Consider
writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens
mutual equality: For
discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase
it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows: "The good People of these" united states
facilitate and encourage five civic disciplines---integrity, justice, peace,
strength, and prosperity, "in order to” develop responsible
human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity.”
I want to improve my interpretation by listening to
other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787,
text, unless it is amended by the people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is
legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

The U.S. Supreme Court exacerbates Chapter XI Machiavellian
chaos
It occurred to me this week that judges are more culpable
than both priests and politicians in regressing the U.S. from its proffered
intention to develop responsible-human-independence in conformity to standards
to be discovered by future “ourselves and our Posterity” rather than preserve
Anglo-American law.
I have long perceived that James Madison was aware of
Machiavelli’s Chapter XI irony concerning governance by a priest-politician-partnership.
The partnership lives high on the hog and fellow-citizens neither rebel nor
emigrate, maintaining faith that their family-God will eventually relieve their
descendants’ misery and loss.
The people ignore the 4500 year-old political philosophy in
Genesis 1, which suggests that the-God assigns to human-beings the responsibility
for order on earth. The Sumerian suggestion predates Judaism, Christianity, and
Islam. There was a brief time, perhaps a thousand years, when humankind could
have accepted the Genesis 1 necessity to establish peace on
earth. However, individual tribes focused on attempts to harness the-God so as
to usurp responsible-human-independence; to subjugate others to their-God-led
tribe, despite the-God. The consequence is chaos that is divergent in 2021.
Events before 1774 convinced the USA-founders that they must
establish humility toward both humankind and the-God; physics and metaphysics; civic-church
and civil-state. Therefore, nothing in the 1776 declaration of war against
England disparaged England’s reformed-Catholic Trinity. And in 1778, the
founders negotiated military-providence from France. Ratifying the 1783 Treaty
of Paris, the 13 free and independent states accepted that their confederation
was too weak for global survival.
The framers, in 1787 specified a federal-republic with the
states in a Union led by 3 equal and competitive branches: legislative,
judicial, and administrative. Five days before the signers finalized the 1787
U.S. Constitution, the preamble became a statement of purpose: five public
disciplines “in order to” develop responsible-human-independence according to
standards to be discovered by “ourselves and our Posterity”.
When Congress unconstitutionally re-established English
legal precedents, the Supreme Court should have rendered the acts
unconstitutional. Under “the rule of law” the Supreme Court so thoroughly
bemuses itself with precedents that it is confused when a man, persuaded by a
metaphysical entrepreneurship, claims the right to be a woman.
Since 1513, Chapter XI Machiavellianism focused on the
clergy-politician-conspiracy. It’s time
to recognize the court’s collaboration against the people, so far. I hope we, the
2021 “ourselves and our Posterity” demand amendment of the First Amendment so
as to encourage and facilitate civic humble-integrity rather than civil
religious-opinion.

No. Each ethics and honor may be subjective.
Merriam-Webster Online has usage 8.a, “a keen sense of ethical conduct: INTEGRITY.”
However, the integrity must be humble to physics and its
progeny, including biology and psychology. Humble-integrity is the standard by
which a person may gauge their personal-integrity.
Second, the ethics on which honor may be granted must be
founded on the-ineluctable-evidence; never on metaphysics.
I think the greatest honor is to continually develop the humble-integrity
required for responsible-human-independence. Thereby, an individual may perfect
their unique person before dying.

