Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth, which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society.
Consider writing a personal
paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows We the People of the United States proffer &
practice 5 public disciplines —- integrity, justice, peace, strength, and
prosperity, “in order to” encourage & facilitate
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening to
other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787,
text, unless it is amended by the people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is
legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.
Selected theme from this week
Religious-tyranny is defeating civic-integrity
So far, quoting the founders’ 1776 declaration of independence
from England, “the good People of [these United States]” have accommodated unconstitutional
state-partnering with church, imposed by the 1789 Congress in the 1791 First
Amendment and upheld by the Supreme Court as “Anglo-America religious-tradition”.
In Greece v Galloway (2014), the justices labeled my concern
“niggling”.
Necessity& justice hold human being accountable to
provide peace on earth. In other words, human-being can constrain chaos in life.
This principle has been plain for 5,000 of homo sapiens’ 300,000 years’
psychological development. It is a self-interest to practice responsible-human-independence
(RHI).
What are the fruits of the recent 5,000 years’ psychological
development? Monotheism emerged 4,000 years ago, politically competitive unto
war and chaos. Chaos diverged in the last 68 years.
The 7 billion people in the world are religiously divided:
31.2% Christians, 24.1% Muslims, 16% unaffiliated, 15.1% Hindus, 6.9%
Buddhists, 5.7% Folk religion, 0.8% other religion, and 0.2% Jews (pewforum. org/2017/04/05/the-changing-global-religious-landscape/).Globally,
there are 45,000 Christian denominations, 5 Islam branches, and 10 Jewish
movements. In the U.S., there are 200 Christian denominations.
It seems self-evident that civic integrity is repressed when
citizens expect personal-God to provide them safety& security --- to usurp personal-duty.
It seems equally obvious that the-God
that controls consequences of individual choices cannot usurp
personal-responsibility. In other words, without reserving suitable-appreciation
to the-God,
a person is not likely to accept responsible-human-independence (RHI).
I think the only human right a government must assure is the
citizen’s opportunity to develop the humble-integrity that is required to
practice RHI. People who are gullible to government power lose personal
opportunity to develop their unique person’s happiness rather than submit to
bureaucratic opinion for them.
We, the 2021 “ourselves and our Posterity” may amend the
First Amendment, in order to facilitate civic-RHI “to ourselves and our
Posterity” rather than accommodate civil-religion to Congress and the Supreme
Court. When we accomplish it, the universe will celebrate.

The USA, not a democracy but a republic, is No. 1, in both
intentions and performance, even though the faction We the People of the United
States never established the intended national independence. The 1789 Congress
regressed to Anglo-American church-in-state and codified the partnership in the
1791 Bill of Rights.
The intended representative republic with federalism
is specified in the 1787 U.S. Constitution, a draft to be ratified by, quoting
the 1776 declaration of independence from England, “the good People” of at
least 9 states. The civic faction We the People of the United States would
practice 5 domestic disciplines --- integrity, peace, justice, strength, and
prosperity, “in order to” encourage, facilitate, and practice
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”, including
legal immigrants. Framers assigned religious-discipline to adult-personal-privacy,
and posterity’s Posterity may discover ineluctable-necessity&
statutory-justice.
Most U.S. citizens and no alien could articulate an opinion
to suggest improvement to mine. Yet most U.S. citizens practice a kindred
civic-integrity, where “civic” refers to reliability in human connections more
than observation of civil rules.
This political wonder works for the civic-citizen, who
practices RHI; for their state if RHI dominates; and for the nation when RHI holds
the legislative, judicial, and administrative branches accountable to the abstract
U.S. preamble.
The world will celebrate when the faction We the People of
the United States amend the First Amendment so as to promote civic-integrity
rather than civil-religion. Achievable better futures will emerge across the
globe, and democracies will appreciate the U.S.A.’s republican form of
government.
https://www.quora.com/Is-civil-disobedience-morally-justifiable?
by Akihiko Yuri
No.
Especially not in AMO soldiering.
For necessity& justice, human-being both observes the
law and reduces injustice by supporting reliable legislative amendments.
These principles have been known for 3 – 5 thousand years of
homo sapiens’ 300,000 years’ psychological development. Practice requires
individual responsible-human-independence (RHI) --- civic-citizenship. “Civic”
means reliable human connections – beyond municipal rules.
However, being human is subjective – a choice. Some
individuals choose a dependency, such as: reliance on “higher power”,
indolence, abuse, infidelity, crime, evil, tyranny, and worse. They leave it to
civic-citizens to both maintain& pursue justice.
Defying the law is a subjective act in 2 ways: 1) inviting self-subjugation
to law-enforcement and 2) suffering possible opposing-opinion of
civic-citizens. The civic alternatives are to 1) argue that the law is unjust,
propose a well-grounded amendment, and solicit fellow-citizens’ improvements or
2) leave the jurisdiction. Socrates chose death to uphold unjust adjudication.
Individuals who volunteer as soldiers to Alinsky-Marxist
organizations (AMO) enslave themselves to someone else’s cause. They invite personal-subjugation
to the justice system while the organizers, mayors, and governors claim they
did not authorize the mob’s passions.
The human-being nether initiates nor accommodates
harm/injury to-or-from any person or association.
Consequently, a civic-citizen holds fellow-citizens in
political office --- local, state, and federal --- to RHI under the U.S. Constitution.

