authority for the above claims. Unfortunately, I spent 75 years attempting to
understand the Hebrew Bible and Koine Greek commentary on Pauline Epistles,
prejudicially called "Old Testament" and "New Testament",
respectively. I think they are 2200 years old and 1600 years old, respectively.
Recently, I think Genesis 1 dismissively summarizes
polytheistic beliefs reported by each Egyptians and Sumerians, 5200 years ago,
and 4900 years ago, respectively. A pivotal point is in Genesis 1:26-28 NKJV,
in my view: “. . . let [humankind] have dominion over . . . all the earth . . .
So God created man in His own image . . . [female and male] He created them.”
{Notice the primitive, divine pronouns.}
"Have dominion" means "rule", and the
United States republic commits-to and trusts-in goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior
in this world.

This is the DEI "woke" crowd, attempting to
distract the civic faction, We the People of the United States republic, from
life. For example, living is discovering and practicing influence from The God
regarding goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior to Homo sapiens, the surviving
mutation of humankind -- goodnesswhich for short.
This weekend, the God is misrepresented by Iran-war negotiators, each hoping
for power from Allah, The Trinity (if not The Church), G-d, and Ahura Mazda,
respectively. Such 4 pretends to discuss the influence of The God. Also,
there's Trump's triumph; Artemis II.
I write opinion only because I do not know the ineluctable truth; I think The
God is whatever constrains the consequences of human choice, probably the laws
of physics, such as economic viability or psychological sustainability.

opportunity to pursue goodnesswich.

The Hebrew Bible reports 4000-year-old debate about
primitive unknowns at the 5500-year edge of Homo sapiens developing dominance
among earth's species.
The Jews proudly humble to whatever-constrains-the-consequences-of-human-choice
-- won't even name it. The Hebrew Bible features failed covenants and a
prediction that a Judean king and priest would unite the 12 tribes of Israel in
a kingdom of peace. Today, Jewish literature exponentially expands.
About 1900 years ago, a small faction of Jews argued that Yeshua, which means
"salvation" or "to rescue" as in Joshua's renaming, was the
predicted king and priest. But the son of Yosef and Miryam in Judea advocated
goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior on earth, including Israel. Scribes
developed Paul's projection of Yeshua's life onto Hebrew-Bible predictions.
These scribes debated in Greek about Γεσούα or Yeshua, as Israel's rescuer,
obscuring the personal message for good behavior. About 400 years ago, Europe
transliterated to "Jesus", further hiding the political philosopher's
message.
However, Homo sapiens attraction to good behavior is so strong that Yeshua's
light shines through all the noise --- even Easter celebration. About 62% of
Americans advocate Jesus, not grasping that they are influenced by Yeshua's
message for good behavior. Despite bemusement, they relentlessly pursue Yeshua's
good behavior.
Thank you, Emily, for nudging this sharing.

republic commits-to and trusts-in goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior in
this world. Religion, racism, and genderism exclude themselves, yet citizens
are free to attempt badness.
I appreciate photographer and friend Ali Dadgar (April 11 FB post) for nudging
these thoughts.
April 13
On April 13, the Religious Liberty Commission (RLC) held a
hearing on the past, present, and future of religious liberty in America.
Today’s forum seems a vain attempt to promote
Judeo-Christian preeminence in the United States republic: If you don’t believe in God, that you are
God’s creation, and that your purpose is to serve God, you do not deserve
opportunity to choose good behavior.
The forum uses Enlightenment terms like “common good” to
bemuse civic integrity. “Civic” means intention and behavior to mutually
preserve opportunity to resist badness in life.
The forum’s rationalizations would undo ineluctable evidence
and thus the truth. The forum wants the United States republic to yield to
contradictory canon: the Hebrew Bible versus Koine-Greek commentary on Paul’s
Epistles, promoted as “The New Testament”.
The forum ignores the futility: Humankind does-not know what God is. Justice
cannot be grounded in the unknown.
Genesis 1 summarizes the political competition in
Mesopotamia as of 4100 years ago: polytheisms. A 4100 year-old idea developed
by Sumerian Kings is expressed in Genesis 1:26-27: female and male humankind is
charged to order life on earth.
In Genesis 2, an East Semitic-speaking group developed
covenants with God. In Genesis 3:15, God promised a Messiah to protect women
from evil. In Genesis 35:9-12, God changed Jacob’s name to Israel and promised
a great nation. In Genesis 49:10, God said the Messiah will be Judean.
The Greek commentary attempts to impose Yeshua as the Judean
Messiah but savior for all who, by grace, believe God incarnate. Moses’ law
does not matter. See Ephesians 1:3-6 CJB, “Praised be Adonai, Father of
our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who in the Messiah has blessed us with every
spiritual blessing in heaven. In the Messiah he chose us in love before
the creation of the universe to be holy and without defect in his
presence. He determined in advance that through Yeshua the Messiah we
would be his sons — in keeping with his pleasure and purpose — so that we
would bring him praise commensurate with the glory of the grace he gave us
through the Beloved One.”
God seems whatever constrains the consequences of human
choice between good or evil. The RLC forum, like DEI, lacks humility.

