Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth, which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society.
Consider writing a personal
paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows We the People of the United States proffer &
practice 5 public disciplines —- integrity, justice, peace, strength, and
prosperity, “in order to” encourage & facilitate
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening to
other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787,
text, unless it is amended by the people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble
is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.
Selected theme from this week
Physics discloses lies and corrects metaphysics
The science& religion debates can be made transparent if
they are expressed as metaphysics vs physics. Albert Einstein reasoned that
everything, including the consequences of human choices, is controlled by the
laws of physics. However, in expressing his thoughts for the science&
religion audience, he made his message unintelligible.
For example, the quote, "Science without religion is
lame, religion without science is blind" is nonsense. Try this: Physics
without metaphysics is lame, metaphysics without physics is blind; more nonsense..

No. And I think the reason is that both freedom and liberty
are concepts fabricated to beguile people to believe that either God,
government, or the pair owes them freedom& liberty. “Rights” distract the
people from civic-responsibility.
I don’t know about predecessors, but
the modern thought was developed by John Locke, an English rascal. He proposed
that a person is God’s property and as such entitled to rights: life, liberty,
and property. A property cannot harm a property, even self, because it is a
property of God. Locke would saddle government with responsibility for
“rights”. Locke wrote, “. . . for men being all the workmanship of one
omnipotent, and infinitely wise maker; all the servants of one sovereign
master, sent into the world by his order, and about his business; they are his
property”.
The 1763 Americans partially rebuked Locke, changing the
“property” right to “pursuit of happiness”. Locke was Calvinist turned Deist,
so it’s not likely his craziness is Christian. Nevertheless, “Two Treatises of
Government” (1790) came from Christian debate. I do not trust people who bemuse
fellow-citizens with salvation-of-soul at the expense of life. It seems Locke
referred to the soul of society but not the individual.
In 2022, we know that neither God nor government can warrant
life, liberty, property, or pursuit of happiness. The mob can take them all 3
in a flash, especially from the mob-soldiers. (Recall government agencies neglecting
alerts to prepare for a mob on January 6, 2021. Capital Police stampeded
fellow-citizens, gassing them. The government-authority-negligence-stampede
crushed at least one citizen.)
The 1787 U.S. Constitution proffered
responsible-human-independence (RHI) in a republic managed by the
civic-people in the states civic-people also discipline. Civic-citizens observe
5 domestic disciplines: integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity “to
ourselves and our Posterity”, including legal immigrants. Dependents suffer
statutory justice, whether their dependency is sloth, crime, tyranny, or evil. However,
the Congress granted themselves “freedom of religion” on December 15, 1791.
While the 1776 Declaration claims authority from “Nature’s
God”, the 1787 Constitution leaves God to privacy. This represents an
improvement in the ancient Sumer political philosophy in a polytheistic
culture. Nature’s Gods tended to nature, and the Sumer culture constrained
chaos to the lesser species (including dependent fellow-citizens) and to the
earth. The hierarchy of citizens practiced, facilitated, encouraged, and
demanded RHI. Consequently or not, the Sumerians invented writing, the
wheel, irrigation, and many other wonders starting 10,000 years ago and ending
4,000 years ago when enemy states develop iron weapons and tools. Current Sumer
descendants are dispersed, and some are still in Iraq.
The 1787 U.S. Constitution’s intention improves on the
Sumerian codes of law. Civic-citizens practice, facilitate, and encourage RHI
to fellow citizens rather than from God or from government.