The greatest harm is that our cultures do not inculcate in individuals
the principle that the-God cannot usurp human-being’s independent
responsibility to provide order& prosperity to this world and its living
species. Individuals who get that principle are civic-citizens.
A civic-citizen’s greatest power is that they neither
initiate nor accommodate harm to-or-from any individual or institution. A
civic-citizen acts on necessity& justice rather than appetite&
infidelity.
https://www.quora.com/Is-politics-and-law-in-western-civilization-ruled-by-left-of-center-fraud?
by John William Milner
Maybe so. If so, I think the reckoning with the domestic
faction We the People of the United States is under way, especially with the
Democrat Party’s drive to accelerate the national debt (now approaching $29
trillion in a world with $300 trillion debt). However, there remains a
longstanding problem: rule of law under freedom of religion.
I am warry of a long-entrenched tyranny over the minds of
the West and, unconstitutionally, the U.S.: religion – specifically theism ---
especially the abundant Christianities --- 45,000 denominations globally and
200 sects in the U.S.; Why does
Christianity have so many denominations?. Beware Christianity’s
power to divide human-being.
Human-being is too individually powerful, energetic, and authoritative
(HIPEA) to accept less than either responsible-human-independence, or
cunning-dependency. The dependencies include religion, indolence, abuse,
infidelity, crime, tyranny, evil, and worse. Dependents invite subjugation to
law& order. One of the most insidious dependencies is “original sin”, a
false human-construct that attempts to resist Genesis 1:28.
Three of humankind’s documents proffer a culture of domestic discipline that
fosters responsible-human-independence (RHI). The suggestion comes from a
political philosophy 5,000 years ago. In terms consistent with what humankind
since then has experienced& observed, the suggestion is: Female&
male-human-being may independently constrain chaos in this world. That is to
say, no external power can prevent human-being from providing order&
prosperity to the world and its inhabitants.
Events after that led to African kings selling slaves to European kings in
the fifteenth century. The African slave-trade peaked when England colonized
the North American eastern-seaboard. In 1763, English enslavement of “the good
People of these Colonies” to be their slave-caretakers became undeniable. In
1776, uSA founders declared war for independence from England, citing for human
authority “Nature’s God” instead of the Anglo-American Trinity and for military
sanction “the Supreme Judge of the world”.
The founders’ 1776 separation of church and state was consistent with
Genesis 1:28, reported almost 3,000 years earlier, in the scribe’s opinion,
about that 5,000 year-old political philosophy. Thus, about 2,500 years
separate the second document from the first, respectively. And separate the
second document from the ancient suggestion by 3,500 years.
The 1776 founders could not fathom dual desires: to both win independence
from their oppressor and to emancipate the slaves Europe had imposed to the
colonists’ responsibility.
With military providence from France, uSA independence was won. But the 13
free& independent states could function neither domestically nor globally.
The third document came just eleven years after the second. In 1787,
delegates from 12 states framed a representative republic predicated on “the
good People” managing both their states and a weak central government. Five
domestic disciplines --- integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity
may empower RHI “to ourselves and our Posterity”. Pursuit of religion/none is a
private choice, and standards for each of the 5 disciplines and RHI may be
discovered by the continuum: ourselves and our posterity. With 8 slave states
and 5 non-slave states, the framers also left slave-emancipation to the future.
However, after operations began in March, 1789, politicians imposed the
legislative tyranny “freedom of religion”, incidentally or intentionally
re-instituting erroneous, factional-Christian support for black slavery (see
R.E. Lee letter to wife, December 1856). Beware diverse Christianity: Perhaps
interpreting the Ethiopian Tewahedo Christian Canon can readily suggest white
slavery. The U.S. Supreme Court defies Genesis 1, the 1776 Declaration, and the
1787 Constitution. Their latest arrogance is expressed in the weak opinion
“Greece v Galloway” (2014). Therein, the justices label my objections
“niggling”. I think the-God rejects the Court’s claim.
The good people in these states, the members of We the People of the United
States, may amend the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution so as to
encourage RHI, responsible-human-independence, to the continuum ourselves and
our Posterity according to the 3 key documents suggested above, rather than
extend the 1791 legislative tyranny “freedom of religion”.