Months
ago, I accepted that whatever-constrains-the-consequence-of-human-choice could
be called “The God”.
To
discuss peace in Iran, a Muslim, a Christian, a Jew, and a Persian could
express humility to each Allah, The Trinity, G-d, and Ahura Mazda,
respectively, by collaborating to discuss the influence of The God. (If they
merely cite “God”, no three listeners collectively knows that the speaker pursues
justice.)
If
they discussed capital punishment, they’d agree that The God supports the death
penalty, unless the Christian is Catholic under 2018 Catechism. (I think the
Pope errs to pretend to legislate. The Pope prophesies justice in eternity
rather than in current wars.)
I
am writing to suggest that nations address good behavior rather than divine
unknowns. Let goodness exist.
Let
the civic faction, We the People of the United States, collaborate to discover
and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior to “ourselves and our
Posterity” (quoting the preamble to the Constitution).

Yesterday, at the news conference in Hungary with Viktor
Orban, J D Vance, who is Catholic, asserted, in my view: in the war with Iran
the United States republic intends to be on God’s side; Trump and the
administration constantly prays to make good choices; and if Vance gets a
negative message he’ll be the first to notify the press. See you tube.com/watch?v=hMqK9GmvW1Q
or better at about 30 minutes.
Humankind seems bemused, because the word “God” has a different meaning for
each person within their group of like-minded-thinkers. Unchurched-believers
like me constitute a small minority.
Vance could have been more expressive by asking the reporter a surprisingly
narrow question. By pertinent “God”, you mean which of four-- Allah, The
Trinity, G-d, or Ahura Mazda (God to a remaining few Zorastrian Iranians)? Even
though such a response may seem gotcha or smart-aleck to reporters and
Religion, I think its time has come.
Admitting that no believers agree with me, I recently found relief, placing my
trust-in and commitment-to
whatever-constrains-the-consequences-of-human-choice. It neither surprises nor
disturbs me if peaceful people do not see it my way; nevertheless, I share my
objections to psychological violence or "tyranny over the minds of
men".
I hope the civic faction of the United States republic reads this.

After searching during 3/4 century for a church, I recently
discovered that Yeshua, son of Yosef and Miryam in Judea 2000 years ago,
advocated goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior -- to Homo sapiens, the
surviving mutation of humankind.
A key Yeshua instruction is in Matthew 18:15-17; Koine Greek
original, Ἰησοῦς (Iēsous)'. It's an up to
4-step process for resolving conflict on earth: communicate privately to
resolve perception that someone wronged you; if necessary ask another civic
citizen to consider joining deliberation; if necessary, try to go public;
without resolution, let the blameless party separate.
In the verse, Matthew 18:18, Yeshua, assures Homo sapiens
that Genesis 1:26-27 holds true: On earth, only Homo sapiens may and can choose
good behavior. Otherworldly correction will not happen.
Paul, a Jew, during decades after Yeshua's execution,
generated believers-in-church but missed Genesis 1:27. Paul wrote, in 1
Corinthians 11:7, "For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he
is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man":
Pauline double travesty: Paul not only chose not to accept
the power, authority, and responsibility assigned in Genesis 1:26, he defied Genesis
1:27, women as image.
In July 2025, I pursued Yeshua's "necessary
goodness" but, accepting Donald Trump's sincere goodness, over a few
months changed to my current 5-word phrase. Civic citizens collaborate to
discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior "to ourselves
and our Posterity" (quoting the preamble).
Some Pauline Christians are also civic citizens and hope
their church conforms to whatever constrains the consequences of human choice.
If I wanted to pursue church again, I think I would follow Ya‘akov, Yeshua’s brother.
But I don’t plan to go back to before.