Yes.
However, “rights” is a human construct by which the authors
intend to arbitrarily bemuse most people’s attention to necessity, in order to
license the authors. I think the only valid human right is inalienable/un-consignable;
the human opportunity to-develop humble-integrity and to-constrain chaos
in personal living cannot be consigned to another.
Necessity requires the entity female&male-human-being to
constrain chaos. That is, each human being has the individual power, the
individual energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to develop the humble-integrity
with which to practice, encourage, and facilitate responsible-human-independence
(RHI) during life.
However, physics and its progeny such as psychology are
imperfect, and not every person accepts these four human conditions: that they
are a human being, that humble-integrity is in their
self-interest, that they may use HIPEA to perfect their person before death,
and if so, they can develop statutory-justice to-necessity, in
order to constrain RHI-dissidents. Dissidents are in one way or another
dependent on fellow-citizens. For example, the criminal needs a victim.
Thinkers who perceive these political theories could encourage
an achievable better future. However, deep-thinkers prefer power and develop
poverty, war, religion, ideology, and other means to bemuse and control fellow-citizens.
A perfectly powerful political partnership may be entered by priests,
politicians, and judges. The people inculcate in their children religious faith
that ultimately the family-God will usurp RHI. Families neither rebel nor leave
the country, and the priest- politician-judge-partnership lives high on the hog
with immunity.
The UDHR is a consequence of the rule of judges’-law, a
human construct that wraps on itself and drifts so far from physics as to facilitate
metaphysical-industry, such as the one that offers gender-change for sale.
In the U.S., the evil First-Amendment-religion-clauses
empowered the priest-politician-judge chaos that has develop since March, 1788,
when 11 of 13 formerly free and independent states seated the first Congress
and began to restore Anglo-American tradition (reformed Catholic/Protestant
Christianity but with USA-factions) rather than embark on U.S. intentions (RHI).
At the soonest possible moment, the “ourselves and our Posterity” of 2021 must
effect amendment of the First Amendment, in order to encourage and facilitate civic
integrity rather than religious opinion (a private,
optional pursuit).
Evidence that the U.S., on September 17, 1787, embarked on
development of RHI is in perhaps three documents. First, is 4500 year-old
Sumerian political thought, in Genesis 1:27-28:

I don’t know. But my view is that it’s a big negative,
especially when it escalates to “philanthropy”.
Necessity and power require female&male-human-being to
constrain chaos on earth (Genesis 1:27-28 for example of primitive political
philosophy). Throughout evolution, it has been plain to the individual that
constraining chaos in lifestyle is a self-interest. Further, the human has the
individual power, the individual energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA)
to develop the humble-integrity with which to practice
responsible-human-independence (RHI). So the first valid volunteerism is to
develop the self-discipline to responsibly earn the way of living one desires.
That is, to provide a good or service that fellow-citizens are willing to buy
during enough years to pay the provider’s family-living and responsible retirement.
People who do not appreciate this human self-interest
acquire and nurture dependency of two kinds: neglect and intent. Intent
develops in to crime, tyranny, evil, and worse, unless constrained by statutory
law-enforcement. People who indiscriminately volunteer exacerbate dependency of
both kinds.
The U.S. Constitution, being based on legal constructs
rather than physics and its source (“Nature and nature’s God”), is manipulated
to restore English precedents, primarily elites vs the middle class mimicking lords/clergy
vs commoners. Consequently, the U.S. generates millionaires and billionaires on
entrepreneurship and entertainment and their managers. Included is tax favor
for philanthropy.
Philanthropy empowers the ultra-rich to defeat the 1787 U.S.
intention to develop statutory justice. I’m reminded of George Soros who has
$8.5 billion but donated $32 billion to Open Society Foundations. I don’t know,
but understand he influences leftist politics. The Democrat party seems alien
to U.S. intentions: public discipline so as to develop RHI.
In summary, the volunteerism I favor is fellow citizens both
initiating no harm and opposing harm to or from any person or group.
I oppose the Democrat Party and work to reform the
Republican Party. I work to end the religion-Congress partnership that
repressed the 1787 U.S. intentions and purpose. Even more culpable than
Congress is the Supreme Court, who develop the law in defiance of physics and
its progeny, including biology, psychology, and economic viability.

Maybe it’s folly more than paradox.
The notion that the-God or a government will assure a person
life, liberty, property, or the pursuit of happiness is certainly a foolhardy
notion. Consider the citizens who were killed by Democrat-sponsored license to
the liberty-to trash property and injure and kill fellow citizens in the U.S.
during summer, 2020.
The “rights of man” is a political propaganda developed by
elite writers in Europe’s enlightenment era. In 2021, some would-be elites
propose the “right” to mathematics.
In my view, the only valid right to
female&male-human-being is the right to develop humble-integrity. It is a
self-interest that would proliferate if encouraged and facilitated to
fellow-citizens, especially the young.
Careful study of three documents shows that this is not a
new possibility. Genesis 1:27-28 proposes constraint of chaos, the 1776
USA-declaration of independence from England separates church from state, and
the 1787 U.S. Constitution has not one word that lessens the humble-integrity

