Every citizen

grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to

Ramos v Louisiana (2020) passed on a 6:3 Court vote, temporally
imposing tyranny on U.S. citizens in Louisiana. Relief can come on U.S.

For clarity, let’s call the people “U.S.-citizens” instead of “Americans” so
as to distinguish the entity “We the People of the United States in order to .
. .” On that entity inhabitants segregate into the sincere and
the dissident, either by intent or by default, leaving aliens

The purpose for establishing the U.S. is stated in the proffered

What I think first is that from infancy a human individual
needs encouragement and coaching to accept his or her opportunity to develop

that pre-adolescent attitude “What’s that?” and make it a life practice. In
other words, choose to develop his or her person rather than an anthropomorphic
extreme---either deity or animal.
Within the first quarter century, accept that there are 8
billion fellow inhabitants, who divide themselves---civic citizens v
dissidents, for reasons they may or may not comprehend. Your human task is to
constrain chaos within your living accommodation.
When I need to strengthen my chaos-awareness, I go to
Wikipedia. (Sometimes, I discover error and modify the entry.) History buffs
claim that if you don’t know history, you’re bound to repeat its mistakes.
However, history scholars get caught up in scholarly pursuits and merely
comment on past biases. For example, I don’t know of a book that makes the case
that the U.S. Civil War was caused when white Christian citizens attacked the
USA. The attackers erroneously believed clergy who preached that

Further, accept the human, individual power, energy, and

my depression is unbearable, I see a social worker and usually get help. When I
attended 3-branched coaching for my wife, I asked if they had a social worker
SW and arranged for counselling under my account. I wanted to be more aware of
my wife’s Parkinson’s Disease issues. The SW suggested “mindfulness,” and I
looked forward to the online training. However, it was about meditation to help
me cope with my wounds and work rather than more attention to her.
Now,
my wife and I are 5 years after the PD diagnosis and 2 years after discovery
that it’s really PSP. The training we took is akin but not useful. My wife
rarely speaks now. When she detects that I am aware of the “our endless and
proper” work “to pay attention” to her, I receive the astounding reward of a
complete, audible sentence.

example, a couple mornings ago I woke her up, sat her up, and gave her some
water. After taking the cup away, I noticed she got only a sip and asked her if
she wanted more. She answered, “That’s enough for now,” with strong presence
and voice. I was like living past glory instead of current triumph. Our
daughters deserve such rewards.

A few months later he died in an alcohol-related mishap. Today, I am a

hopefully as a mature human being, reduces his or her individuality.
He or she may have been ovulated by a woman who cared not for personal
wellbeing, much less cared for her viable ova. Psychologically mature women
intend to care for their viable ova and would never risk insemination with an
unreliable man. Depending upon spousal wellbeing, the single-cell zygote may
not be as viable as other zygotes. Not one event in the zygote’s survival to
mature person reduces his or her individuality.
So far, my answer to your question is that it seems both 1) fairness is a
human construct that has no basis in ineluctable evidence and 2) the only way
humankind can ameliorate the facts is to encourage and coach each newborn to
accept responsible human independence.
In other words, a fair culture inculcates in its young the expectation that
lifespan is short yet offers human opportunity in at least 3 approximately
quarter-century phases: aggressive acquisition of the
comprehension and intention to live a psychologically complete human-life; personally
pursued (if not chosen) service to fellow humans so as to acquire the
experiences and observations with which to develop integrity in self-interest
rather than tolerate infidelity; and sharing the lessons,
especially with “ourselves and our Posterity” from the journey toward unique,
personal perfection. The first step is for the person to accept: First, I am a
human being, and second, I am in charge of chaos-constraint during my journey.
I think the culture that offers encouragement and coaching in the
self-interest of integrity offers fairness to the unique persons. I don’t know
of such a culture, and I promote every day the one that is tacitly, abstractly
offered in the preamble to the U.S. Constitution.
It is a culture of public discipline “in order to” enjoy responsible human
independence, an oversight I feel I have noticed. U.S., Louisiana, or Baton
Rouge reform is possible, and if not, I hope it catches on in some city, state,
or country in the world.

Smith laments the 2016-2020 consequence of Congress’s
tyranny in imposing Anglo-Christianity on the U.S. ever since 1789, but
proprietary history sustains the folly: “Some Christians, impressed with human fallenness,
will incline more to caution; others will resonate more with the hope.” In his
debate we have caution, hope, and discipline: the greatest of these is
discipline.
Not to belittle Berman’s experience as it
relates to the U.S., does conversion of a Jew cite Judeo-Christianity or
Anglo-American Christianity? Is African-American Christianity excluded? If our
generation effects civic, civil, legal, and spiritual connection under the U.S.
Preamble, the question will become politically trivial. The perhaps 10,000
Christian sects may flourish under whatever-God-is with human-citizens’
constraints on chaos.
