Consider writing a personal paraphrase of the preamble, which offers fellow citizens mutual appreciation:  For discussion, I convert the preamble’s predicate phrases to nouns and paraphrase it for my interpretation of its proposal as follows We the People of the United States proffer & practice 5 public disciplines —- integrity, justice, peace, strength, and prosperity, “in order to” encourage & facilitate responsible-human-independence “to ourselves and our Posterity”. I want to improve my interpretation by listening to other citizens and their interpretations yet would preserve the original, 1787, text, unless it is amended by the people.

It seems the Supreme Court occasionally refers to it, and no one has challenged whether or not the preamble is a legal statement. The fact that it changed this independent country from a confederation of states to a union of states deliberately managed by disciplined fellow citizens convinces me the preamble is legal. Equity in opportunity and outcome is shared by the people who collaborate for human justice.

Every citizen has equal opportunity to either trust-in and collaborate-on the goals stated in the preamble or be dissident to the agreement. I think 2/3 of citizens try somewhat to use the preamble but many do not articulate commitment to the goals. However, it seems less than 2/3 understand that “posterity” implies grandchildren. “Freedom of religion,” which fellow citizens have no means to discipline, oppresses freedom to develop integrity.

If I was proposing to constrain the-God to my dream, no one would listen. If I were attempting to impose on fellow citizens the belief that Jesus is the-God almost no one would listen. If I claimed the-God does not exist, about 2/3 of inhabitants would not listen.

However, I am attempting to make 2022 the year most people are learning the word “ineluctable”. In America, it means “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”.

Further, I attempt to modify “truth” with the new word, the article “the” and hyphens: the-ineluctable-truth exists and humankind works to discover it and use it positively. For example, the sun is a natural thermo-nuclear reactor rather than the-God, as some ancient cultures thought.

When an individual does not know the-ineluctable-truth, it is prudent to accept “I don’t know”. It's OK to have an opinion. However, believers take for granted rationalizing the claim to know the-God, for example "by faith". I doubt the-God tolerates constraint to someone's faith. I doubt Jesus accommodates beliefs about him.

It takes humility to accept “I don’t know” when that is so. Humility, necessity, and justice are critical to the human individual who would aid humankind to establish safety& security on earth with the hope of eventual peace.

American citizens broadly recognize 5 factual realities. First, necessity& justice constrains the pregnant woman to choose to remain pregnant. Second, the world’s cultures do not inculcate in males& females the civic-integrity to develop responsible sex practices. Third, there are no humans who want to be gestation-law enforcers when the woman prefers to terminate her pregnancy. Fourth, no one can warrant to the fetus the care needed during their first 25 years, in order to acquire the comprehension& intention to develop their human person. Fifth, claiming that a fetus is a person is easy:  But the person’s quarter-century transition to human-being is hard.

Citizens who want to force a pregnant woman to remain pregnant are obligated to take the next step: propose gestation laws and the gestation-enforcement system.

Race and privacy cannot compete with necessity& justice.

Mr. Hasley, I like your approach: state an opinion and ask for another opinion. Somehow, “gender equality” is substituted for the question that came to me about “equality”. I respond without the gender modifier.

The nouns opportunity, responsibility, and accountability can be manipulated for necessary-truth, so my opinion is: no, I do not agree. On the other hand, every surviving person can discover and choose the-good.

“Necessary-truth” refers to whatever opinion supports the author’s agendum. For example, psychology-officials can earn money by supporting sex-change entrepreneurs. They encourage with immunity innocent youth to dedicate their lives to the industry. Politicians, knowing the government revenues are enhance by created industries support the tyranny over the lives of the youth. As usual, constructed necessary-truth follows the money.

There is available to the public a more accurate, precise, and deep expression: the-ineluctable-truth. “Ineluctable” means to Americans “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted”. Most Europeans provide “change”. It’s just one of the many ways Europeans, especially Brits, cannot comprehend what it means to be an American. If 2022 is the year “ourselves and our Posterity” including legal immigrants start demanding that professionals address the-ineluctable-truth rather than truth, the world can& may begin to observe an achievable better future.

A perspective I choose is the view of the ovum a woman’s body produces: whether or not that unique individual will be inseminated, gestated, delivered,& nourished unto self-comprehension& intention to become a human-being. Chances are probably near 1 in a few million.

If so, they can& may choose to develop the civic-integrity that is essential to responsible-human-independence (RHI). If not, they default-to or choose dependency. The dependencies include indolence, crime, tyranny, evil, and worse. Some dependencies beg personal termination.

Humankind has been informed since the Sumerian civilization, ending 4,000 years ago, that no entity will usurp the individual’s opportunity to constrain chaos in their way of living. Thereby a person aids collective human-being to provide peace on earth. Unfortunately, cultures since Sumer inculcate in their youth the quest for a higher power, in order to discipline their lives. Cultures, unintentionally or not, encourage individuals to choose a dependency.