Cultures don’t teach that the-laws-of-physics are
ineluctable: that is, the laws of physics cannot be avoided, changed, or
resisted. They are the authority that exists and human-being works to discover
and utilize for benefit. For example, physics doesn’t respond to prayer for rain
to favor only your neighbor’s land.
The first recorded civilization, Sumer, grasped this concept
as the can& may of human authority. That is, each human-being has the
potential to learn the laws of physics and responsibly apply them in
self-interest. Under these principles, the Sumerians invented writing, the
wheel, irrigation, and many other wonders. But not every human who learns the
laws of physics adopts responsibility. Some individuals prefer a dependency –
indolence, crime, tyranny, even evil. Sumer was always at war, and cities that
acquired iron conquered them.
Today, the civic-citizens, those who discover and
responsibly-utilize the law of physics, develop a civil system to establish and
maintain justice, both domestically and globally.
Necessity& justice to the-laws-of-physics demand that
civic-citizens establish and maintain justice on earth. This principle,
responsible-human-independence (RHI) was abstractly expressed in
Sumer legal codes (5500 years ago) then interpreted by Hebrew scribes (3000
years ago) in Genesis 1:28.
RHI is also expressed in the 1787 U.S. Constitution.
We, the 2022 “ourselves and our Posterity” can go there and
may. First, we must intend to.
quora.com/Are-humans-evil?
by Michael Q
Q, thank you for a creative question.
First, let me say, I don’t think humans seem evil. I don’t
know. I think evil derives from individual& collective concern about the
unknowns.
Briefly, I ponder a few ideas:
1. It
takes a quarter century for an infant to transition to a human-being with
comprehension& intention to live a complete lifetime, both in time and in
personal, psychological development.
a. A
second& third quarter century, of employment in customer-wanted service,
can& may lessen human error and enable the individual to approach
perfecting their unique person.
b. The
mature human-being can& may behave with responsible-human-independence (RHI)
in every action.
c. Without
practice, facilitation, and encouragement, the individual lives in fear of the
unknowns.
d. Most
cultures inculcate fear for the soul, an imagined entity. However, the
soul-mystery can be entrusted to its origins, so that the person can perfect
their way of living.
2. Cultures
with Education Departments that engage Item 1 have not emerged.
a. Sumer,
10,000 years ago, was a promising culture:
i. Civic
citizens worked to benefit nature’s Gods and constrain dependent
fellow-citizens as well.
ii. There
was no soul theory beyond humans going to the same place on death.
iii. The
Gods advised the kings.
iv. Some
of the kings claimed divinity and eternity.
v. Priests
occasionally sacrificed humans.
vi. See
the Hammurabi Code.
b. Hebrews
branched from a family that left Sumer (Ur) to develop the Lord God to accept
lesser-species sacrifice: animals& birds.
i. Citizens
were to observe the law.
ii. See
Moses’ law.
c. Islam
made God the law: submission to God. See the Quran.
d. Christianity
offers grace to believers– teaches acceptance of Jesus. See the Bible.
e. Hinduism
proffers salvation of the soul through moral behavior, ultimately as a
human-being.
f. Many
godless philosophies commend conformance to their political doctrine.
3. Reform
to a human-being culture is possible:
a. Accept
the Sumer philosophy that some citizens will be dependent. Develop
necessity& justice for safety& security so civic-citizens may choose RHI
in self-interest rather than for the Gods.
b. The
stage was set when, in 1763, the USA began to move toward independence from
dominant European influencers England, France, and Spain. The 1776 Declaration claims
authority from Nature’s God rather than from the English, Christian Trinity.
c. A
conforming culture is proffered in the 1787 U.S. Constitution.
i. It
proposes a union of states with their constitutions by their people limiting a
republican nation under amendable, statutory law.
ii. Nourishing
hope for soul is a private choice rather than civic demand.
d. However,
the 1791 mimic of England 1689 Bill of Rights re-established colonial English
traditions that regressed the opportunity for a culture of human being
according to Item 1, above. It grants “freedom of religion” to Congress.
e. We,
the 2022 “ourselves and our Posterity” can& may reform-to/practice RHI, no
matter what country we live in.
If people ruin lives to benefit
their souls, I think that is evil. I do not think human-being is evil, so the
first culture that takes-advantage-of& improves these ideas will enjoy&
share an achievable better future.
I reiterate: I do not know
the-ineluctable-truth. Ineluctable means “not to be avoided, changed, or
resisted”.
quora.com/Do-people-have-the-right-not-to-be-looked-at?
by Adrian Wan
I don’t think we have the right not to be looked at in
public. It’s a matter of mutual safety& security.
Human-being has the responsibility, individually&
collectively, to neither initiate nor accommodate harm/injury to-or-from any
person.
A person may responsibly live according to personal
preferences rather than submit to another’s imposition. In public, they
can& may preserve privacy by monitoring without engaging other people.
To preserve privacy yet not accommodate harm/injury, a
person observes their surroundings – looks at the scene -- yet does not make
eye contact with another.
To demand that the other not look involves 2 breaches of privacy. First, only
eye contact can confirm the other is looking. Second, it’s an attempt to
restrict the other’s obligation to monitor-for& constrain harm (not
accommodate harm). For example, if the private person is about to enter danger
(imagine stepping into a hole), the other cannot caution without looking.
If one party is accustomed to public greeting, such as
“Hello”, they can accept without concern no response from a passerby. The
passerby may be in deep concentration, listening to the birds, or otherwise not
choose to respond.

