Consider writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation:  For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows We the People of the United States proffer & practice 5 public disciplines —- integrity, justice, safety, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” encourage & facilitate responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening to other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787, text, unless it is amended by the people.

It seems the Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who collaborate for human justice.

Every citizen has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

Control is necessary for comprehensive-safety& security (SECURITY).

Peace? I don’t know what that is. My life is full of controversy and conflict, even though I appreciate civic people and find them everywhere I turn.

I accept without question God’s grace and Jesus’ peace and prefer to not be around people who choose dependency rather than aid SECURITY.

Dependency must be constrained, whether it is religious arrogance, indolence, crime, tyranny, or atrocity. A civic-people, We the People of the United States, must earn their way of living plus the cost of law enforcement and pursuit of statutory justice.

Civic-citizens can& may end corruption, by educating youth to develop human being (verb) through appreciation, practice, facilitation, and encouragement “to ourselves and our Posterity”, quoting the preamble to the U.S. Constitution.

The political-philosophy metaphysically suggested by the Sumerian civilizations of 4 to 10 millennia ago is that: only human-being (noun) can& may pursue comprehensive-safety& security (SECURITY) to life on earth. That is, neither Sumer’s system of Gods, nor their city-Gods, nor their kings could usurp the responsibility of human being (verb). I express “responsible-human-independence, RHI”. “Metaphysical” herein refers to every generation’s rational application of undiscovered factual-reality (PHYSICS).

Hebrew scholars metaphysically expressed RHI in Genesis 1, wherein the creator-God, both “we” and “he”, asserts:  Humankind has the ability to provide order& prosperity to the living species and to the earth (Genesis 1:28). The rest of the Bible presents 1300 years’ literary expression of the consequences when alien-elites seek a-God-they-can-persuade to usurp human-being – a God to empower dependency. Alien-elites often partner with priests, because force by PHYSICS is more resisted than coercion by metaphysics.

The metaphysics of the recent 1700 years suggests that 1) human-being will always divide on pursuing either dependency or SECURITY and 2) the RHI-culture can& may constrain the dependent factions. The dependencies include arrogant-religion, indolence, crime, tyranny, evil, and atrocity. RHI-citizens can& may constrain dependency through statutory-justice.

The information age, made possible by the Internet, empowers adults to, from the moment of awareness of its self-interest, accept RHI, in order to constrain chaos in their lifestyle – their personal way of living.

Adults need not wait for Education Departments, journalists, judges, politicians, government employees, and pseudo-scientists to reform, in order to practice, facilitate& encourage acceptance of human being (verb) to their youth. It takes a quarter-century for a human-infant to acquire the comprehension& intention to pursue human being (verb) and another couple quarter-centuries for the adult to approach success. Therefore, adults can& must reject the alien-elite’s adage “never discuss religion or politics”, an imposition that increases civic-division.

My suggestion seems like “stop trying to re-invent the wheel”, through listening to the civilization that invented the wheel: Sumer, 5500 years ago. Furthermore, only 235 years ago, U.S. framers proffered a federal-republic, wherein RHI-citizens, We the People of the United States, retain pursuit of SECURITY, by limiting local, state, and national governments. It is a republic predicated on individual& collective integrity, justice, security, strength, and prosperity “to ourselves and our Posterity”. Religion is left to adult-privacy.

The Anglo-American 1789 Congress unconstitutionally granted themselves freedom of religion at the people’s expense in the 1791 First Amendment. Rather than accept God’s appreciation (Genesis 1:28) and Jesus’s peace, Congress imposed Anglo-American Christianity. We the People of the United States can& must amend the First Amendment. I suggest the religion clauses: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or [promoting] the free exercise thereof.

I think any community that adopts these principles and better can establish the termination of corruption, quickly enjoy a path to an achievable better future, and enjoy developing participation by inhabitants. When 2/3 of voting citizens are participating in RHI-culture at some level, improvements in local, state, and federal governments will become evident.

The U.S. has the constitutional republic on which these principles may be pursued. However, it would not discourage me to witness another nation taking the lead to responsible-human-independence on earth. The world would soon follow, because every human wants SECURITY.

So far, cultures, led by elites who are alien to human being (alien-elites), self-divide, purportedly for fellow-citizens’ benefits and practically to establish& increase power& wealth to the alien-elites. Civic-citizens, aware of the ruse, neglect responsibility to constrain government.

This principle was apparent if not articulated during the development of Sumerian kingdoms from 11 thousand years ago to 4 thousand years ago. Slaves, workers, artisans, and administrators worked together under the kings’s law codes. The kings nourished polytheism among the kingdoms, and each city had its representative God. Change to monotheism seems rational, so some groups joined the 4-thousan year-old movement toward doctrinal, personal Gods. Each group assumed their-God is the-High-God, neglecting humility.

