paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows: ”This
appreciative citizen practices and promotes 5 public disciplines---integrity,
justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, "in order to” enjoy responsible
human independence among “ourselves” and encourage “our Posterity.” I want to improve my interpretation by listening to other citizens and
their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787, text, unless it is

It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is
legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

I’m a fiscal conservative with humility toward
whatever-God-is rather than to any of the doctrinal Gods, such as
Alinsky-Marxist organization. Marxists ridicule my ideas, but so do

When I ask a proponent what they mean by “Marxist,” they
seem illusive, and maybe Williams explained their motive. Marxists I met did
not seem civic-fellow-citizens, and Anglo-Americans seem held hostage by their

No-offense to anybody is not the utopia it seems. Each human
being is unique and either accepts being human or not.
The human being has the individual power, the individual
energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to either develop integrity in
self-interest or tolerate infidelity to his or her person. Call them civic

The opportunity to develop integrity is available during
about 80 years at the leading edge of perhaps 3 million years’ human
development, which has exponentially improved during the last generation, or 20
years.
It is not feasible to impose on one person the use of HIPEA
by another. Therefore, the civic citizens must agree to equity under statutory
justice. Dissidents who cause harm must be constrained until he or she takes
charge of developing his or her HIPEA for integrity. Some dissidents need
permanent constraint.

For example, when Dr. Gahan had two scans run---X-ray and CT---and

we could be discussing how much time I have to live?” He answered, “That’s
possible, but we are going to do everything we can to cure you.” I left his
office with awareness and confidence. Now, I am 12 years from that time, and 7
years cured: I am cancer free, and
suffered only physically, due to lungectomy then chemotherapy.
Again, when I was retired from my job with a brass
handshake, my boss told me to leave the premises immediately. I asked, “After
35 years’ service, may I have the dignity to return to my office, pack a few
things, tell some peers goodbye, and leave at the end of the day?” After an
interview with a social worker, I was allowed that privilege. I’ll never forget
it. I think my boss’s strength in a strong company empowered me to ask and
expect a positive result.

I am a dreamer. I actually think the
COVID-19 impact during Mr. President’s administration is a world-changer that
will draw attention to interpretation of the U.S. Preamble as national trust-in

Every day, I learn of motivating events.
For example, last evening, I saw an authority addressing the danger of “freedom
of religion” on Fox news: Ayaan Hirsi Ali calls out Biden for quoting Muhammad
pronouncing Sharia law in remarks to Muslim voters.
The elephant on the globe is freedom of
religion a ruinous surrogate for the opportunity to develop integrity. The
Alinsky-Marxist organizations (AMO) that are rioting in Democrat cities do so
as anarchists with religious beliefs. Mr. President has the humility to
challenge Congress and the Supreme Court to end the folly of “freedom of
religion” and replace it with opportunity to develop integrity.
Integrity is the practice of remaining
like a child—admitting to self that you don’t know what-you-don’t-know and

For example, the search “African-American Christianity” gets 1321 documents on
the latter and yields “Black Church” on the former. Today, you have to know to
search “Christianity in Ethiopia” to learn about “Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo
Church.” In other words, neither is mentioned under “Black church.”
Lastly, be vigilant to pursue only what you need to know in
your self-interest on this day; trying to know everything is impossible, and
random scholarship about past scholarship is a wasted effort, unless you need a
grade in order to get favorable recognition, such as a diploma cum laude.