Mr. Mo, I appreciate your kind words about my post and you
appreciative caution.
Since I posted this, I studied Genesis 1:28 and think its
message started with Sumer kings 5,500 years ago. They used city-gods to
instill fear in a hierarchy of citizens from slaves to workers to artisans to
elite, in order to benefit the divine king.
Hebrew scholars expressed it as creation by the-God, who
assigned the responsibility for order and prosperity on earth to human-being.
That’s Genesis 1:28. Then in Genesis 2: 4 and beyond, the Lord God creates Adam
and Eve who sin and pass it on to us. Eventually, Abraham enters the scene,
begets branches including the house of David, which leads to Jesus. This
categorizes them as “God’s chosen people”.
However, Jesus reportedly said, “Before Abraham was born I
am” and many other statements equivalent to making him the-God. Setting
Christianity aside, human-being is well advised to pay attention to the
practical Jesus, especially if he authored Genesis 1:28.
I just bought, free for Kindle, and am reading the book “The
Sumerians” (2016).

Douglas and John, I appreciate your responses to my post.
Niccolò Machiavelli (d. Jun 21, 1527, age 58), in “The Prince”, Chapter XI,
claims that the church-state partnership picks the peoples’ pockets with
immunity and only a fool would object. The people believe their God will
eventually relieve their children, grandchildren, and beyond (my
interpretation).
I have long regarded my civic-opinion to be the work of a dreamer rather than a
fool. BTW, Machiavelli gave his opinion -- in case anyone would ask.
My opinion (I would attest to the-ineluctable-truth if I knew it) is that
without a doubt every human being who takes charge of their first quarter
century to comprehend& intend to pursue a chronologically&
psychologically complete lifetime can& may develop self-interest in
civic-integrity. ("Free will" overlooks the constraints physics
imposes on the human-being.)
Those who discover self-interest in integrity may eventually develop
responsible-human-independence (RHI) and accumulate choices toward perfecting
their unique person.
As a consequence, posterity enjoys a better future.
My dream is that civic-citizens review and establish the RHI culture that is
abstractly proffered in the 1787 U.S. Constitution. It proposes a republic
constrained by the people in their states who practice, facilitate, and
encourage 5 domestic disciplines: integrity, justice, peace, strength, and
prosperity "to ourselves and our Posterity". In tyranny, the First
Congress awarded itself freedom of religion.
I dream that the civic-faction of We the People of the United States will amend
the First Amendment so as to promote civic-RHI rather civil-religion. Please
help make it happen.
Detailed version:
Perhaps Shaw (d. 1950, age 94) and Kennedy (d. 1968, age 42)
disagreed with Niccolò Machiavelli (d. Jun 21, 1527, age 58). In “The Prince”,
Chapter XI, Machiavelli claims that the church-state partnership picks the
peoples’ pockets with immunity and only a fool would object: The people
believe their God will eventually relieve their children, grandchildren, and descendants
of current generation’s misery& loss. Writing about Italian city-states,
Niccolo opined that the pope’s wealth and military power would eventually
conquer the states. So far, that has not worked out, even in Italy.
Chapter XI Machiavellianism seems about the contest between
the metaphysics of church reasoning and the physics of military power. For
human-being to survive, physics must prevail over both military power and
metaphysics, which steadily increases chaos.
I have long regarded my civic-opinion to be the work of a
dreamer rather than Machiavellian Chapter XI fool. Consequently, I work as
though my dream will come true.
Recent discovery of two expressions make my U.S. dream seem
imminent due to 2022’s chaos. First, the-ineluctable-truth lends
accuracy& precision to dialogue. Ineluctable means “not to be avoided,
changed, or resisted”. The-ineluctable-truth does not respond to opposing
reason. Second, Genesis 1:28
abstractly suggests that female& male-human-being can& may
independently provide order& prosperity to the lesser species and to the
earth. That is, individuals who practice responsible-human-independence (RHI)
can constrain chaos in their way of living. An RHI culture works to discover
the-ineluctable-truth. The consequence is continually, increasingly-prosperous
posterity: increasing order rather than progressive chaos.
I appreciate the
prompt to introduce myself to G. Bernard Shaw, died 1950 at age 94. As a
playwright, Shaw may have had more tolerance for metaphysics than his Scottish
predecessor, economist David Hume (d. 1776).
And, like the rest of us, it is not
Shaw’s fault that the great political philosopher Albert Einstein (d. 1955)
wrote lamely for the science& religion audience when he asserted that the
laws of physics control the-ineluctable-truth. Only a dreamer can extract the
following, possible, hidden Einstein-thought: Research without integrity is ruinous;
integrity without research is ineffectual. While metaphysics is dangerous,
physics is reliable; knowing and positively applying its laws can be
beneficial. The well-known Einstein quote makes no sense.
I especially appreciate the report
that the 1913 Shaw aligned himself with Jesus as "a person of no
religion". Starting today, I’ll mimic Shaw in that regard and
add it to my appreciation of Ralph Waldo Emerson’s “Divinity School Address”