Terah, father of Abraham, left Ur, perhaps to disengage from priests who imposed human sacrifice. Abraham switched to animal sacrifice. One of his family branches developed the principle that their Lord God elected them for a kingdom over all humankind. Another group reasoned that the kingdom was for all people who accepted election. The literature of this debate emerged between 3 thousand years ago and 1700 years ago (a 1300 year span 1700 years ago). The literature is controversially canonized by descendants of Abraham and the opposition groups -- various Bible canon such as the Ethiopian Tewahedo Canon. They often incorporate (plagiarize in modern terms) parts of older stories such as Gilgamesh, law codes such as the Code of Hammurabi, Greek mythology, and more. Yet Bible literature attempts to suppress noble, ancient political philosophies, principally that human being is solely responsible for comprehensive-safety& security to life on earth. No higher-power can usurp humankind’s responsibility: neither the-High-God nor governemnt.

Scholars parse the literature and posit rational judgement of good versus bad, and groups who pursue a higher power respond. Consequently, the ancient branches of religion have proliferated into hundreds of thousands of “virtuous” doctrine. Monotheism unintentionally turned the theory of polytheism into divergent chaos to the earth. Chapter XI Machiavellianism suggests that alien-elites accept that the-civic-people will not yield to physical force, yet they can be duped by metaphysics. Therefore, the prince who partners with the church can be successful and the people, waiting for their personal-God to relieve their descendants, accommodate alien-elite power& wealth. Eventually, the pyramid scheme fails, as in Rome.

I know of one earthly proposal to end the chaos. The 1787 U.S. Constitution proffers a republic pursuing statutory-justice. The-civic-citizens, “We the People of the United States”, limit each local, state, and national government under 5 public disciplines --- integrity, justice, security, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” practice, facilitate& encourage responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. Religion, if pursued by adult citizens, is assigned to privacy – is neither a civic nor a civil imposition. “Posterity” includes descendants and legal immigrants. By preventing civil religion, the proposal leaves Posterity independent to pursue statutory-justice during successive generations. Under the U.S. republic, there is no higher power than the-civic-people in their era. Egregiously, the 1789 Congress restored the U.S. participation in religious-chaos by unconstitutionally claiming Congressional-religious-freedom in the 1791 Bill of Rights. The-civic-citizens can& may amend the religion clauses of the First Amendment to terminate the Congressional tyranny. I suggest these religion clauses: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or [promoting] the free exercise thereof.

I am free to write this response. You can& may consider my brief review of human being. No scholars, no judges, no priests, no politicians no journalists, and scarce fellow citizens practice self-reliance. The choir, to discourage reader-interest says, “We have never seen a scholarly publication or heard a speech that would support Mr. Beaver’s theory”. And Beaver interjects myths& legends to make his point. I daily restate my opinion yet cannot aid fellow-citizens to adopt responsible self-interest. The alien-elites do not intend your independence.

Personally-neglecting self-interest in responsible-human-independence (RHI) accommodates alien-elite-power over human being. The digital-information-age lessens opportunity to be gullible. Yet only the individual who acquires the comprehension& intention to the civic-integrity of RHI can aid constraining the alien-elites.

Just as civic-citizens can& may aid the-always-existing-poor, We the People of the United States cannot& must not accommodate the alien-elites.

PRB response: If opinion is not essential, human being awaits the-ineluctable-evidence. Only arrogance expresses higher opinion. Human being accepts to self not knowing the-ineluctable-truth yet earns an opinion when necessity demands choice. For example, I appreciate and choose to share that the earth un-hides the sun each morning rather than to advance the colloquialism “the sun will come out tomorrow”.

Human being appreciates other persons and assumes the other is pursuing being human, until the other suggests they are satisfied as mineral, plant, animal, or spirit. In that case, human being becomes cautiously empathetic if not protectively wary regarding the contact. With threat of physical harm, they exit with appropriate alacrity. Under attack, human being defends self& property.

Human being neither initiates nor accommodates harm to-or-from any person or association. Consequently, human being appreciatively cautions a person who seems to express an erroneous opinion. Human being waits for the other person’s response to the caution, perchance perception was in error. In other words, human being, in order to appreciate the other, is intolerant of harmful opinion.

Tolerating harmful opinion leads to misery& loss and ought not be practiced, facilitated, or encouraged. Belief is internal opinion and also should be discouraged, in order to favor discovery of the-ineluctable-evidence.

Tolerance discourages human being from being human. A person can& may avoid opinion& belief as much as possible, in order to practice, facilitate& encourage discovering the-ineluctable-truth. Ineluctable means “not to be avoided, changed, [neglected], or resisted”.
