Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1:  I often dash words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth.

Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.

A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver:  Willing people in our state routinely, voluntarily collaborate for comprehensive safety and security: continuity (for self, children, grandchildren & beyond), integrity (both fidelity and wholeness),  justice (freedom-from oppression), defense (prevent or constrain harm), prosperity (acquire the liberty-to pursue choices), privacy (responsibly discover & pursue personal goals), lawfulness (obey the law and reform injustices); and to preserve and cultivate the rule of law for the USA’s service to the people in their states.

Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward the preamble.

Our Views (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/our_views/article_ce8d69c0-7890-11e7-ba71-97a1b6458dc2.html)

I see from en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nancy_Rabalais why The Advocate perceived Nancy Rabalais needs no introduction.

Googling to learn about ideas for cure, I found online at nature.org/ourinitiatives/regions/northamerica/unitedstates/indiana/journeywithnature/gulf-hypoxia.xml and an action plan for citizens in Indiana:

·         +Use environmentally friendly landscaping
+Leave grass clippings on the lawn to recycle nutrients. Dispose of yard trash.
+Conserve water at home
+Use safe, non-toxic alternatives for cleaning and for controlling pests.
+Wash your car on a grassy area if possible. Empty soapy water down the sink.

I then googled for EPA solutions and found online msrivercollab.org/focus-areas/nutrient-reduction-strategies/.

I do not see much promise for a cure.

To JT McQuitty: Since energy for ethanol to blend in gasoline costs more oil-energy than the corn-energy produces, eliminating corn for fuel would be a triple benefit.

Today’s thought, G.E. Dean (Revelation 16:21, CJB)
“And huge seventy-pound hailstones fell on people from the sky. But the people cursed God for the plague of hail, that it was such a terrible plague.”

Dean says “God’s judgment is real, and it is coming.”

Dean has no mercy for people who may feel God was judging them during last year’s Louisiana-rain floods. I have no patience for Dean-blasphemy if that’s what I’m reading.

If your home may flood, don’t wait for the theism-government partnership to kick in. Move to higher ground or elevate your home, in my opinion.

“Getting our lives in order” (Christopher Simon) If you’re in jeopardy, don’t wait for the theism-government partnership to kick in. Take advice from the-objective-truth, taking advice from a reliable expert if you need one, then take the recommended action, in my opinion.

Often, one of your neighbors has the expertise and you already know he or she is reliable. Just communicate.

Pastor synonymous with predator? (Hall) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_efdc407a-779f-11e7-8a23-eb1c135f6b3c.html)

So often we read about ministers and priests hurting people. However, there seem to be few convictions. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_religious_leaders_convicted_of_crimes.

And only 3% of cases are reported. See religionnews.com/2014/01/09/startling-statistics/ .

Of course, I think the clergy function itself is altogether abusive. The formula is: Persuade a person to fear a mystery, provide a mysterious solution, and collect money for the abuse rendered.

One mystery is expressed in the second verse of "Amazing Grace": ’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear." I am so grateful for the experience of standing for the singing of that song with the words projected in front of me. I had never realized that diabolical thought before that moment. But it helped pick my emotional pocket in my younger days.

Alinsky-Marxist orgainizers (AMO) (Rees) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_b668fcc8-77a1-11e7-a8c3-1b082ba0f922.html)

Ms. Rees, tune in to reality and you may glimpse just how badly the press has hurt you. Start by googling “D.L. Adams+Alinsky” to get a scholarly review through 2010. You’ll realize the source of five decades’ practice of AMO Rule No. 5: ridicule defeats the opposition mercilessly. Also, you may perceive Barack Obama as the AMO pope. He now leads Organizing for Action (OFA), which I bet is and AMO.

The press has been using AMO for five decades---were brutal to President George W Bush---and people who are willing to live and let live in civic morality are just now catching on. Donald Trump caught on and used Rule No. 5, defeating the press with their own tactic. I voted for Trump in the Louisiana primary, because I felt I could not trust any of the GOP candidates. I wrote that if he won it would take him three years to begin to be effective. I voted for Trump in the presidential election, because I could not stand Hillary Clinton’s behaviors.

I am pleased with President Trump’s progress and think he will beat my 36 months hope by many months if not years. I now perceive that under President Trump willing people will make America great.

There will always be dissidents in the USA, and I work for a super-majority of people who want to collaborate for comprehensive safety and security. Listen to Trump’s speeches. He ends many of them with the phrase “safety and security.” He is not talking only terrorism.

Mitch Landrieu does not know where his folly will end (Jaffe and McDonals) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_9049d8a4-779d-11e7-9cf3-67009e11b8c0.html and theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_dc514a9a-77a0-11e7-86d7-83254f2df4e3.html)

“Landrieu” seems the laughing stock of common sense.

Dunkirk (Froma Harrop) creators.com/read/froma-harrop/08/17/dunkirk-is-a-morality-story-for-shared-blessings-of-peace

Harrop praises that Churchill instituted the British welfare state 3 years after Dunkirk. “British society today is much more centered on the individual. America has always been that way.”

I want to keep America that way. Non-smokers should not fund smoker’s appetites, for example.

Writer or traitor? (Dana Milbank) washingtonpost.com/opinions/can-anyone-get-a-handle-on-the-president-who-handles-everything/2017/08/01/ed2d5a84-76f1-11e7-8839-ec48ec4cae25_story.html?utm_term=.b7936fba3b5c

“For a man with such small hands, President Trump handles an awful lot of things.” I could not read another word.

For decades, I have been perplexed by “Memorial and Remonstrance,” June 20, 1785 (M&R). I have raised the ire of many a James Madison fan by expressing opposition. Especially egregious is the claim that before I can be a citizen I must be a theist.

The URL give above leads to the text, together with an editor’s note of some two or three pages. It turns out M&R is the product of a committee and Madison did not want the public to know he was involved. Notable instigators were George Mason and George Nicholas.

After collaboration with friends and MWW, I at long last have a paraphrase of M&R’s message: Willing citizens are inspired and motivated according to private preferences yet choose to publically collaborate for comprehensive safety and security.

Phil Beaver does not “know” the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth of which most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic People of the United States, a Louisiana, education non-profit corporation. See online at promotethepreamble.blogspot.com.