Google says “Rand described Objectivism as "the concept of man as a
heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with
productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only

I
think necessity& justice inform human-being that each person may practice
responsible-human-independence and encourage& facilitate fellow-citizens in
the self-interest and individual-personal-happiness that can be so achieved.

https://www.quora.com/What-are-some-reasons-to-support-states-rights?
by Dhruval Patel
Preserving states’ rights is critical to preserving each
citizens’ opportunity to discover HIPEA (see https://www.abbreviations.com/HIPEA).
In 1787, only 12 of 13 former English colonies participated
in framing the constitution for this republican form of government. The U.S.
started operations in 1789 with only eleven states, with jurisdiction on about
12% of today’s land mass of 50 states.
Much of the rest of the land was under Spanish, Mexican, or
French governance.
Under Napoleonic code, Louisiana was much more accommodating
to blacks and other minority groups. When Reconstruction ended in 1678, a smart
Frenchman showed that a majority vote by a jury of peers is more likely to
render impartiality than a unanimous vote. In 1880, Louisiana enacted 9:3
criminal-jury verdicts instead of the English tradition 12:0. In 1967, England,
the originator of the unanimous jury, enacted 10:2 majority verdicts to lessen
organized crime’s influence on criminal-trial outcomes. In 1972, Louisiana
revised their 9:3 rule to 10:2. In 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court heard
plaintiff’s false argument that 1971’s Amendment VI requirement that states
must provide “impartial” verdicts mean “unanimous” 12:0 verdicts, citing 14th
Century English law to overturn Louisiana impartiality.
When the faction We the People of the United States does not
hold the Supreme Court accountable to the U.S. constitution, aliens can effect
tyranny over the people in their states and thus in the USA.

Everybody knows that the-God, the ineluctable consequence
of personal-choices, yields to neither private-Gods nor to governments. Only a
few persons accept the responsible-human-independence (RHI) that is required to
constrain harm& injury from individuals who ignore necessity& justice.
Why does the 1787 RHI faction We the People of the United
States accommodate the “ourselves and our Posterity” who do not choose
necessity& justice?
How will the RHI faction pay the national debt as well as
state, local, and personal debts? Has Congress’ 1791 “freedom of religion” and
the consequential neglect of the-God made the USA an inevitable failure?
I don’t think so. The 2021 “ourselves and our Posterity” may
choose to amend the First Amendment so as to encourage, facilitate, and
practice the humble-integrity required for civic-RHI rather than continue
civil-pride in Congressional and Supreme Court freedom of religion.
If the USA reforms to RHI, many countries will observe the
achievable better future and join.

