paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual equality: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows: This good citizen practices the U.S. disciplines---integrity, justice,
peace, strength, and prosperity, "in order to” develop responsible
human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity.” I want to improve my interpretation by
listening to other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the
original, 1787, text, unless it is amended by the people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble
is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

comprehension and opinion that Abraham Lincoln was more politician than
responsible-human-being. I especially oppose the Lincoln and Eastman

for independence from England. There is not one word that derides the English,
Protestant Trinity of 1689, "reformed" from the Catholic Trinity of
1215. The 1776 Declaration expresses the humble-integrity to separate church
from state. And the 1787 Constitution has not one word to lessen the
humble-integrity of the Declaration.
However, I want to persuade both
Eastman and Struppa to consider my view, not to destroy their persons.
Responsible-human-independence is being regressed if January 20 is

I object to Emel Akan's perhaps
innocent report on an influencer's opinions, with no objections by Akan. It's a
common practice in today's excuse for journalism. To end the opinion piece with
"because of the CCP virus" is, to me, egregious.
It's not just illegal voting in
some states. It's not the China virus and other aggressions. It's not Russian
hope. It's not Iranian ambition. It's not communism. It’s the Democratic-Party-evil.
The rule of law regressed in the
USA when the U.S. Supreme Court turned political, intentionally or not, in
order to aid the evil of the Democratic Party's promotion of democracy as
equality without discipline. For example, ruining marriage in protection of
dignity and equity to the human ovum.
The Democrats work to defeat the U.S.
proposition: develop the domestic disciplines necessary for
responsible-human-independence. They, the media, and the Justices seem to
encourage innocent people to reject their own gender, perhaps to support
biological entrepreneurs.
The primitive political

“Liberty”, vaunted in the
eighteenth century political consequences of “the enlightenment” and often used
to draw fellow-citizens blood, is license for tyranny. Whereas freedom is a
natural-human condition, liberty is licensed by the winner in conflict. For
example, if I claim, as fellow-citizen, the ability to read and act on the U.S.
Constitution, a Supreme Court Justice claims I have license to submit-to but
neither comprehend nor comment-on the-law. He asserts that Justice-speak is not
American-English and often finds precedence in U.S.-Constitution-negating
English law. U.S.-proffered public-disciplines intend development in both
psychology and practice. If the USA survives, it will practice
responsible-human-independence rather than liberty: freedom-from oppression
rather than liberty-to alienate fellow human beings.
When a believer invokes God, they
assume the others comprehend and accept believer’s higher power. Perhaps
Unanue’s God is Judeo-Christian. Applying discoveries in the past 4 thousand
years, the scripture in Genesis 1:26-28 suggests that female&male-humans
must constrain chaos in the universe. Phil Beaver is charged with constraining
chaos in living during his lifetime. Perhaps some fellow-citizens attempt to
require their God to constrain chaos in their lives. I do not object, as long
as they do not try to impose their God in my life.
The founders in 1776 declared war
for independence from England in humility to each “Nature’s God” (necessity),
“the Supreme Judge of the world” (military power), and “the good People”
(reliability), un-questioning England’s partnership with their
Protestant-Trinity. In 1778, the founders negotiated with France for military
providence. The 1776 Declaration of Independence separates church from state.

The 1787 U.S. Constitution’s
framers proffered a culture of religious privacy, integrity, justice, peace,
strength, and prosperity, “in order to” develop responsible-human-independence
“to ourselves and our Posterity.” Nothing in the 1787 Constitution lessens the
1776 Declaration’s humble-integrity in separation of church from state.
Congress, in 1791, in the First
Amendment, codified a U.S.-unconstitutional Congress-theism partnership. The
Judeo-Catholic U.S. Supreme Court continually strengthens the totalitarianism,
recently in Greece v Galloway (2014). Therein, the Justice labeled my sovereign
resistance “niggling”. Christians can be aware that as a non-Christian I reject
St.John-imagined Jesus-directed hate toward me in John 15:18-23. The United States.
“under God” arrogates Genesis 1, the 1776 Declaration, the 1787 Constitution,
and the 1787 entity We the People of the United States, 1776s “the good
People”. The theistic phrase “under the-God” would be more humble, yet still
insufficient to citizen-philosophers.
Unfortunately, the otherwise good
people who cannot read Genesis 1 and constrain chaos in their way of living
rather than attempt to consign that duty to their God are negotiating from a
position of weakness rather than strength. It has taken only 234 years for the
Congress-theism partnership to reduce the U.S. to chaos. Fellow-citizens can
stop the ruin this years, 2021, by holding Congress responsible for reform.
The reforms I suggest for 2021
are: 1) amend the First Amendment so as to promote civic integrity rather than
civil religion, 2) restore the 1782 motto “E Pluribus Unum” and apply it to
the-God, Gods, and philosophies that the responsible-human-independents want,
and 3) replace ceremonial prayer&pledge with unison-reading of the preamble
to the U.S. Constitution in municipal, state, and federal civil meetings.
An achievable better future may
emerge if 2/3 of fellow-citizens participate in the reform.