(1838): Jesus meant it when he said a human being can& may behave perfectly.
Addressing how the U.S. arrived at its 2022 chaos rather
than order, here are some dots readers may connect, from 5,500 years ago to 235
years ago and to 2022’s chaos.
First, Sumer,
emerged 10,000 years ago in Mesopotamia. Read “The Summerians”, Henry Freeman,
2016 presently free on kindle at Amazon.com. It is a review and gives resources
for further study. My impression is that somehow, the kings of the first
known& recorded civilization mastered the use of “nature’s Gods” the
ancient, metaphysical view of physics& its-progeny, to inspire
civic-citizens to build cities and irrigate farms even though there were warring
tribes all around them. The inventers of the wheel were the inventers of a
division of powers: nature’s Gods in control of metaphysics and human-being,
the species, responsible for order and prosperity to the lesser species and to
the earth. Human-being was led by kings& priests guiding three groups:
lower, middle, and upper classes. Necessity& justice inspired strict laws.
We now know physics’ progeny includes mathematics, chemistry, biology,
psychology, military power, fiction, imagination, economics, and everything
else. We can& may accept “Nature’s God” as the laws of physics, leaving “the-God”
in charge of metaphysics. Metaphysics can be dangerous. The entrepreneur
invites reckoning when using metaphysis to persuade children to defy physics,
for example, by changing their gender. The clergy who observes and does not
report believer-abuse invites ruin. (I think sacrificing life for
afterdeath-metaphysics is self-abuse.)
Second, read
Genesis 1 through 2:3, the Hebrew interpretation of Sumer political philosophy
under their God of creation (“God” is used 32 times), followed by Genesis 2:4,
ff., perhaps other Hebrew scholars introducing Adam& Eve’s “the Lord God” (11
times). Eventually, the law of Moses is regarded as God’s law.
Genesis 1:28 suggests that God attends to God’s interests
and cannot usurp human-being’s duty to provide order& prosperity to the
lesser species and to the earth. I call that human-duty
responsible-human-independence (RHI), admitting that a person may, for their
reasons, choose to attempt to defy the laws of physics.
While Hebrew politics developed, the Hindus nourished
reincarnation as the route to human being, and some Arabs begin to develop
Sharia law and alternatives. Then, Christianity entered the debate with Jesus
as fulfillment of the law (controversially the law of Moses). Each of these
religious cultures: Sumerian, Hebrew, Hindu, Islam, and Christianity developed/dispersed/subdivided
concurrently with competing political philosophies: Buddhism, Confuciusism,
Taoism, etc. Subsequent chaos produced an astonishing 45,000 Christian sects
along with fewer factions in each of the other religions and philosophies. The
Sumer suggestion to constrain chaos on earth was& is neglected.
I have not met a Jew who shares civic-integrity, but it
seems to me the modern Jew seeks to preserve the Jewish traditions they choose
and nevertheless behave in civic-integrity as self-interest. If so, I
appreciate their reliability.
Third, read the
New Testament statements attributed to Jesus that affirm Genesis 1:28. Here’s
an initial list, and I would appreciate suggestions to add: Matthew 5:48, 19:4-5, 19:17, 22:21; John 1:1-3,
4:24, 8:58, 10:34, 17:5; Colossians 1:15-16; James 2:19. To me, the Bible
bemuses usage of “God” and confuses the meaning of “Jesus” by repetitiously
juxtaposing Father and Holy Spirit, Lord, the Lord our God, and so on. I
appreciate the practical Jesus I experience in my journey with fellow-citizens
so far and am not bothered-by the controversies imposed on the historical man,
Jesus. It’s alright with me if he’s merely a man who pondered Genesis 1:28 and
took to heart his comprehension of RHI or better. If
Jesus is in fact God, my civic-imagination shrinks to acceptance that is
already in use.
Fourth, take the time
to comprehend 2 aspects of the 1787 U.S. Constitution: its provision for civic-citizens to amend it and its
intentions, stated abstractly in the second thought of the preamble. I
comprehend the intention as follows: The
civic faction of We the People of the United States choose to, practice,
facilitate, and encourage 5 domestic disciplines -- integrity, justice, peace,
strength, and prosperity, “in order to” establish& maintain
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”, including
legal immigrants. The 1787 Constitution separates metaphysics from
necessity& justice, and therefore comports to Sumer’s abstract suggestion in
Genesis 1:28: nature’s Gods will not usurp human-being’s duty to constrain
chaos on earth. In appreciation to fellow-citizens, I hold them responsible to
civic-integrity and speak then listen if I perceive error.
However, I offer no demand that other fellow citizens impose
Jesus-controversies or any other metaphysical constraints on their choice to behave
according to the-good they responsibly perceive in any decade of their lives. I
trust-in and commit-to RHI-fellow-citizens to correct erroneous opinions about
the-good. And errors do occur. There’s no ineluctable-evidence that
civic-people are naturally evil.
I think it is sufficient to leave metaphysical debate to the
metaphysicians yet happily choose a belief, so as to take complete charge to
constrain chaos in personal pursuit of the-good. My physician loves it when-I-talk-about-physics and