Taking “man” to mean female&male-human-being, burdens

assent or approval”. You ponder what drives it.
The civic citizen’s greatest strength is that they do no
wrong, neither causing nor tolerating harm to or from any person. The few who
behave this way act in self-interest, because their greatest desire is civic,
mutual, comprehensive safety and security that facilitates the
responsible-happiness the individual perceives rather than subjugation to
someone else’s vision for them. “Civic” in this usage refers to human
connections rather than municipal conformity.
But not every person perceives the self-interest of
responsible-human-independence. Some choose dependency on fellow-citizens: gaming
the system, crime, tyranny, evil, and worse.
It seems dissent is driven by failure to accept and

I do not agree with the violence the Democrat Party is
conducting under V.P. Harris and President Biden. Neither do I agree with the
tyranny imposed by Congress in 1789: freedom of religion, speech, and he press
according to Congress rather than We the People of the United States.
Beginning my fourth quarter-century, I have always faced no
appreciation for my trust-in and commitment-to the-ineluctable-truth, most of
which is unknown. I recall I was 7 years old when fear induced by the minister
at Calvary Baptist Church, Knoxville, TN motivated me to “quietly leave [my]
seat with every eye closed and head bowed and walk down the aisle to give my
life to Jesus.” Mom and Dad were such good providers that I struggled for the
next 4 decades to choose one of the competitive Christian faiths they offered.
To this day, I do not know who was subjugated by the other.
All during my first quarter century the politically correct
saying was “the Christian thing to do” or “what would Jesus do?” Slowly I
realized that “I am a born again Christian” meant the speaker planned to pick
my pocket. People who learned of my opinions quickly labeled me agnostic if not
atheist. However, my satisfaction increased in humble-integrity toward whatever
controls the consequences of a person’s actions. I would never return to the
risks I took in purporting to choose a doctrinal-God.
By the end of my second quarter century, my
serenely-confident, Louisiana-French-Catholic wife and our 3 children helped me
accept what I call responsible-human-independence. I would never go back to
before and would not encourage anyone to follow my path. Let each person pursue
their unique perfection.

God”. Then there’s “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”. These human
provisions, excepting “liberty” were not repeated in the 1787 U.S.

First, from the statistical anomalies that occur in physics
and its progeny, such as biology and psychology, I do not think “all” can ever
apply. The best we can hope for is “most” and it seems regarding the basics
open-minded people are split into thirds: active, passive, and middling. When
an issue is well understood, it seems the people arrive at a 2/3 preference.
For example, it seems 2/3 of Americans oppose forcing/coercing a woman to
remain pregnant more than they oppose abortion.
Education of men and women to not become sexually intimate
in circumstances that threaten the woman’s viable ova is the common-sense
approach to lessening abortion.
To your point, in the U.S. the clergy-politician-partnership
created by the First Amendment’s religion clauses positions men to subjugate
women by tradition. U.S. women can lead the 2021 “ourselves and our Posterity”
to amend the U.S. Constitution so as to encourage and facilitate
humble-integrity rather than religious-opinion. The reform should apply to all
three branches of the federal government, the media, and the state governments.
Thus, instead of “Congress shall . . . “, the effective First Amendment will
read “No elected or appointed official in the United States shall act to lessen
encouragement and facilitation of the individual citizen’s development of
humble-integrity” . . . or better.
Many reforms would develop from this first step. For
example, the purpose expressed by the signers of the 1787 U.S.
Constitution is public discipline with 1) unconstrained standards of discipline-achievement
and 2) provisions for “ourselves and our Posterity” to amend the law toward
statutory justice. From the USA founder’s 1776 Declaration, “Nature and
Nature’s God” rather than law as the standard of human development, and military-providence
(strength) by “the good People” is “the Supreme Judge of the world”. Thus, with
the reformed First Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court would be compelled to turn
from English precedent, obsolete or not, to U.S. intentions to pursue
the-ineluctable-truth rather than human reason.
These principles are so shockingly plain as to seem
incredulous. However, a few hours contemplation of Genesis 1:27-28 might
convince many citizens who want mutual, comprehensive safety and security so as
to responsible live according to personal happiness rather than submit to
someone else’s vision for them to perceive the Genesis message as:
female&male-human-being is charged to constrain chaos in life. With most
individuals doing so, dissidents would be motivated to reform, and peace on
earth might be more possible. In other words, the promise of Genesis 1, the