As Ms. Gorman began to perform her poem I hoped for light on
civic integrity rather than skin color, assuming that’s what “bronze” referred
to. Moreover, for the occasion, there could have been responsible-human-independence
rather than popular dependency; acceptance of human, individual power, energy,
and authority (HIPEA) to develop integrity rather than to tolerate infidelity
to a unique person.
Does she read the Orthodox Tewahedo Bible? Does it teach that
the-God charges female&male, in the-God’s image (perhaps as HIPEA), to
constrain chaos on earth? I hope so.
Some Gorman-thoughts seem to include fellow-citizens. For
example, “Somehow we’ve weathered and witnessed a nation that isn’t broken, but
simply unfinished.” I hope her reference is September 17, 1787, which is in
concert with Genesis 1 in encouraging responsible-human-independence to female&male.
But that mood is broken by “skinny black girl” as qualification to become
president.
When she speaks of redemption, I hope she envisions
widespread acceptance of the-God’s Genesis 1 charge: female&male constrain
chaos during your lives. So far, civilizations assume they can manipulate the-God
to usurp responsible-human-independence, and the chaos has diverged unto catastrophe.
The 1787 U.S. Constitution affirms the-God’s charge to
civic-discipline “in order to” develop responsible-human-independence to “ourselves
and our Posterity”. I hope this is the change Gorman will promise to our
children.

think it’s because people drop the article in “the-good” so as to be vague,
perhaps to protect honesty’s insufficiency to integrity. That is, intentionally
or not, the global influence is to develop and nurture banal appetites rather
than develop the self-discipline to egocentrically pursue the-good.
Socrates
annoyed fellow-citizens by using the phrase “the-God”. Agathon suggested that
the-God’s greatest power is to neither initiate nor tolerate harm to or from
any person or god. It may follow that the-good is no-harm. These principles are
2,400 years old. Why aren’t they well known and practiced?
About
1400 years earlier, a Mesopotamian philosopher suggested that the-God charged
male&female humans to have dominion over other living species and to subdue
the earth. It seems most cultures, rather than accepting the necessity to
constrain personal infidelity, spend their power and energy trying to coerce
the-God to assure them safety and security. The-God assigned

I
think so.
First,
the scientific method is a process for research to discover the-ineluctable-truth, which exists. Humankind
works to discover and benefit-from it. The product of research is discovery
rather than proof of what is imagined.
Often,
research is disadvantaged with tools of perception that are primitive.
Therefore, the research product is beheld as the-objective-truth. For example, Greeks,
perhaps 2,300 years ago surmised that the earth’s surface was locally curved.
They communicated to observe the same-sized stick exposed to the sun at a
distance of 500 miles apart. The stick with the sun directly overhead cast no
shadow and the distant one had shadow away from the sun at the same moment.
They observed the-objective-truth based on ineluctable evidence. Today, we are
confident in the-ineluctable-truth that the earth is like a globe, because of
satellite photos and other observations.
This example is evidence that psychological research and
physical research conform to the same laws (physics); differing perceptions are
resolved using the-ineluctable-evidence. For example, an ancient (flat) earth
dweller could take offense at islanders arguing that the earth is like a globe:
the horizon is always curved, and no matter how far into the horizon they sail,
they don’t fear falling off an edge. As late as 1838 a flat-earth perceiver
erroneously “observed” that the earth is flat, starting local debate that
lasted 3 decades.
A key psychological debate derives from the power or mystery
that motivates human beings to research the-ineluctable-truth. An ancient
political philosopher, as reported in Genesis 1:26-28, expressed some ideas
that seem doubtable after 4 thousand years of discovery.
Quoting the report, “So God created humankind in his own
image; in the image of God he created him: male and female he created
them. God blessed them: God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the

There are two keys to the scientific method: First, the

“Research without integrity is ruinous; integrity without research is

Lastly, let me say that “social science” is pseudo-research,
because the sponsor seeks to prove a political point and so designs the
research. For example, to gather public opinion that guns should be
confiscated, the researcher advises interviewers to exclude hunters from the
sampling. “Social science” does not pursue the-ineluctable-truth. That’s my
opinion.

a triad of creator, God of wisdom, and Goddess of fertility. About 4 TYA,
monotheism emerged.
A

don’t know, but think comprehending the challenge requires specific
words&phrases and I suggest “the-ineluctable-truth” as definitive. The
hyphens are intended to avoid separation of the words that represent the usage.
The-ineluctable-truth
exists and male&female humans work to discover, comprehend, and
benefit-from the research. Research is limited to the available instruments of
perception and the imagination employed to search for ineluctable evidence.