by Brian Gilbert
Researchers tell us our mutation of human-being, homo
sapiens, is about 300,000 years old, and all mixed homo-mutations died out 10,000
years ago. Both languages and spiritualties were decades old, so awareness
flourished. Grammar emerged 5,000 years ago and monotheism 4,000 years ago.
A polytheistic culture in the Middle East, expressed a
cogent political philosophy for all times. In 2021 comprehension I express it
as follows: in necessity& justice, female&male-human-being may choose
to independently provide order& prosperity to self and descendants, to the
other living species, and to the earth.
To the individual person, the implication is that they are
to constrain chaos in their lifestyle, in connections with other human-beings,
to prevent the other species from imposing harm/injury to or from any other
species, and to preserve the earth. The other species are subject to the
human-being, who practices the responsible-human-independence (RHI)
that is inferred by these principles. Call them independents.
Not every person accepts necessity& justice, so there
cannot be a utopia with no coercion or force. Therefore, the independents
provide statutory law-enforcement, in order to constrain people who harm/injure
fellow-citizens. They continually improve court systems so as to approach statutory
justice. Also, they maintain effective defense so that aliens will not attack
their nation. A nation with 2/3 of inhabitants pursuing RHI can provide the
safety& security for most citizens to responsibly pursue the happiness they
want during each stage of their lives rather than submit to the image for them
by some other entity. If such a culture ever emerges, dependent-fellow-citizens’
reform might accelerate such that civic-citizenship flourishes. RHI
would dominate local, state, and federal governance. Fellow-churches would
pursue their hopes and comforts yet reserve sufficient humility to the-God ---
whatever controls the consequences of human subjectivity.
RHI applies to nations as well as to individuals and churches.
Long ago, humankind accepted that physics& its progeny
offer human-being the power of self-annihilation. Nations raced to harness the
nuclear fission reaction as a bomb, and its destruction was wrought in August
1945 to end WWII. Since then, nations have cooperated to prevent nuclear
proliferation so as to minimize the risk of further usage. Meanwhile, nuclear
fusion, the reaction that powers the sun, is expected on earth in 2030.
Postmodern human-being has feared chemical and biological
warfare. Its horror was unleased in late 2019 as the Chinese Communist Party
virus. No end to nations’ misery& loss is in view.
A rogue citizen, a tyrant such as President Biden, can help
aliens wreak havoc in the lives of Americans. The citizen-faction who are
members of We the People of the United States have the authority to hold Biden
and his administration accountable. Likewise, any and all nations on earth have
the authority to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable.
Neither a government, the union of nations, nor the-God can
usurp female&male-human-being’s RHI.
https://www.quora.com/Do-I-have-to-value-human-rights-and-follow-morality-What-if-I-dont-want-to?
by Edy Polak
In general, human-rights is a subjective concept, and your
values are probably valid.
I work hard to discover the-ineluctable-truth, since I don’t
know much of it. “Ineluctable” means “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”,
merrriam-webster.com. I learned from Jean Rafenski Reynolds that my choice is
subjective.
Here are a few subjective principals:
I want to be a human-being, because I think they can choose
to perfect their unique-persons before personal afterdeath --- that indefinite
time after body, mind, and person stop functioning.
That is, a human-being has the individual power, the individual
energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to act according to
personal-happiness rather than subject to another entity’s vision (for them or
for themselves).
This world is inhabited by people who choose to act
on necessity& justice and others who, for reason or not, don’t
choose such constraint. For example, it is not necessary for a believer to
claim a non-believer is doomed: no one knows the-God of
human-consequences. For convenience, I call the former group “civic-citizens”,
where “civic” refers to integrity in human-connections more
than attention to municipal rules. Civic-citizens pursue
responsible-human-independence (RHI). The others I call “dependent-fellow-citizens”,
and that faction includes persons who behave on any of: beliefs in government
or an ideology rather than RHI, indolence, abuse, infidelity,
crime, evil, tyranny, and worse.
Under these principles, I think fellow-citizens are
obligated to encourage, facilitate, and practice the humble-integrity that is
required to develop RHI. I perceive personal success by appreciating every
fellow-citizen as they are and where they are in their unique journey to
discover and choose RHI. On their ultimatum I accept disconnection.
In threatening harm/injury, RHI obligates the
civic-citizen to report dependent behaviors to the appropriate first-responders
and aid statutory-law enforcement, despite the offender’s rights-opinion.
When a juror claims the right to exonerate the accused
despite DNA evidence and free the convicted on DNA evidence, I claim the right
to exclude that person from future jury duty. When a U.S. Senator claims they
voted against the U.S. Constitution because of their “religious rights” I
encourage voters to un-elect them. I think voting should be licensed based on:
commitment-to and trust-in the 1787 U.S. Constitution’s intentions as the voter
interprets& practices them and earning their way of living including saving
for retirement and paying local, state, and federal taxes so as to
encourage& facilitate dependent-reform.
I think there’s only one human right: the opportunity to
discover and practice RHI.
I write to learn and therefore, invite comments.

