Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when
the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by
listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below
invites readers to write.
Note 1: I often dash
words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity
represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible
error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could
be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth. Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase
of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver: We the willing people of nine of
the thirteen United States commit to and trust in the purpose and goals
stated herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity,
liberty, and perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services by the USA, beginning
on June 21, 1788.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble
and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward its agreement.
“We’re praying a lot this week — hoping . . . for the
wisdom to understand why . . .”
I’m not among The Advocate’s “we.” The time for prayer and hope
for wisdom is long since passed. With prayer and hope America has drifted from
republicanism into the brink of liberal democracy; from the rule of statutory
law to the chaos of anything goes; from dedication to children to continuous
adult satisfaction.
How does a gunman get 19 assault guns into a Mandalay Hotel
room? The why is of secondary importance to how he could get by hotel security.
And vigilantism has to be stopped. The why is of secondary
importance to how vigilantism is perpetrated?
I stopped hunting years ago, yet maintain my guns and preparedness
for self-defense. However, I never had the least notion that my guns were for
vigilantism.
Readers woefully know that I lobby for civic morality. Alinsky-Marxist organization (AMO) is one of my chief concerns regarding comprehensive safety and security. AMO is a form of vigilantism that recruits protesters to take the risks of AMO disruption while the bosses in remote locations define the cause. Thus, the AMO vigilantism turns unsuspecting citizens into vigilante victims.

With 229 years’ practice of the civic agreement that is
stated in the preamble to the constitution for the USA, there is lots of
evidence that, at most, 2/3 of the people behave so as to conform to the goals
stated therein. The majority population is kept from recognizing each other by
the theism-politician regimes that dominate governance. With a population of
325 million, it is important for the theism-divided majority of 217 million
citizens to realize there are some 108 million dissidents to the American
citizen’s civic agreement. Among those dissidents, some are criminal.
We citizens who
are willing to behave according to the preamble may promote its civic contract
and thereby act to lessen the percent of dissidents due to ignorance or
passivity toward the agreement.
Thereby, the criminals can be more readily
identified so as to pose the civic question: Why are your motives criminal, and
what can we do to help you increase the majority beyond 2/3 and perhaps
approach 99 percent?
To
Matthew White: I attended Jeremiah Wright's sermon at
Southern University on February 21, 2015 and left there determined to
understand. See

I have posted in this forum many times sources that report on Alinsky. Most important is Alinsky himself at youtube.com/watch?v=OsfxnaFaHWI. Note especially his justification for violence in the last two minutes.

To Matthew
White, again: You quote Alinsky on Alinsky, which
is unreliable: his definition of Marxism is narrow.
Alinsky's
Marxism comes in the form of the victim vs oppressor claims on which he
justifies disruption and violence.
Today’s thought,
G.E. Dean (Matthew 6:33-4, CJB)
“But seek first his
Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as
well. Don’t worry
about tomorrow — tomorrow will worry about itself! Today has enough [trouble or distress] already!”
Dean says “This is a wonderful life verse. Trust and honor
the Lord and he will take care of the rest.”
Mysterious hopes and tropes do not solve problems. I think
readers should challenge The Advocate for publishing Dean-folly. Shows you what
I know about freedom of the press to pursue a business plan.
Letters
Family (Rice) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_d6c81146-a485-11e7-a3d1-a3fb89787840.html)
To David Martin: When a corporate president woefully writes so as to mislead the
people, the people may object, because they will bear any woe that is coming.
“Family,” according to the-discovered-objective-truth refers to a man and a woman who intend to bond for life and perhaps become parents. Their life-long bonding assures the necessary dedication to help a child transition from feral infant to young adult with the intent and understanding to start on a path of rewarding life over some ninety years. The parents maintain their bond so as to be grandparents to their grandchildren and perhaps beyond. Therefore, it is a bond for life.
Adult satisfactions of various appetites create human bonds of every imaginable configuration, and those adaptations are more cumbersome that the family. People form such bonds for their reasons. However, they should not impose satisfactions of their appetites on the people.

For example, the person who
acquires a child so as “to have someone to love me” has potentially abused the
child, and any abuse should not be imposed on the people.
Nor should Energy promote that
kind of abuse of human persons. Many people in industries that support
non-family living may take a harsh view of my opinions and perhaps
the-objective-truth, which I do not know.
To JT McQuitty: In other
words, the work of LSU Public Policy Research Lab seems mendacity like that
described by Oren Cass in "Policy-Based Evidence Making," National
Affairs, No. 32, Summer 2017, page 52.
Lock replacement delayed six decades so far (Stark)
(theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_cb5b67ee-a48b-11e7-9190-33a5eac0fa64.html)
The
reference Stark gave us dates the locks 1923. It seems 45 minute passage
typically takes 16 hours --- 5% efficiency.
The cost
must be relatively high, but I did not discover the amounts involved. I guess Start
knows that the savings would not be significant, and therefore he did not share
the numbers with us. Maybe he’ll read my complaint and help.

More to protest (Terry Robinson)
(theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/article_1994c08e-a385-11e7-ae36-cf8861c39e4a.html)
I am a chemical
engineer. The reactors I designed will not blow up. Some of them, before I
became involved, could have blown up. One was near Busch Stadium, in St. Louis.
Suppose I had
told you, Terry Robinson, and all of your followers that before I would take
charge of revising the design so that it would not blow up you had to listen to
my political views. What would you think of me? Good citizen or tyrant?
I think you are tyrants. I will not watch the NFL.
Nor do I regard
you as fellow citizens: You seem dissidents to civic morality.
Interpretations (George Will)
chicoer.com/article/NA/20170930/LOCAL1/170939983
I appreciate this view: “. . . in the spirit of Friedrich Nietzsche: There are no facts,
only interpretations.”
I appreciate to focus on unwanted
taxation and wage control and don’t recall such a fact-filled column by Will
that was not about baseball.
Phil Beaver does not “know”
the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth of which
most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic People of
the United States, a Louisiana, education non-profit corporation. See online at
