Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth, which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
"Civic"
refers to citizens who collaborate for individual
happiness with civic integrity more than for the city, state, nation, or
society.
Consider writing a personal
paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation: For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and
paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows We the People of the United States proffer &
practice 5 public disciplines —- integrity, justice, peace, strength, and
prosperity, “in order to” encourage & facilitate
responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening to
other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787,
text, unless it is amended by the people.
It seems the
Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or
not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this
independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states
deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is
legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who
collaborate for human justice.
Every citizen
has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in
the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try
somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the
goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies
grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to
discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.
Selected theme from this week
End the 234-year old Congressional-lie
Neither government nor
whatever-controls-the-consequences-of-human-choice (some say God; some say
chaos; I’m thinking the laws of physics& progeny) can constrain religious
beliefs or spiritualism. Congressional-chaplains& the U.S.-First-Amendment-religion-clauses
are despotism that empowers both Congress and the Supreme Court --- partners in
the tyranny against U.S. citizens.
We, the good-People among We the People of the United States
can& may stop accommodating self-oppression: amend the First Amendment, in
order to promote civic-integrity rather than Congressional-religion.

This article is wrong-minded and encourages the divergent
chaos this world is suffering.
Homo sapiens is only 300,000 years old. The idea that female& male
human-being can& may constrain chaos on Earth came during the recent 6,000
years. So far, most cultures and civilizations have used spirituality to
attempt to avoid, change, or resist self-interest in constraint. However,
physics does not yield to spirituality, reasoning, adulthood, or any other
human construct.
In the recent 70 years, humankind has traveled in space and plans a nuclear
reactor on Mars within the next 15 years. But socially, some of us have
regressed to the time when unwanted babies were carelessly put on the pyre.
I don't know the-ineluctable-truth, but think that the past 70 years' explosion
of single-parenthood has caused retrograde carelessness about children. I'm not
talking about the woman's ineluctable-duty to decide whether to remain pregnant
or not: I'm talking about the responsibility due her decision to gestate and
deliver a baby that does not face privation of the dignity and equity due a
person.
Adults can& must do everything possible to help children. Justices and
Justices ought to consider themselves adults with public obligations to
children. This article’s self-glorification of partnerships because the 2
parties share personal satisfaction and depravity regarding children promises
chaos more divergent than early 2022's global irresponsibility.
It's not too late for human-persons and societies to notice that they can&
may constrain chaos in their individual way of living. For the young adult
embarking on a future grounded in self-satisfaction the door may be closing
fast. It's a door with swinging hinges if the reversal is early.

Ineluctably not!
“Ineluctable”, the essential word for 2022 U.S. independence
(perhaps at last), means “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”,
merriam-webster. com. It was first published over 400 years ago. The phrases
“ineluctable truth” and “the ineluctable truth” were published in 1906. It is
shocking that most people don’t know “ineluctable”. I use hyphens to invite
readers not to disassemble the-ineluctable-truth.
Please help the ineluctable-message go viral.
Back to your question, some of the delegates-to (framers-of)
the 1787 constitutional
convention did not want to invent a unique nation. They believed that the
(unwritten, yet) “tried& true” British constitution was the best in their
loyal world. The signers (39 of 55 delegates) proffered independence from all
known governments in the western world.
The key provisions were: the people in their state authorize
both their state constitution and the U.S. constitution. But not all the
people: only the people who comprehended and accepted the obligations to 1)
amend the constitution as future necessity& justice required and 2) to aid
continual fulfillment of the national intentions. Citizens who don’t own and
practice their interpretation of the intentions stated in the preamble ought-not
be-licensed to vote! (That’s an essential future-reform.)
The interpretation of the preamble I comprehend and live by
today is this: We, the-good-People of our state, collaborate with We the People
of the United States in observing 5 domestic disciplines --- integrity,
justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” practice, facilitate,
and encourage responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”,
including legal immigrants. The U.S. guarantees the states a republic.
Colonial-British loyalists in the 1788 ratification process dominated negotiations such that at
least 2 of the 9 required ratifying states demanded re-establishment of
Anglo-American, colonial tradition in the form of a Bill of Rights. In 1791, Congress substantially mimicked
the 1689 English Bill of Rights. The U.S. has accommodated this Congressional
tyranny against the good People ever since.
We, the 2022 “ourselves” can& may establish the intended
USA rather than continue to accommodate English tradition in the U.S. Will the
ineluctable truth be that we intend to lose our republic?

