Note 1:  I often dash words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth.
 Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.

A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver:  Willing people in our state routinely, voluntarily collaborate for comprehensive safety and security: continuity (for self, children, grandchildren & beyond), integrity (both fidelity and wholeness),  justice (freedom-from oppression), defense (prevent or constrain harm), prosperity (acquire the liberty-to pursue choices), privacy (responsibly discover & pursue personal goals), lawfulness (obey the law and reform injustices); and to preserve and cultivate the rule of law for the USA’s service to the people in their states.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward the preamble.

The Legislature made TOPS a giveaway rather than an incentive, and the people of Louisiana may demand reform.

Dean says “Jesus is worthy to be praised. Will you be in Heaven to sing for him.”

I don’t know, but perceive I am in heaven now.

I voted for Trump instead of any of the GOP candidates. Then I voted for Trump instead of the Clintons et. al. Now, I want President Trump to succeed. Regardless of slogans, I want America to be great.

Harrop rationalizes her wine-drinking appetite. 

Statistics is for the people who serve the people but mean nothing when you are the victim of the malady the statistics address.

However, the point about conflicting evidence respecting cancer versus heart disease is valid. For personal independence it is good to listen to your body and psychology, keep notes, and share the notes with your doctor. If the doctor’s inclination is consistent with personal thoughts anyway, go with your person’s advice.

Harrop’s thoughts about statistics did get through my one read. However, try stock prices for an alert to fractions. If Amazon is at 1000 and gains 20%, that’s 1200. If it then drops 20%, that’s 960, a 4% loss from 1000.

I think it is better to leave medical statistics to the doctor and listen to your body’s response to your behaviors.

Hate is a learned practice, and Dionne seems to be a teacher.

According to the people’s civic agreement, as interpreted by Abraham Lincoln in 1863, We the People of the United States agree to government of, by, and for the people.

The religious right does everything it can to instill hate for the preamble. It labels it “secular” when it is neutral to religion. They claim it is hypocrisy, because the articles that follow it do not provide “equality.” They try to force freedom of religion on the nation when freedom of thought is essential to the people and a responsibility/duty by each person. It tries to impose the thirteen states’ declaration of independence from England on the people who are willing to trust-in and commit-to the preamble and collaborate for civic justice.

To be of We the People of the United States, as defined by the preamble, the first provision is to take care of the comprehensive safety and security that is essential to personal independence. The consequence is personal happiness. With a super-majority of citizens who are willing, a better future is achievable.

 I’d like to collaborate on the comprehensive part of “comprehensive safety and security.” How may a man or woman achieve comprehensive personal independence? Does the USA offer the freedom-from oppression that is essential to earn the liberty-to pursue comprehensive personal independence? By adopting the agreement in the preamble, can willing people achieve happiness in a lifetime?