example, the Bedford Level experiment (1838) conducted to prove the earth is
flat, did so, under erroneous assumptions (Wikipedia). The ancient Greeks

Some of the principal beneficiaries of this tyranny are Justices, some of
whom are Machiavelli-masters. But holding them accountable can only come from
the people who now prefer to assume that their God will cover their Genesis-1-obligation.
It is self-evident that the-God will not usurp human-responsibility.
Only a dreamer would imagine reforming believers to adopt sufficient humility
to behave with responsible-human-independence.
I work daily for that reform, which is possible only by the entity We the
People of the United States, not the church-state-partners. It is unfortunate
that most Justices do not regard themselves as fellow-citizens. They
desperately cling to English precedent at the expense of U.S.-psychological-independence

it with animal sacrifice to bargain with the-God for favor to his people.
Through infidelity to the female&male-human entity, he spawned two great religions
that would compete with his own: Judaism would turn chaotic with Christianity
and Islam.
Jesus suggested he existed before Abraham. I think that as a metaphor for
human-appreciation and accept responsibility to me if I am wrong. Before
Genesis, there was polytheism. For example, the kings of Egypt were egocentric
Gods who used slave-labor to elaborate wealth and build pyramids to shelter
their mummified, metaphysical afterdeath-objects. Other cultures also built
pyramids and other attempts to access “the heavens”.
Also, before Abraham, Zoroastrians arguably constructed a religion founded
on a triad: a creator, a truth-God, and a fertility-Goddess. A
primitive-political-philosopher in Mesopotamia reportedly suggested,
interpreting in 2021 comprehension, the following: The-God charges the
female&male-human entity, in the-God’s image, to accept independent
dominion over other living species and to subdue the universe.
Perhaps Jesus (I AM) inspired the philosopher to influence female&male
humans to accept and practice responsible-human-independence. However,
civilizations ignored the-Genesis-1-appreciation and continued to construct
doctrine by which to harness the-God to provide competitive-worldly-advantages.
No culture has ever accepted responsible-human-independence to accomplish peace

Two documents together-propose such a culture. The 1776 declaration of war
against England expresses the humble-integrity of separating church and state,
or expressing responsible-human-independence, with no complaints against the
English Trinity. The 1787 U.S. Constitution’s text and preamble have not one
word to lessen the civic integrity expressed in the 1776 Declaration. The
Constitution proffers a culture of domestic disciplines---integrity, justice,
peace, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” develop
responsible-human-independence to the U.S. continuum “ourselves and our
Posterity.”
Civil attempts to arrogate the necessity for female&male-humans to
constrain chaos in their lives (by attempting to assign the responsibility to
their God) has exponentially increased theism, such that in 2021, no two humans
have the same personal God. With insufficient humble-integrity toward whatever
the-God is, individuals invite woe: they refuse to accept
responsible-human-independence.
It is said that the future cannot resist change. I work daily to effect the
establishment of the United States under its people’s proposal that is
proffered in the 1776 Declaration and 1787 Constitution, together.

I speculate that it is the conflation of events before and after MLK, Jr’s
shooting in 1968. Included are black liberation theology, the Thurgood
Marshall-Linden Johnson alliance, Saul Alinsky church power for organized
disruption, black power, the Nation of Islam, the NAACP, the urban league, both
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton students of Alinsky-Marxist organization (AMO)
to disrupt, Jeremiah Wright preaching perhaps the Orthodox Tewehedo Bible, DNA
evidence that everyone alive descended from a woman who lived perhaps 150
thousand years ago and a man who was her ancestor by perhaps 100 thousand
years, and most of all, democracy-evil as advanced by the Democratic Party.
When
writing first empowered records of civilizations, some cultures explained the
unknowns of physics and it progeny including psychology through polytheism
rather than philosophy. Zoroastrianism, 6.5 thousand years ago TYA, perhaps

A Greek leader suggested 2,400 years ago that reliable
fellow-citizens behave for equity under statutory justice. On September 17,
1787, the United States proposed such a culture. However, in Congress, in 1791,
English loyalists to Chapter XI Machiavellianism repressed the Constitution as
“godless” and restored the colonial, factional-American-Protestant-theism.
Perhaps their motive was to establish a
Congress-Protestantism partnership to make Congressmen appear “divine” on par
with the English-constitutional Canterbury-Parliament partnership, with its 26
Protestant-bishop seats. Only the citizens who want equitable freedom under
statutory justice can stop the tyranny.