For 1 million dollars to permanently amend the U.S.
Constitution’s Bill of Rights, I would happily choose to eliminate the religion
clauses in the First Amendment. Every civic, civil, and lawful citizen can&
may choose religion or none, and neither fellow-citizens nor government --
local, state, or national, can do anything about it.
The religion clauses unconstitutionally allow Congress and
the Supreme Court to defy the power that controls the consequence of human
choice. Not only is it unconstitutional, Congress defies the 5,500 year old
political philosophy expressed in Genesis 1:28. In 2022 awareness: human-being
can& may independently constrain chaos on earth.
The 1776 declaration asserts that power in the spiritual
realm is “Nature’s God” rather than England’s Trinity, a reformed-Catholic
opinion. It declares in the military realm it is “the Supreme Judge of the
world”. In 1778, the founders obtained Providence from France. In 1781, England
surrendered to France and the Continental Army at Yorktown, VA.
The 1787 Constitution proffers 5 domestic disciplines ---
integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” practice,
facilitate, and encourage responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our
Posterity”, and that includes legal immigrants. We, the 2022 “ourselves and our
children” can& may amend the First Amendment’s tyranny so as to protect
individual& corporate-civic-integrity rather than Congress-religion.

When
immediate-survival necessitates change, all but the food, shelter, and rest
needed to sustain the change-agents, such as soldiers, is expendable.
For
example, if “the good People” (borrowing from the 1776 declaration of war
against England) allow We the People of the United States to change America to
a democracy, let alone, a social-democracy, all is lost. The U.S. is a republic
authorized by the people in their states.
Fellow
citizens who don’t comprehend my statement can& may do the work to
comprehend it, then take the action they deem
necessary& just to their civic self-interest. Passives, democracy
proponents, and socialists, and spiritualists beg ineluctable ruin.
“Ineluctable” means “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”.
Note,
I write my opinion, because I do not know the-ineluctable-truth.
https://www.quora.com/Under-what-circumstances-have-you-ever-found-yourself-totally-accepting-that-losing-your-freedom-would-be-worth-it?
by Mike Wilson
Locke’s premise is that the-God owns the human-being as
property. No government or person can lessen God’s property. Even the property
cannot lessen their person.
The 1774 founders, in their declaration of war for
independence from England rebuked both Locke-God and the English-Trinity by
claiming authority to “the good People of these Colonies” from “Nature’s God”.
Further, they rebuked Locke by modifying “life, liberty, and property” to
“Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”. Further still, they claimed
military reliability on “the Supreme Judge of the world” anticipating military
Providence from France.
To cut this short, we, the good people of We the People of
the United States can& may reform from the English psychology that binds us
and dismiss the freedom Congress bestows and the liberty they license, in order
to accept responsible-human-independence (RHI).
To your question, I accept RHI, work to pay my taxes, and
observe statutory laws so as not to invite U.S./Louisiana/Baton Rouge license to
oppress me.
https://www.quora.com/unanswered/Virtue-is-a-process?
by Ordo
Maybe so. But I don’t think so.
Merriam-webster.com opines that virtue is: conformity to a
standard of right or a particular moral excellence. That seems more a
practice than a process.
The process is research to discover the-ineluctable-truth
and how to apply it, in order to reduce human misery and loss; in other words,
reduce chaos on Earth. Human-beings can& may research
the-ineluctable-evidence, study its utilization so as to at least not increase
chaos, then practice, facilitate, and encourage fellow-citizens to take
self-interest in the results.
“Ineluctable” means “not to be avoided, changed, or
resisted”. After 400 years’ secrecy about the word “ineluctable”, 116 years obfuscation
of the phrases “ineluctable truth” and “the ineluctable truth”, I hope you will
help make 2022 the year the-ineluctable-truth starts dominating world political
power.
My hope is especially strong if you are a Justice, an
attorney, a political official (elected or appointed), a clergyperson, a writer
for the media, and most of all, a voter.

by Fondem Marcellus
When a question hints that I can& may learn something, I
appreciate it. If after a couple Google clicks I’m convinced, I sometime list
appreciation by calendar date on my blog, promotethepreamble.blogspot.com. I
thanked you, Mr. Marcellus.
I didn’t find help searching “secular deontological ethic”.
So I lessened the phrase.
The search “deontological ethic” took me to a favorite, plato.stanford.edu,
where I found, I think, “deontology is [a] normative [theory] regarding which
choices are moral [regardless of consequences]”. My knee-jerk reaction is:
there is no such thing as deontological ethic because ethics journals the
discovery of the laws of physics& its-progeny.
There are three guides for my way of living. First, I have
the power, the energy, the authority, and the duty to constrain chaos in my way
of living. In my self-interest, I choose to act on the-ineluctable-truth.
Therefore, I observe the law and earn more than I need for living expenses and
saving for retirement, in order to pay my taxes. Secondly,
I am reliable in civic obligations to family, friends, and fellow-citizens,
whether dependent or not. I keep my spirituality private, unless a
fellow-citizen wants appreciative dialogue about spiritual-options. Third, I
neither initiate nor accommodate harm/injury to-or-from any person or
association. I make mistakes, but don’t repeat them. For example, I no longer
routinely drink alcohol or allow frustration to change my demeanor.
Interestingly, I made these decisions for secular reasons. I
thought my alcohol routine was killing me, even though the routine was
relatively moderate. Having had 5 heart procedures, I felt frustration was more
threatening to my life than exertion.
A brief scan of abstracts found by searching “secular” at
plato.stanford.edu suggests: not spiritual, not ecclesiastical, not religious, not
emotional, not metaphysical, and political. Thanks again: I want to read plato.stanford.edu/entries/emotion-Christian-tradition/
too.
Unless “secular demonological ethic” equates to
responsible-human-independence in the discovery of the-ineluctable-truth and
how to use it for the-good, I favor consequentialism and reserve the
opportunity to change my mind after reading the above 2 articles in reverse
order someday.
I read and write to learn and would appreciate your
comments.

