deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is
legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

appreciated every word she spoke, except "God". Government leaders
need to accept that "God" is mystery:

It seems plain that the-God will
not usurp humankind’s duty to pursue RHI. I think that message is in an ancient

to the passage, “in our likeness, so that they may rule”. Jesus cites Genesis
1:26-28 in Matthew 19:3-8, correcting Moses-law and the subjugation of women.
The U.S. Constitution comports to these principles in each 1) its amenability
by the people and 2) the pursuits that are proffered “to ourselves and our
Posterity” in the preamble.
Now, here is the lesson for America that I would appreciate coming from you
Dick Morris. Do the work to improve my view, make it yours, share it with
Sanders, Trump, and Desantis and their spouses. The incentive is to suggest:
any person who claims they have Jesus in their heart is prudent to contemplate
Genesis 1:26-28 as I have presented it or better, then ask, “Would the-God
approve any vice-president not accepting orders from The Commander in Chief of
the United States?”

power to accept any contradiction they notice. They may not be able to express
their concerns to others. I want to restate your expressions in terms I trust.
Three publicly accepted words -- truth, democracy, and majority, need modification
or substitution. Consider it my first offering for your correction of my
misapprehensions.
Unfortunately, extant Education Departments manipulate
thought so as to empower elites among fellow-citizens. Unfortunately, many
elites fail to serve humankind, instead letting power corrupt them. An
achievable better future is possible when most fellow-citizens recognize the
factual-reality that power corrupts. Then, civic-citizens can strengthen the
elites by un-electing or firing them when they fail their offices.
First, “truth” is
not reliable. Merriam-Webster Online tells us “truth” is “the body of real
things, events, and facts”. However, usually no one knows the factual-reality.
For example, the US Military is not reliable respecting UFO’s. The CDC is not
reliable regarding vaccines. The Congress is corrupt regarding spending our
descendants and legal immigrants’ economic futures. The Administration is
impeachable for importation of crime and deadly drugs at our southern border
and in other ways.
People can& may employ the modifier “ineluctable”. It
means, not to be avoided, changed, escaped, neglected, rationalized, or
resisted. For example, local officials’ order to evacuate for a tsunami demands
immediate, responsible action --- civic-citizens retreat to higher, stable
ground. Reliability of the order is lower priority.
The order can later be weighed on ineluctable evidence: The tsunami arrived and lives were saved. Or,
the report was false, either by error or by tsunami dissipation. Afterwards, the
public knows the-ineluctable-truth about the expected event. However, if
reliable records are not preserved, the facts about the report may be lost, and
the reality may become controversial. The future cannot be improved without
journaling past error.
By insisting on a journal of the-truth according to
the-ineluctable-evidence, the people may achieve a better future. The-ineluctable-truth
may be preserved.
“Ineluctable” was published in 1570 and combined with “truth”
in 1906. However academia and the press have shielded the public from this
powerful word, in order to gain higher rewards from the elites. The public
cannot function on mysterious truth.
It seems that truth is in the-ineluctable-evidence rather
than in the hands of “the few”: the powerful, many of whom are corrupt-elites.
Second,
“democracy” is not reliable. It’s a fantasy used by politicians& clergy to
control the individuals who comprise the inhabitants. Politicians control both
domestic and foreign forces -- the police and the military, respectively. The
clergy exacerbate fear to people who seek mysterious relief from the unknowns.
Believers are gullible to mystery
more than complacent to force.
Therefore, many government officials partner with churches.
People can& may assign “democracy” to the trash bin, by
using “allowed vote”. “Allowed” invokes the many influencers on election
results: awareness and acceptance of U.S. intentions (the preamble), reporting
integrity (civic-journalism), vote-counting rules and election-officials, a
civic-judiciary, vote harvesting, group demands or factions, ignorance, and
alien interferences.
Third, “majority”
refers to a faction of the group. In question is the definition of “group”.
Contradiction arises when conditions favor a faction. Contradiction is not
possible when the group is defined, “reliable human-being”. If every individual
is a reliable human-being, there is no majority – only a continuum of
reliability. Continuum is possible in both human-characteristics and in time.