My

For humankind, integrity is a state of encouraging&
facilitating subjectivity to necessity& justice in human connections and
providing order& prosperity to the world and its inhabitants.
To nations, integrity is a state of aiding human-constraint
of chaos (provision of order& prosperity) to fellow citizens.
To the individual, integrity is responsible behavior for personally-chosen
happiness while neither initiating nor accommodating harm/injury to-or-from any
person or institution.

Mr. Koll, I nominate their question for 2021’s “Clue to an Achievable Better
Future” award and express my personal appreciation on the post at A Civic People.
I don’t know the-ineluctable-truth. Here are my thoughts:
It’s important to observe that this is a confused and conflicted world. But
the individual may choose to constrain chaos in daily choices. Also, it is OK
for an individual to encourage, facilitate, and practice perfecting each
unique-human-being. Unique perfection involves some personal acceptances. The
person may:
1. Develop their human being, especially personal humble-integrity.
2. Develop their person’s individual power, individual energy, and
individual authority (HIPEA).
3. Use HIPEA for civic-integrity rather than for a dependency, such as,
government, the-God, indolence, abuse, infidelity, crime, evil, tyranny, and
worse. Accept that choosing independence is a subjective act: some choose dependency.
4. Learn the laws of physics& its-progeny; mathematics, forces,
energy& mass, chemistries, biology, psychology, imagination, fiction,
indeed everything. Know and doubt metaphysics.
5. Act on necessity& justice.
6. Never repeat a mistake: never lie.
7. Neither initiate nor accommodate harm to-or-from any person or
institution.
8. Encourage, facilitate, and practice responsible-human-independence (RHI).
9. Develop appreciation of fellow-citizen as they are and where they are in
their opportunity for HIPEA and RHI. Express subjectivity in words that appeal
to their experiences& observations.
10. Retain childhood confidence when you don’t know the-ineluctable-truth:
frankly express “I don’t know”. If necessary, follow with subjectivity or
opinion, then repeat, “But I don’t know”.
11. Walk away from psychological violence or physical threat, alert to the
call for defense. Hope for a better, future-contact with that fellow-citizen.
12. Accept that the HIPEA children may develop could sustain parents to serve
grandchildren in a way of living no one could have imagined.
This may strike you as a proposal for utopia, but it is not. It is the
human-culture that is intended by the 1787 U.S. Constitution. Its intentions
are sufficiently abstract for the continuum “ourselves and our Posterity” to
discover personal ineluctable-happiness rather than submit to an institutional
vision for each unique person.
The faction We the People of the United States may practice, encourage, and facilitate 5 domestic disciplines ---
integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” develop
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”.
I would appreciate comments.