Elites who comprehend this ploy, develop civic-awareness without RHI and use it to oppress fellow-citizens who gullibly wait for a higher entity to bestow constraints in their personal way of living.

Civic-citizens appreciate and reward fellow-citizens who practice, facilitate, and encourage RHI. For example, civil engineers are appreciated for safe buildings& bridges; shipbuilders for safety at sea, and first-responders for security. However, most government-officials, judges, and the media grant themselves high incomes and low civic appreciation.

The infant who is born unto a couple whose 4 parents practice, facilitate, and encourage the civic-integrity required for RHI is most fortunate yet can& may choose a dependency. Everyone else can& may independently discover& accept RHI.

It seems can& may accept RHI is a common, rarely tolerated, human condition.

What would the-God say about faith in the Bible rather than in the-ineluctable-truth?

The newborn human-individual has the opportunity, the power, the energy, and the authority (HIOPEA) to develop their unique person unto perfection before dying. That is, perfection of their unique-person, which is necessary to aid humankind’s perfection.

Necessity, due to the parents’ mortality, compels them or other care-takers to accept that they can& may practice, facilitate, and encourage civic-integrity during the infant’s first quarter century. If so, the infant can& may take charge of her/his transition to young adult with comprehension& intention to conduct a complete human life. Not all parents live a quarter century after birthing and not all infants survive the first quarter century.  Not all parents, care-takers, and infants accept HIOPEA, and some choose to apply HIOPEA for a dependency. Dependencies include indolence, religion, crime, tyranny, evil, and worse. Dependencies oppose civic-integrity. Justice requires civic-citizens to constrain dependent citizens, in order to prevent social democracy or chaos.

Together, necessity& justice demand the individual to practice, facilitate, and encourage responsible-human-independence (RHI). An individual may develop faith in a God, but neither the-God nor government can usurp the person’s HIOPEA.

No culture inculcates in their youth comprehension& intention to discover and practice the-ineluctable-truth. “Ineluctable” means, to an American, “not to be avoided, changed, or resisted” and to a European “not to be avoided or resisted”.

Yesterday, a person engaged me in conversation. His faith in Bible reasoning motivated resistance to the-ineluctable-truth. Soon, I asserted: that since we don’t know that the-God exists it’s preferable to state our belief and add “Yet I don’t know”. I cautioned that we don’t know if the-God favors the Bible over the-ineluctable-truth and to give a new word, ineluctable, time to mellow& flourish.

Life in the USA may go on as it is – borrowing on Posterity. On the other hand, it could be time for more accurate, deep, and precise consideration so far not invoked by the way societies use “truth”. The-ineluctable-truth exists and it is humankind’s duty to discover it and use it for survival. Developing faith in a God is not a problem and long as no one attempts to constrain the-God.

Neither the-God nor Jesus, if they are different entities, yield to Bible canon or its interpretation.

In these clips, it seems to me Fauci is saying his equivalent of: our objective understanding is that persons who have had a virus are immune for quite some time. However, we cannot address your demand for the-ineluctable-truth: we do not know the-ineluctable-truth.

Society has been inculcated with "truth", which means "the factual reality about something"--pretty uncertain, it seems. The necessary inclusiveness of "something" deludes the precision, accuracy, and depth of "truth". The delusion empowers cunning people to distort the truth.

Unfortunately, "journalism schools" teach cunning rather than reliability. Student reporters practice the art of asking a question and reporting the answer to enhance the reporter's chance for promotion and salary increase; that is, to assist the boss's agendum.

If civic-citizens learn "ineluctable", which means "not to be avoided, changed, or resisted", we will become alert to its use in political literature. Further, if they come to think, as I do, that Europeans use the term without the "unchangeable" quality, they will have better understanding of U.S. intentions: responsible-human-independence.

Further, if we learn to demand the-ineluctable-truth, officials like Dr. Fauci will be empowered with an accuracy, depth, and precision heretofore unavailable: the-ineluctable-truth. They can even combine it with your slant, Chris: Fauci could answer, "To be transparent, I don't know the-ineluctable-truth about how long natural immunity prevails" or better.

Let 2022 be the year the civic-people of the US began to demand the-ineluctable-truth, lessening if not defeating transparent un-truth.

Chris, thank you. The last line is maybe a pun: "No one ever knew the world would spin so fast. I didn't."

Whether "spend" or "spin" I didn't either.

Life started when I met Cynthia. I want it to last another 54 years and will settle for what comes. That's the "spend" possibility.

Also, the earth-surface is spinning at 1000 mph! But I feel secure. So much for perceptions.