I think elites deploy education to
maintain gullibility.
Physics& its-progeny
– literally everything – makes it plain that human being (verb) can& may
independently pursue order on earth. The individual can constrain chaos in
their way of living. Education has, so far, failed to make this
ineluctable-reality common-knowledge among successive generations’ youth&
adults. “Ineluctable” means not to be avoided, changed, escaped, neglected,
rationalized, or resisted. Consequently, few fellow-citizens participate in the
civic-integrity that is required for responsible-human-independence (RHI).
In fact, RHI is a self-interest
that is served by civic-integrity: reliability in human connections&
transactions. Unaware of RHI, most people fear the future and fall prey to the
notion that a higher power will usurp their obligation to civic-integrity.
Elites take advantage of this gullibility.
There are two marketers of higher
power: priests and politicians. Their individual arts establish& nourish fellow-citizens’
pursuit of higher power. Politicians view the most powerful tyranny in
partnership with the institution that created and maintains a-God the people
believe can control physics. With this partnership, government can pick the
people’s pockets and with-immunity, in order to personally live
high-on-the-hog. The people neither rebel nor expatriate, passing the praise&
worship bargain to their descendants.
Only an aware people can overthrow
this tyranny. The recent 50 years of liberation education, I think sponsored by
strange partnering by Marxists, the Catholic poor, and the Church, has created
an abyss. The current chaos can& may motivate most people to pursue the
education that could result in civic-integrity to RHI. Government would reform to continual development of statutory
justice grounded in physics& progeny rather than arbitrary rules such as
Anglo-American precedent.
I think the-civic-Jesus affirmed
these principles, starting with Genesis 1:26-28. See Matthew 19:3-8, for
example. Additionally, I think the framers& signers established these
principles in the 1787 U.S. Constitution. Any group that wants to can draw from
these documents from the past.

Merriam-Webster online informs me that “sovereignty” means autonomy.
“Subsidiarity” means that functions which are performed effectively by the
individual belong to them.
We are at the leading edge of 300,000 years’ homo sapiens development. About
5,500 years ago, a Mesopotamian culture suggested a political philosophy: only
female& male human-being can& may pursue safety& security to life
on earth. It’s a philosophy of responsible-human-independence (RHI). Then 3,000
years ago, scholars imposed a God as the agent that willed the human powers.
Then 2,000 years ago, competing scholars made Jesus the-God.
People who study Jesus can& may extract civic-guidance from the continuum
of humankind’s experiences& observations – from the consequences of human
choices. For example, in Matthew 19:3-8, perhaps the authentic Jesus negates
popular law, extolling the ancient political philosophy: a man who unites to a
woman cannot justly separate from their integrity. I regard suggestions like
this as coming from the-civic-Jesus, where “civic” expresses reliability to
human being (verb).
I think the-civic-Jesus influences listeners to behave for the-good. And Jesus
mysteriously influences many people. As a listener& advocate, I would not
forget Jesus by believing I could alone pursue the-good. Fellow listeners such
as Dostoevsky and Emerson (Ralph Waldo) and today Vaughn Crombie help me
comprehend the-civic-Jesus. Together, listeners mutually increase
comprehension.
In this practice, I perceive sovereignty& subsidiarity as I write: To
pursue personal happiness, other citizens can have all the rest --- give me
Jesus.
It seems past time for civic-citizens to accept responsibility for mutual,
comprehensive safety& security to life on earth.

With NASA thinking people will colonize Mars by 2060, it seems
folly that in 2023 a scholar writes “we . . . grapple with what constitutes the
nature of truth”.
I think scholars foolishly preserve the 17th
century nature as surrogate for the-laws-of-physics& its progeny,
such as mathematics, biology, and psychology -- physics. There is no “nature of
truth”: there is physics. Scholars create semantics by debating the object of
discussion – the something about
which their choir debates “the truth”. A classic example is theists debating
God, never party admitting to self that each advocates their-God without humility toward the-God. And the-God may be the-good that the developed humankind will
achieve.
Civic-citizens can end scholarly tyranny be demanding that
judges, lawyers, journalists, politicians, government officials, priests and
even salespersons& congresspersons express the-ineluctable-truth.
Ineluctable means: not to be avoided, changed, escaped, neglected,
rationalized, or resisted. The-ineluctable-truth exists and can be discovered on
the-ineluctable-evidence.
“Ineluctable” was published in the year 1571 and combined
with “truth” in 1906. It’s been hidden from the public by the scholarly choir.
Civic-citizens can& may hold each other responsible to speak either
the-ineluctable-truth or better or admit, first to self, “I do not know”.

In a culture of responsible-human-independence (RHI),
civic-citizens avoid communitarianism, unless the community's object is human
being (verb). The community that tolerates democracy, despite

dependents -- children, grandchildren& beyond plus legal immigrants.