does not object-to my metaphysics: trust-in the practical Jesus. My minister
and our family priest? not so much.
I think there is a crying need for the clergy to switch to
social working, coaching to appreciate the-ineluctable-truth, and other human-being
services in order to let metaphysics evolve on its own. In appreciation toward
the-ineluctable-truth, the human-being serenely accepts “I don’t know” when
that is so.
More
importantly, civic-citizens of 2022 or later need to stop accommodating
Congressional freedom of religion, by amending the First Amendment so as to
promote the civic-integrity needed for RHI rather than to accommodate legislative
tyranny: civil-religion.
Second comment by PRB:
facebook.com/phil.beaver.52 3/18/22
I felt quiet-joy as I expressed to Derek Slocum that I
encourage believers to happily accept the mysterious-soul salvation Jesus
offers, appreciate Jesus alone for that spiritual gift, and perfect
personal-life in civic-integrity. Likewise, another-believer can& may enjoy
their inspiration& motivation while perfecting their unique person. I do
not know the-ineluctable-truth about the soul mysteries and want to promote
civic-integrity. Ineluctable means: not to be avoided, changed, or resisted.
Comments intended to unpack the above statement:
It takes a quarter century for baby to acquire the
comprehension and intention to perfect their unique person. Most cultures
inculcate in their youth belief in a doctrinal higher power.
Many cultures involve soul, or spirit, which can be developed through stories
yet cannot be confirmed with evidence. No one alive has witnessed a soul. That
any soul is lost and needs salvation is also developed in stories. The means of
saving lost souls is unknown. Every aspect of soul is a mystery: origin,
status, destiny, value, etc. Most citizens accept that deciding to act for
soul, its condition during the path of life, and its need for salvation are
private choices that ought not impact domestic discipline or civic integrity.
However, most people accommodate leaders of their culture to inculcate fear for
the soul in the youth and adults.
Jesus is also, a mystery. Was Jesus a man with unique
opinions about human-being, or the son of God, or joined with God and Holy
Spirit, God, or the source of factual reality, or physics, or chaos? No one can
claim to reliably resolve the mystery of Jesus. People say “that’s what we
believe” as though the universe responds to beliefs, reason, revelation,
constructs, opinion, force, coercion, and other human constructs. One person’s
faith does not negate another’s, because neither individual possesses
the-ineluctable-truth.
Some civic-citizens believe their scripture is the word of
God. Scripture seems controversial. The reader can and may either choose or
construct interpretations or accept that they don’t know the-ineluctable-truth.
Recognition that fellow-citizens share this opportunity and duty seems
civic-integrity or duty to human responsibility.
Genesis 1:28 seems to require human-being to take the
responsibility to develop order and prosperity to the lesser species and to the
earth. At least 11 statements attributed to Jesus affirm the human
responsibility expressed in Genesis 1:28. Genesis 1 makes Jesus’ statement “be
perfect” seem necessity and justice rather than radical or humble. Entreating
Jesus to order personal lifestyle seems arrogant toward both Genesis 1:28 and
the literal Jesus.
Since human-being is one species, Genesis 1’s demand for
order on earth can and may apply to every culture. Some people choose chaos
rather than order and thereby invite constraint under the law. Likewise, some nation’s
leaders prefer chaos. For necessity and justice, members of a society require statutory
justice. Likewise, humankind requires military justice among nations.
So far, these principles have not taken hold among
humankind. Too many people are willing to label “non-believer” a fellow citizen
who perceives either a different way to provide order on earth or a different
soul theory. So far in 5,500 years since the Genesis-1 suggestion, the
motivation to provide order on earth has not surpassed concern about the soul
mysteries. I think 2/3 of members of each culture and 2/3 of cultures can and
may intend to provide peace on earth.
Comprehending, considering, and accepting self-interest in
peace can motivate individuals to constrain chaos in their way of living rather
than to accommodate the hope that a higher power will usurp what seems to be an
exclusive human-responsibility. Meanwhile, they can accept salvations of souls
as the completion of each soul mystery.
I hope this helps the impact of my post.
It does not address my purpose, which is to restore the intentions expressed by
the 1787 U.S. Constitution: responsible-human-independence (RHI) “to ourselves
and our Posterity” including legal immigrants.
It gave me joy to write my original message and even more
joy when Chris Nalepa expressed the uncertainty of my expressions. If these
comments increase understanding, wonderful. If the ultimate consequence is an
achievable better future for even one person, all the better.
facebook.com/phil.beaver.52
A better future might emerge if just one
culture started teaching their youth and adults that the-laws-of-physics are
ineluctable: that is, physics cannot be avoided, changed, or resisted.
The-laws-of-physics are the authority that exists and human-being works to
discover and utilize for benefit. For example, physics doesn’t respond to pleas

