Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when
the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by
listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below
invites readers to write.
Note 1: I often dash
words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity
represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible
error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could
be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth. Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver: Willing people in our state routinely, voluntarily collaborate for comprehensive safety and security: continuity (for self, children, grandchildren & beyond), integrity (both fidelity and wholeness), justice (freedom-from oppression), defense (prevent or constrain harm), prosperity (acquire the liberty-to pursue choices), privacy (responsibly discover & pursue personal goals), lawfulness (obey the law and reform injustices); and to preserve and cultivate the rule of law for the USA’s service to the people in their states.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward the preamble.

As a resident of
the Great State of Louisiana, I commend my hometown newspaper, The Advocate, to
stop belittling the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. You are
not helping the citizens!
As candidate
Trump, he flew here and proffered cash to help flood victims of 2016.
As president-elect, he flew here to support John Kennedy for Senator. He stands
ready to help the 2016 flood victims if Gov. John Bel Edwards ever gets his
requests for funds in presentable order for a very competitive Congress: Other states have emergency needs, too, and
their governors know the facts. Texas’ current losses do not bode well for
Louisiana’s weak governor.
Build the wall
and we’ll see how fair actual trade has been. When one says “buy American” the
first interest is jobs for Americans, protected at their borders. How many
truck-loads of illegals must be caught to help The Advocate realize many more
get through? With marijuana, legal except to minors, how will The Advocate
react to Mexican imports sold to children? And how much of the sanctuary movements’
burden on American citizens trickles up from philanthropists to The Advocate?
WWII fairness? Most
NATO nations are not responding to President Trump’s demand that they meet
their 2017 obligations. Why is The Advocate ignorant of such facts? See money.cnn.com/2016/07/08/news/nato-summit-spending-countries/index.html
. See how short Canada is.
When The
Advocate writes against the USA as winners, who are they writing for? Who is
the “we” in The Advocate’s statements?
Today’s thought,
G.E. Dean (Psalms 150:6, CJB)
“Let everything that has breath praise Adonai! Halleluyah!”
Dean says “We were created to praise our Creator and our
Lord.”
David and Dean blaspheme however they choose.

This seems like the blind criticizing the blind.
If your home can flood, elevate it or move. You cannot count on government and non-profits and philanthropists.

You’d think a university
professor would trace the history back to the most egregious oppressor: the
Church, for dealing in Africa’s commodity: black slaves..
The physics and psychology of
slavery have always been plain: Slavery is evil when I am the slave.
Emperor Constantine ordered the
Catholic Church to canonize a Bible so he could control the pagans. The
scholars made the fatal mistake of including books or passages in books that
condone slavery. Thomas Aquinas's defense of slavery as punishment for sin was
erroneous if not evil.
There's no excuse: Dum diversas,
1452, assigned Portugal "authority" to enslave people and
"discover" for God lands in the east. Romanus Pontifex1455 assigned
Portugal a perpetual monopoly in trade with Africa in the enslavement of natives.
Eximiae Devotionis, 1493 assigned
Spain the same privilege, including a monopoly on African slave-trade in the
west.
King Henry VII patented John
Cabot for "the doctrine of discovery," excluding competition with
Portugal's claims or Spain's claims on behalf of Christianity.
Luther, 1517, failed to correct
the slavery-evil in interpreting the Bible.
The USA fails to convict theism
of its evil respecting slavery.
I want relief. There's no need
for the Vatican to apologize or to pay retribution to the USA. There is every
necessity for the people to recognize the evil and stop it.

start at trashed-out Lee Circle and end with torn down St.Louis Cathedral?

A void left
there does not seem advisable.
Phil Beaver does not “know” the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth
of which most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic
People of the United States, a Louisiana, education non-profit corporation. See
