voided. Some people erroneously imagine limiting the ineluctable truth, for
example, trying to change it.
"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society. Civic citizens neither initiate nor accommodate harm to or from
anyone. Civic citizens are reliably responsible to the good rather than the bad
in connections and transactions.
Consider
writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens
mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase its proposal as follows: The civic faction in the United-States-republic
continually improves 6 public practices: integrity, justice, safety, strength,
prosperity, and responsibility --- “in order to” motivate good behavior “to
ourselves and our Posterity” I want to improve my interpretation by listening-to and considering other
citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787 text,
unless it is amended by the civic-people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one with status has challenged
whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by appreciative fellow citizens convinces me the preamble
is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the faction who
collaborate for statutory justice, We the People of the United States.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals.
However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren to both born Americans and legal immigrants. Congressional
freedom of religion, which fellow citizens have no means to constrain,
oppresses freedom to develop integrity. This can be remedied by changing the
First Amendment from “prohibiting” to “promoting”.

I have written and continually update a book. I posted it on

. The next update will change the title, again, and I think the above title
will stick. The text will continue to use “goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior”.
I work to make it accurate, precise, and deep. It touches everything that had
to happen before we could arrive at this moment. The purpose is to encourage
the reader to explore history that might be more important than opinions that
came after the events. For example, The Constitution of the Iroquois Nations is
less important than the verbal development of the confederation yet more
important than subsequent analysis.
I read, write, speak and LISTEN, in order to learn, so I hope people will read
the book and comment (to me).

I very much like your statement for your family and friends,
where you live.
However, I think "God and Jesus" is too controversial
to have better than negative impact on earth.
Is "God" The Trinity or one of the many names
promoted in either the Hebrew Bible or commentary on Pauline theology in the
Koine-Greek "New Testament" to a new covenant? The Hebrew Bible
touches religions like Zoroastrianism and Hellenism.
Pauline theology holds that Jesus was God incarnate, come
down to shed blood. Is "Jesus" the itinerate miracle healer with
power over other laws of physics, or did Paul misrepresent Yeshua of Judea, who
encouraged individuals and crowds to discover and practice improvements to
Mosaic law?
I think Yeshua presented a process for resolution of human
conflict in Matthew 18:15-17, which is misrepresented as justification for
adjudication when members of the church deviate from doctrine. I think Yeshua
was cryptically teaching that private forgiveness prevents the encounter that
occurs when one party accuses another: on hearing the other view, the accuser
may discover they were at fault, apologize and make amends.
After 75 years pursuing church, I discovered that Genesis
1:26-27 instructs me that I am in charge of order and peace in my behavior. I
intend to take and am practicing that responsibility for the rest of my life.
I am enthusiastic to share this discovery and do not expect
everyone to share my opinion.

my opinion about good vs evil behaviors, I focus on RAP, the responsibility,
authority, and power of Homo sapiens. Physics holds Homo sapiens responsible to discover and pursue order despite
earth’s chaos.
The infant may
and can learn, accept, and intend RAP. RAP empowers adults to constrain chaos
in their way of living. The adult who accepts RAP appreciates and preserves
other peoples’ opportunities to choose order on earth: good behavior.
Good behavior is negotiated among 7 political types who, aware or not,
collaborate to eradicate evil. The seven include civic citizens plus 6 civil
subjects under the rule of statutory justice. Subjects are characterized in

The citizens and subjects collaborate, intentionally or not, to eradicate evil
people.
For example,
the evil person raped, killed, and buried a niece, yesterday, and imagines

Even if Homo

I totally disagree that America is bad. I want to do all I
can to aid my country, the USA.
It seems never too late to request citizenship outside the United States
republic.
I loved living in Greece, but did not like it when communists there dragged the
American flag on the street.

our passage to our apartment.