I cringed each time the people’s friend, President Donald
Trump, expressed that the 1954 Knights of Columbus’ “. . . under God” is more
reliable than 1782s “E Pluribus Unum”, which is on the Presidential seal. I
don’t know.
But during my eight decades, I have experienced and observed
the oppression of Judeo-Christianity. And I have thought, written, and spoken
for two decades the urgent need to amend the First Amendment, recently, to end
state support for competitive theism in order to proffer civic integrity, which
can be measured by humble-integrity.
If the Justices allow the inauguration of Joe Biden, I
cannot imagine survival of the USA as humankind’s best hope to abide the
suggestion in Genesis 1: female&male, regardless of any other
characteristic, is charged with constraining chaos in the universe.

I firmly opine: not so.
Parents who accept their child as a person who intends to
develop into a human being rather than tolerate an opposite (animal or plant),
coach and encourage the child to acquire the comprehension and intention to
live a complete human life--both chronologically and psychologically.
The human being has the individual power, the individual
energy, and the individual authority (HIPEA) to develop his or her person unto
his or her unique perfection. To do so requires the self-discipline to develop
humble-integrity in thought and deed rather than tolerate infidelity to self.
Humility derives from necessity, whatever its cause. For
example, if a person needs to warn beach goers that a tsunami is coming and
they must move to highest ground as soon as possible, they need not explain
what caused the tsunami. On the other hand, a person need not introduce another
to metaphysical concepts such as soul. No human being knows that soul is
ineluctably-true, and the other’s metaphysics may be perfect already.
Appreciation of these principles came from Agathon, as I
view his speech: The ineluctably-good person neither initiates nor tolerates
harm to or from any person or association, including self and family.

I seek fellow-citizens with an improved view of the-good and
who appreciate the-God.
Most
people in Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court during U.S. history and in 2021
seem divergently busy negotiating religion for us and freedom for them.
We, "ourselves and our Posterity" of 2021, have
self-interest in amending the First Amendment to promote civic integrity rather
than civil religion. Individual citizens choose either civic integrity or
infidelity-to-self and thus divide themselves: therefore, unity is not an
attainable goal. There must be civic standards and civil constraints:
appreciation to the-God and discipline to the-good.
The above syntax, the-good or the-God, is restated political
challenge by Socrates about 2,400 years ago, in Athens, Greece. Did Plato, who
wrote about Socrates, read the perhaps 1,400-years earlier suggestion by a
political philosopher in Mesopotamia (reported in Genesis 1:27-28)?
The message, in 2021 awareness, seems: Necessity, or
personal-good, constrains male&female human-beings to flourish in dominion
over other living species and to subdue the earth. (The philosopher was unaware
that dinosaurs had died off 65 million years earlier.) Male&female humans
develop responsible-human-independence, in humble-integrity to the-God (perhaps
the-good).
In U.S. intentions, church is separated from state in order
to establish responsible-human-independence. The U.S. proposes to develop
civic-discipline in humble-integrity rather than impose
civil-unity--totalitarianism.
The founders, in the 1776 declaration of war against
England, established humble-integrity by representing "the good
People". They did not disparage the British Trinity, then Protestant
(1689) but formerly Catholic (1215). The appreciated “Nature’s God” for the-human
power, energy, and authority to self-discipline. They appealed "to the
Supreme Judge of the world" to confirm war-intentions. In 1778, they
appealed to France for military providence. In words and deeds, the "good
People" affirmed Genesis 1's charge to independently constrain chaos
during life. The founders separated church and state.
In 1787, the framers, negotiated intended domestic
rule-of-law: the draft U.S. Constitution. They issued not one word to diminish
the humble-integrity expressed by the founders, by the Mesopotamian
philosopher, and by Socrates. (For all we know, the Jesus of "before
Abraham I AM" influenced all the ancients who advocated independent
humble-integrity. If that is so, who could object?) The framers, moreover the
signers, separated church and state.
Only 39 of 55 framers were signers, and some of the 16
dissenters approved of neither separation of church and state nor of "our
Posterity" (of both the 1776 and the 1787 "ourselves") to hold
elected and appointed officials (local, state, and national) accountable to
humble-integrity then and into the distant future.
Egregiously, the first Congress, in 1791, created an
unconstitutional religion-Congress-partnership perhaps to compete with the
egocentric "divinity" claimed by the
Canterbury-Parliament-partnership in England. Since then, the U.S. Supreme
Court has codified the totalitarianism against the entity We the People of the
United States. Greece v Galloway (2014) dubs my concerns "niggling".
Egocentrically-superior to fellow-citizens, Justices are
informed by Nicolo Machiavelli in "The Prince" (1513) that officials
in a church-state-partnership can live high on the hog and citizens will
neither emigrate nor rebel: Fellow-citizens are busy negotiating with their
personal God for distant-relief from the loss and misery to their posterity.
Unaware-believers neglect the-God, and the-good goes wanting.
Let 2021 be the year We the People of the United States hold
Congress accountable to end their partnership with religion: amend the First
Amendment in order to promote humble-integrity to the-good rather than
religious-hubris against the-God.