Speaking of history, in 1774 there was talk of Nova Scotia
being the 14th American colony. British North America thereby might
have become part of the United States.
Also, the Continental Congress wrote 3 letters to Quebec,
hoping their French citizens would join the war for independence from England.
I don’t know why it did not work out. Do you know some of
the reasons? Interestingly, France, in 1778 dedicated some of its ongoing war
with England to American soil and was dominate in the victory at Yorktown, VA,
1781.
My wife could have a French passport, too, because her
maiden name is Marrionneaux, with direct Parisian ancestors who immigrated to
New Orleans, Louisiana. She has two Acadian-French ancestors, LeJeune and
LaBauve, who immigrated to Louisiana’s prairie country from Canada.
To me, it would be altogether appropriate for the U.S. to
observe an achievable better future in Canada, predicated on Canadian, 2021
updates of Genesis 1:27-28, the 1776 Declaration for USA independence from
England, and the 1787 U.S. Constitution with the preamble revised for clarity
and to change “liberty” to “independence”, if not
“responsible-human-independence.
The bravery of individuals who undertake habitation of space
will be at least on par with the American settlers. Indeed, they will offer
humankind a renewal of the opportunity to develop peace on earth, which so far,
the U.S. “ourselves and our Posterity” have neglected under the
unconstitutional Congress-tyranny of Protestantism morphed to

Enlightenment writers, especially in 17th-18th century Great
Britain and France, suggested that freedom is an un-consignable human
condition. In other words, a human-being cannot consign freedom if they want
to. And that is consistent with Genesis 1:27–28, which suggests that humankind
is assigned, perhaps by necessity, to independently constrain chaos on earth.
That is to say, neither the-God/nature nor government will usurp the individual
human’s responsibility to offer peace in world-order.
The writers also suggested, with less clarity, that liberty
is not license-to prevent a fellow-human’s freedom. For example, a
fellow-citizen does not have the liberty-to impose their personal God on
another; that is to say, each civic-citizen has the freedom-from civil
religious opinion. Church and state must be independent of each other.
Too late for the 1787 U.S. Constitution, France demonstrated
in the 1789 Bloody Revolution that, too often, errant-citizens take “liberty”
to mean the license to shed fellow-citizens’ blood. The U.S.-alien Democrats of
2020 cheered blood-in-the-streets as domestic and foreign terrorists burned and
looted Democrat-controlled cities and injured and killed citizens and stormed
the Capital in 2021.
Clearly, “liberty” in the preamble to the U.S. Constitution
must be reformed to “independence” if not “responsible-human-independence”. And
the statue in NY Harbor must be renamed “The Statue of Independence” on
“Independence Island”. Appreciation to France for their 1778–1781
civil-providence in the USA’s war for independence does not require
civic-submission to license.
Moreover, we, the “ourselves and our Posterity” of 2021
must, preferably by 2022, amend the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,
in order to deny the license of any elected or appointed official in the U.S.
to constrain individual freedom to develop the humble-integrity to practice
responsible-human-independence, whether by religion, speech, or reporting. The
First Amendment’s pretension of constraint on Congress is shared-license to all

adults, those who acquired comprehension and intention to be a human being
rather than one of the opposites, develop, during a quarter-century or more of
service to fellow-citizens, the humble-integrity by which to judge and develop
personal integrity. During retirement, the individual may approach perfection
of their individual.
In the statistical variations resulting from physics,
consequences of human life are infinitely variable. Some babies are born incapable
of self-development and should be aided until they can sustain self-development
or for life. Some individuals can be incapacitated by accident. Life-support
should be provided.
Otherwise, the combination mercy, compassion, and sympathy seems
judging rather than appreciating a fellow-citizen’s
responsible-human-independence.
Unfortunately, no civilization teaches their youth that a
human-being has the individual power, the individual energy, and the individual
authority (HIPEA) to develop the reliable-independence to responsibly-pursue
the-happiness-they-perceive rather than submit to someone’s mercy, compassion,
and sympathy. No culture teaches Genesis 1:27-28 as a charge to human
independence.
I think the nation that improves and applies these principles
will have an achievable better future and that the U.S. intends such as future,
considering the 3 documents mentioned above.
