Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1:  I often dash words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth.
Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver:  We the willing people of nine of the thirteen United States commit to and trust in the purpose and goals stated herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services by the USA, beginning on June 21, 1788.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward its agreement.

The Advocate does all it can to propose more taxes, with no consideration of bad effects for the people (that includes children).

Let’s examine what the universities are teaching. The lack of skilled workers may be the result of misguided course offerings, such as dialogues on racism, a course announced last year at LSU. Does that course prepare students for Alinsky-Marxist organization (AMO) or what?

And when a student’s GPA is based on the opinion the professor is teaching, perhaps AMO opinion, what value is offered the people of Louisiana? Was the president's opinionated 2016 symposium "Moment or Movement?" erroneous opportunism? Competition with Southern University? How much did it cost?

I think the people of Louisiana need more oversight of the LSU administration. Cut back on unproductive courses and administrators and university budgets may be lessened. The state will then have more money to help K-12 children, for example.

Bottom line, I want to move TOPS waste and LSU waste to gas tax in order to save workers from the I-10/I-12 parking lots, K-12, and child-protection services, for examples.

To JT McQuitty: I hope legislators increase the GPA required for TOPS to 3.0.

Today’s thought, G.E. Dean (Psalms 16:8 CJB)
“I always set ADONAI before me; with him at my right hand, I can never be moved.”

Dean says “Faith in God breeds great confidence. Put your faith in the Lord.”

It seems to me Dean’s great confidence may be fulfilled in the afterdeath. I was not involved in my beforelife, and neither David nor Dean cause me to doubt my origins: they seem pure to me. I plan to continue to try to live responsibly and not worry about my afterdeath. However, I would not encourage anyone to follow me: each human has psychological power and must be true to his or her person.

Street Nurses (Shields) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_fea060a4-8e61-11e7-8f17-33e2a9b961b2.html)

Sounds like a new kind of first responder. Would Street Nurses have headquarters, administrators? Liability insurance? Police protection? Adequately adjudicate customer complaints?

Too much invisibility (Linder)
(theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_360bc2ec-b813-11e7-950d-33bc0d6972d7.html)

Fagan is new to me, so I was hoping Linder would lessen my enthusiasm for his column. I came away with only "invisible."

Columns. (The fiction/non-fiction comments gallery for readers)

GOP not important (Cal Thomas) (baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/oped/bs-ed-op-1021-cal-thomas-20171018-story.html)

The GOP does not seem to care about the people who voted for President Trump, but those people are making their mark on the political scene.

Freedom of speech (Michael Gerson) twincities.com/2017/10/24/michael-gerson-education-must-mean-more-than-the-avoidance-of-offense/

Offense is a matter of opinion, and humility shields a person from personal opinion. Educators may coach students in humility.

Nothing to Facebook ads (Byron York) (washingtonexaminer.com/byron-york-10-reasons-to-stay-calm-about-those-russia-facebook-ads/article/2636711)

The report on the Russia ads seem what we expected: poorly timed, randomly distributed, and inept.

I do not address entities I do not value, such as society. The people? Yes. Society? No.

The people are of two kinds: persons willing to collaborate for justice and dissidents to justice. So, what the people need is willing persons.

What people need the most for justice is comprehensive fidelity. That is, fidelity, both respectively and collectively, to the-objective-truth; to self; to immediate family; to extended family and friends; to the people; to the nation; to the world; and to the universe.

Comprehensive fidelity seems like a quest for perfection, and that may be. My sister, Dona Bean, recently passed, called it fidelity to her God, and it may be. To me, it’s just a rewarding way to live.

Phil Beaver does not “know” the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth of which most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic People of the United States, a Louisiana, education non-profit corporation. See online at promotethepreamble.blogspot.com.