engineer objects, citing the help given. The project engineer ignores the

I don’t think so. I think the-literal-truth exists and
humankind works for discovery and benefit.
I can’t think of a more bemusing word than “truth” unless
it’s “God”. For example, the search “truth” at Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
found 1693 documents. The first document, “truth” was substantively revised on
August 16, 2018. The “fact” search found 2017 documents.
“Fact” seems a subset from arbitrary designation by someone.
For example, Mom and Dad named me “Phillip” and Mom nicknamed me “bull moose,”
hopefully after Teddy Roosevelt the Progressive Party Candidate. The nickname
is arbitrary, confirmable fact. The Roosevelt reference is speculation that
cannot be confirmed.
The-objective-truth is discovered using the ineluctable
evidence. Comprehension is improved by inventing new instruments for perceiving
the evidence. Eventually, comprehension may approach or achieve
the-literal-truth. Also, imagination for which no evidence was found may be
degraded to “speculation” or “metaphysics” yet the value of the research could
be preserved by classification as “unproven.” Perhaps I have described
“speculation,” “objective truth” and “ineluctable truth”---divisions of
actual-reality that are not human nomenclature---like my name.
Maybe I suggested 4 truths for Leibnitz: journaled
speculation, researched truth, ineluctable truth, and nomenclature.
If readers and writers used “truth” to mean
“the-literal-truth” from the-ineluctable-evidence, I’d be satisfied to express
it as “truth,” leaving “fact” to express fact. For the first time, it occurs to
me that “the-ineluctable-truth” may be more expressive than

I think so. It seems possible both to consider the other
person’s psychology and to offer civic integrity.
For example, if someone is aiming a gun at you, it is best
to say, with reliability, “One more move and you will die.” Strength behind
that statement may save the aggressor’s life. Especially if you family is at
stake, strength is a trust and commitment.
Once, I felt an intruder was in my home and between me and
my guns. After long, heavy concern I earnestly asked, in the darkness yet with
strong voice, “How can I help you?” I now keep a gun in each corner.
When my doctor diagnosed lung cancer, I asked, “Do you mean
in a few months we might be talking about how long I’ll live?” He answered,
“That’s possible, but we are going to do all we can to prevent the discussion.”
After several months of deliberate probing, an insurance
company offered me about 33% of my loss after a truck backed into my car. I
responded, “You are asking me to get a lawyer and sue.” He said, “Let me check
something and get back to you.” He next offered me 100% of the loss, and I
agreed.
I ask people if I can tell them my idea for an achievable
better future. If “yes,” I proceed until they either signal they are not
interested or offer a consideration I am seeking. If “no,” I comment about a
recent sports proposal or event and stop talking if there is no response. In
this process, I learned to state the proposal as mine rather than “ours” to
lessen the earnest plea (preaching).
I ask a family member why something happened, and if they
say they don’t want to talk about it, I write my concern. With no response, I
let it die and hope for a better time.
I’m learning, because I intent to neither initiate nor

that I failed to communicate what I wanted you to read and interpret for your
use to manage your civic, civil, legal, and spiritual way of living (in
Greece). The original preamble is: "We the People of the

domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general
Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do

My interpretation is the consequence of 40 years study, 20
focused on understanding pivotal American documents, 15 with avid work on the
preamble, and 7 years’ public library meetings twice a year. Over 70 fellow
citizens helped me to develop my interpretation, and to accept that no
one agrees with my interpretation. The improvement you might suggest
for my interpretation may come decades from now; for now, let’s discuss other
topics.
First, I think Maslow’s needs-hierarchy should be converted into
a self-discipline hierarchy and so taught.
Second, I am not an educator yet my work has informed me that

Not as a generalization. But as tax favor, I do.
In fact, I oppose tax favor for philanthropy. It is tax
favor to the wealthy in the interest of identity politics. In other words, if a
non-profit can attract a wealthy donor, it can use the revenue to subvert the
law. For example, Latin-American liberation-theology and sanctuary cities
support illegal immigration to the U.S.
This is the reason many AMO [Alinsky-Marxist organizations]
associated with churches until the tax code changed so as to grant 501(c)(3)

Top recipients were churches, education, and human services.
I think the civic citizen practices and promotes human equity under statutory
justice. The appreciative citizen earns the way of living he or she prefers,
choosing the discipline of integrity. Others choose dependency, which emotional-charity
encourages. Some reliably need charity, and it should be granted until he or
she is able to pursue his or her unique human perfection. I think tax-favor
for “philanthropy” arbitrarily re-directs support for the needy to revenue
for the dependent.