Mar 31
Now in
my 9th decade, I discovered, 2 years ago, that during 75 years' searching, no
church would accommodate my civic trust and commitment: Civic people
collaborate to discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior
(goodnesswhich for short) to ourselves and our posterity in this world.
I regret the losses I suffered in my church-search and am convinced there is no
Church that may and can defeat the actual-reality that is informed by Genesis
1:26 OJB and Matthew 18:18 NKJV --- on earth, only humankind can establish and
maintain goodnesswhich.
I am happily "unchurched". I urge members to require that their
churches emphasize goodnesswhich.
I appreciate enduring inspiration to pursue goodnesswhich under the conceptual
influence of Yeshua,
son of
Yosef and Miryam of 4 BC Judea. I am grateful I personally discovered Yeshua,
who is obfuscated by writers about Christ and Jesus in one society, reduced to
prophet in another, arrogated in another, and unknown elsewhere.
On the other hand, I support people who practice
goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior -- even if they support a church. But it
is not possible for churches to want goodnesswhich when most members have not
discovered it.
I think Secretary Hegseth innocently expresses goodnesswhich when he cites
Jesus Christ and hereby defend his freedom to pursue religion. The chain of
command is peopled by citizens of the United States republic, who are totally
qualified to express and enjoy its civic freedoms.

Response to picture of Evan: Who could imagine a more appreciative response?
I have no idea why Evan seems so good, am just glad it is so, and wish to know
him.

Cynthia's daughters (and mine) amaze me. Appreciation of
Cynthia's wonderful influence is not missing in this community.
Rebekah scheduled masses surrounding Cynthia's first birthday after death (last
May 17 due to PSP). We chose to attend in the neighborhood rather than cross
the Mississippi River bridge.
See https://files.ecatholic.com/34922/bulletins/20260322.pdf?t=1773931524000
, page 6 -- March 28 Masses and Sanctuary Candle.
Holly's friends at the office (everyone there) gave her a family dinner at
Sammy's on Highland. Mint, Cynthia's sister joined us. Other caretakers were
busy.
I had said I wanted to bring Cynthia's first picture album as a memory-starter.
The ladies responded they did not want to risk a mishap. Nothing goes well if
you don't listen to ladies; we had a wonderful time together. We were warmly
astonished when the waiter said, "Your bill, including tip, was paid by
the people at the nearby table," but could not explain it. I attribute it
to the people at the nearby table and appreciate their goodnesswhich motivates
repetition.
I had set aside 2.5 hours for a late lunch then mass. Suddenly, it came time
for mass. Rebekah was in line for the ladies room. Under duress, I asked Holly
and Mint to go ahead, later seated Rebekah in the car, then had to return for
my sunglasses. It was the longest liturgy of the year, so being a little late
was no problem for the ladies. When we returned, our daughters' five cats were
as polite as can be.
I am in awe with life in these parts.

Dear
Mr. President:
Re:
“God” and what I have learned while appreciating you and yours:
Socrates’
Euthyphro Dilemma, by Plato, considers whether something is good because God
commands it, or if God commands it because it is inherently good.
Months

I

good behavior rather than divine unknowns. Let the United States republic deal
with its slogans, pledges, and humble divinity, while you encourage the civic
faction, We the People of the United States, to collaborate to discover and
practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior to “ourselves and our

benefit from your goodness.

Dear Mr.
Vice-President:
Re:
Iranian/Hungarian “God” and appreciating you:

other nations, the United States republic wants to be on God’s side; Trump and
the administration constantly prays to make good choices, and if there’s a

reporter was arrogant.
Humankind
seems bemused. The word “God” has a different meaning for each person, even
within their group of like-minded-thinkers. No two Jews have the same G-d.
Unchurched-believers like me constitute a small minority.
I think it’s
more expressive to ask the reporter a surprisingly narrow question. By
pertinent “God”, you mean which of four: Allah, The Trinity, G-d, or Ahura
Mazda (God to a remaining few Zoroastrian Iranians)? Even though such a
response may seem gotcha or smart-aleck to reporters and Religion, I think it's
accurate, precise, and deep.
Admitting that
Religion disagrees with me, I recently (within the last 2 of my 82 years) found
relief, placing my trust-in and commitment-to
whatever-constrains-the-consequences-of-human-choice.
It neither
surprises nor disturbs me if some peaceful people do not see it my way.
Nevertheless, I publicly share my objections to psychological violence or
"tyranny over the minds of men". Religious fellow citizens may choose
to be civic.
I advocate
civic collaboration to discover and practice goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior
to “ourselves and our Posterity”. I hope you appreciate, improve, and share the
concept.