assigns earth to us. We are without excuse.
RHI is also expressed in the 1787 U.S.
Constitution.
We, the 2022 “ourselves and our
Posterity” can go there and may. First, we must intend RHI.

Thank you Phil
for publicly exposing your citizenry civic duty understanding. I encourage you
to read the preamble of our Constitution which clearly states that “We the

contract back to the original intent our civic duty is to re-establish
innocence until guilt is proven one person at a time. In my own life that began

continually does. I encourage you to check that out and have a wonderful day.

Hi Phil: Yes,
Marrisa and Levi Anderson are on one side and the central power is on the
other. Thankfully we have a Constitution that limits the Central Power,
defining their boundaries when such disputes occur. The Central Power has
openly and egregiously violated those limitations and exceeded their rights on
many levels and with no accountability in this dispute. The 9th and 10th
amendments state that the people, not the United States, have the reserved
power, specifically to protect their unalienable rights, when such violations
in a dispute occur.
There is nothing
that the Andersons want more than the truth of what has occurred to be openly

It is wonderful that in Idaho, a baby is considered a person
with the dignity& civil-standing for possible-opportunity to develop their
unique human-being during their first quarter-century of essential,
appreciative care. With practice, facilitation, and encouragement, the person
can& may choose to enter young adulthood with the comprehension and
intention to perfect, through civic-integrity, their unique journey to death.
That wonderful opportunity is the intention expressed in the 1787 U.S.
Constitution: responsible-human-independence (RHI) "to ourselves and our
Posterity" including legal immigrants. The five domestic disciplines --
integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity leave religious pursuits to
privacy and do not authorize Congressional freedom of religion. We, the
civic-citizens among We the People of the United States can& may amend the
First Amendment in order to advance civic-integrity rather than civil-religion.
Again:
I appreciate& benefit-from responsible prayer. However,
I do not think opinion contingent on a court decision is a matter for prayer.
After all, I do not claim to know the-ineluctable-truth.
I recall an errant-parent bruhaha like this in the 1990s.
Grandparents who believed in poisonous-snake-handling were suing the
non-believing grandparents for custody of children orphaned when their parents
died of snake bites.
The court stipulated visiting rights to the believers.

I think the reform I want takes me out of the public arena. I could be wrong.
I want Education Departments to practice, facilitate, and encourage
fellow-citizens in the transition from child to young adult with
comprehension& intention to live a complete human lifetime. By complete, I
mean constrain a way of living that empowers the self-interest to
psychologically perfect their unique person before death.
This ancient idea in new words has never been attempted.

Beaver does not “know.” He trusts in and is committed to the-objective-truth which
can only be discovered. Conventional wisdom has truth founded on reason, but it
obviously does not work.