It seems that the individual gains much by considering
the-metaphysical-Jesus. That is, the inspiration to collective human-beings to
act on necessity& justice rather than emotions or doctrine. Jesus said: be
perfect, before Abraham was born I am, aid the prince regarding secular
concerns, you are gods in the-God’s image, be peacemakers, be humble, and more.
It seems Jesus supports if not originates the Genesis-1 message.

Let 2022 be the year we "the good People" among We
the People of the United States insist on the-ineluctable-truth. Key to the
hyphenated phrase, the hyphens to invite readers not to disassemble, it, is the
word "ineluctable". It means, in meriam-webster.com
opinion, "no tot be avoided, changed, or resisted". That's powerful
alone, but when coupled with "the . . . truth" it's demanding.
According to the Google ngram "ineluctable, ineluctable truth, the
ineluctable truth" the first was published in 1571 and the latter 2 in
1906. The question is who are the liars who have kept "the good
People" from mastering "ineluctable". I certainly question all
the educators, politicians, Justices, and clergy persons in my past.
Of course, there is the excuse that most of the-ineluctable-truth is unknown.
For example, I think when my body, mind, and person stop functioning there will
be only the-good I accomplished, and I can easily blame Cynthia and our family
for most of that. I don't know that in my afterdeath an ineluctable soul will
be judged by whatever-controls-the consequences of a human-being's choices. I
think my death is ineluctable.
I worked on, but did not manage alone, the development of these ideas. In 2006,
I presented a speech, "Humankind Has Faith and Understanding but Needs
Virtuous Individuals," to a group at the Unitarian Church. It was an
update of a speech earlier in 2006 at LSU, "People of Faith in Truth, Some
of Which is Yet Unknown". Hugh Finklea and Christine Fowler, respectively
were my sponsors, following Brij Mohan.
But the important, directive event was a polite conversation in the fellowship
time at the church. Harold Weingarten, PhD Chemist, now relocated to
California, asked me, "Phil to what truth should we turn for this faith:
ultimate, absolute, God's, or Phil's?" I responded, "The truth that
does not respond to humankind's evaluations and can only be discovered".
Each time I have discovered an update, I have thanked Harold for his wonderful
question. Never did I think the response had been published without the
hyphens, in 1906.
Early this year, I began sharing "the-ineluctable-truth" with
everyone who will listen that long. I get mostly delight and am someone
perplexed when the listener is not glad to know "ineluctable" and
"the-ineluctable-truth".
I hope during 2022 we see the term "the-ineluctable-truth" go viral
and take on evolutionary power over U.S. federalism. It is 234 years past time
for U.S. citizens to take the civic-duty& self-interest of informed,
licensed voting seriously.

We take the flu shot every year. Existing viruses mutate and
the vaccine industry adjusts, in order to statistically constrain flue cases.
"While the effects of flu varies, it places a substantial burden on the
health of people in the United States each year. CDC estimates that flu has
resulted in 9 million – 41 million illnesses, 140,000 – 710,000
hospitalizations and 12,000 – 52,000 deaths annually between 2010 and
2020." (CDC)
"The annual direct and indirect cost of flu in the U.S. is more than $87
billion." Infection Infectious Diseases
The flu-constraint-entrepreneurs would destroy their business if they had a way
to essentially destroy flu viruses. Also, the federal agencies in charge would
shut down. Hmmm. Maybe they love mutations, so focus on vaccine research rather
than flu eradication.
In fact, imagine how much power the entrepreneurs could wield if they invented
and manipulated a virus!! But who in this world would manipulate a successful
enterprise unto utter chaos? The Chinese Communist Party along with the WHO,
supported by Fauci& friends?
If so, what microbiologist in the world would have the courage to discover and
present the proof?
Springing from
your vaccine-industry-loves-mutations post, your airline-pilot-post suggests
crash research to eradicate COVID then do the same with the flu.