Mr. Nicholson's simplicity is alright for him.
However, I would not take his position, because I want to retain humility

competitive. Most people agree. For example, if a neighbor is visiting a

should keep civic people from speaking opinion about the ineluctable evidence.
Individuals should never doubt a civic people. "Civic" means

For example opinion: I haven't met a clergyperson who is an authentic member of
Homo sapiens. Clergy persons are too bemused by their Church to accommodate

The yarn "birds of a feather flock together" is
neither true nor good, yet like-mindedness influenced me during nearly eight
decades.
Appreciating Dad and Mom, despite their competitive beliefs, I sought a church
who would accept my perspective of the ineluctable truth rather than insist on
agreement with doctrine.
After 8 decades, I conclude that many people don’t consider ineluctable
evidence. For example, in the year of my spouse’s death, a prayerful church she
had befriended for 45 years civically un-recognized her. I'm glad I was only a
friend.
I am better served by being unchurched. I am writing to both 1) encourage
neighbors so inclined to choose unchurched and 2) for the churched to reform
any bad Doctrine, in order to accommodate civic goodness.
I encourage believers to ponder Psalm 82 status: until they die, each Homo
sapiens may and can choose behavior that lessens badness. If a Church increases
badness, the believers may and can reform it to civic integrity.
I pursue behavior that lessens badness and like to learn differing

I like that statement and would expand it to, ". . . some of whom trust-in
and commit-to the United States republic's intentions, which are stated in the
preamble to the Constitution."
The ones who do comprise the civic faction; or "We the People of the
United States", as defined by the preamble.
People who could not care less about the Constitution's content elect to be
subjects rather than citizens.
I think most defendants of the Democrat Party elect subjugation rather than
citizenship. The Democrat Party claims to represent "the people", not
realizing that the United States republic is managed by the Constitution. Maybe
100 years from now theDNC'll awaken to 235 years' success, as of December 15,
2026.
I think President Trump makes many mistakes and never expected infallibility.
But to my delight, he delivers so much to the United States republic! I think
it's because he is wealthy enough to immediately employ a team of lawyers when
any party disrespects the Constitution.

appreciating and accommodating the Farsi-speaking people in Iran (53 % of
inhabitants)
Peoples in 4 cultures may and can
reciprocally update their institutions so that each accommodates the laws of
physics rather than preserves competitive mysteries. Judeo-Christians,
sectarian Jews, Muslim groups (33% of Iranians), and Zoroastrians can each modernize
their doctrine, in order to collaborate for goodness which lessens badness. I
doing so, they will relieve the non-believers of the world, about 45% of the
population, from civil harm due to competing religions.
Consider, for example, the
Judeo-Christians. Addressing diverse predictions in the 200 B.C. Hebrew Bible, by
120 CE, writers had completed commentary on the execution of Iēsous (Ἰησοῦς), Koine-Greek translation
for the Aramaic “Yeshua”, meaning “he will save Israel”.
A small fraction of Jews thought Yeshua, a
Judean, was the messiah. Within that group, Yeshua’s brother, James, thought
Jews must mimic Yeshua’s perfect goodness. John, among Yeshua’s chosen apostles
thought Yeshua was Yahweh, come to sacrifice blood for all believers. Paul,
self-appointed pagan-church-organizer and “apostle” to the pagans, appealed for
pagan-relief from Abrahamic male-circumcision. Peter thought most Jews were
hypocrites respecting Mosaic Law. From this Jewish-messiah debate, Yeshua
eventually dominated -- 400 years ago as “Jesus”, a European transliteration of
the Greek translation of the historical-person’s name.
The Judeo-Christian Bible was canonized by
405 CE. Competitive commentary through 2026 features up to 12 core principles
plus veneration of Mary, leading to 45,000 Christian sects worldwide. Civic
sectarianism is no more burden than preference in sports, as long as belief
does not cause harm. However, theists who castigate non-believers often impose
incivility, such as war. The other religions seem less diverse. But each
religion may independently pursue humble goodness.
Previously, I suggested that the
world would be grateful if you, Sir, articulate goodness-which-motivates-good-behavior
or better. Goodness which lessens badness seems a synonym.
