Limit 4 powers: legislative, adminsitrative, judicial, and the press

Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth, which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
"Civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for responsible freedom more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase of the June 21, 1788 preamble:  We the civic citizens of nine of the thirteen United States commit-to and trust-in the purpose and goals stated herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services to us by the USA. I want to collaborate with other citizens on this paraphrase, yet would always preserve the original text.

To Chuck McMichael: Is “cynical” the attitude that provokes The Advocate’s concern for freedom of expression? Let justice work. If the speaker was responsible, let the courts rule.

I want to revise the First Amendment to constrain expression by responsibility, and my chief concern is the press. In particular I oppose The Advocate’s support for social democracy to overthrow the American republic. If you make America like Europe or anywhere else, the world has lost any hope for statutory justice. Statutory justice is based on the-discovered-objective-truth rather than dominant, arbitrary opinion.

But the real concern in the COA case is a Metro-Council, with the inside information about COA’s management practices would recommend a referendum on taxation for COA’s enriched mismanagement. Until that tyranny is corrected, Clark-Amar’s blame pales.

Why does The Advocate give the Metro-Council a free pass on the COA travesty? I want the USA to amend the First Amendment so as to constrain freedom of expression according to justice.

Start with journalism itself. How is it possible for a paparazzi journalist to find employment in the USA? It should be an offense that warrants jail time for the writer and multimillion dollar fines for his or her employer.

I hope Knock Knock Children’s Museum thrives until the end of time, and I celebrate the volunteers past and present.

I would love to work with a K-12 educator to create a history presentation, with variations depending upon target age group, based on documents rather than scholarly opinions about the documents. The purpose would be to broaden imagination of “the American dream,” so that children may develop confidence and serenity in their personal perceptions of happiness: private liberty with civic morality or a better idea the child develops.

I appreciate The Advocate writers using the phrase “civic life,” which to me indicates citizens collaborating for people more than for the municipality, government, or a doctrine. A civic people behave morally no matter where they are:  in the city in the woods or in privacy.

I write all the time to establish the idea that civic morality comes before civil morality, which by example persuades dissident citizens to join a civic culture. The USA offers an agreement, the preamble to the constitution for the USA by which citizens divide themselves. The agreement offered in the preamble is practiced by many people because it is in their genes and memes.

However, most people erroneously refer to “we, the people,” as political power rather than “We the People of the United States,” the subject of the agreement and indeed the people who are on the quest to develop statutory justice as described in the 1787 Constitution.

Social democracy religion (Caccioppi) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_c7934980-1ce3-11e8-94d9-0739bc5937d5.html)

Social democrats, and I suspect Caccioppi, need to admit they threaten the American republic exponentially more than any foreign power does.

Social democrats never knew that the American dream is private liberty with civic morality. A civic people, those who collaborate for justice according to the preamble to the 1787 Constitution, practice fidelity to an achievable better future and have done so for 231 years.

The civic culture looks to President Trump and Vice-President Pence to discover a way to restore the march to statutory justice after seven decades’ bemusement by social democrats and worse, such as AMO: Alinsky-Marxist organizers, who persuade recruits to march for chaos and take the risks. A current AMO leader is Barack Obama with OFA:  nbcnews.com/storyline/democrats-vs-trump/obama-aligned-organizing-action-relaunches-trump-era-n719311.

I agree about voting. There is no "right" to vote. Voting is a privilege and anyone who has not concluded that his or her vote ought to be for the-objective-truth however they would express it, ought not vote.

The idea of voting for Republicans, the Congressional Black Caucus, a women's caucus is no better than stumping a toe on a visible post, walking 20 paces away, walking back to the post, and sitting down clutching the toe and wailing.

Civic failure (Kathryn Jean Lopez) (uexpress.com/kathryn-jean-lopez/2018/2/23/the-legacy-of-billy-graham)

Humans privately contend with two external powers: actual reality and civil order. Persons who accept and develop their human authority to control personal energy during each moment of their individual lifetime may develop either civic serenity or bad habits.

In the evolution of humankind, cultures developed that inculcate the pursuit of two higher powers:  God and government. Thereby, many persons, intentionally or not, fail to develop fidelity to the-objective-truth (and the commensurate, transcendental, civic culture).

The civic person develops a comprehensive fidelity that springs to self, immediate family, extended family and friends, the people (nation), the world, and the universe, both respectively and collectively. The persons who collaboratively develop fidelity constitute the civic culture with its aim, comprehensive safety and security, or private liberty with civic morality. Hopefully, dissidents will be attracted to the civic culture.

The ecumenical movement fails this human authority, responsibility and hope. The Christian community may reform by recognizing that civic morality is a prerequisite to civil order, in other words, the quest for statutory justice. Statutory justice is obtained by collaboration to discover the-objective-truth. In a civic culture, every no-harm belief and institution of believers may flourish, perhaps to discover that the-objective-truth includes God.

Readers may object to my expressions on the occasion of Billy Graham’s passing. However, I am addressing Lopez’s column to encourage an achievable, better future more than an exclusive legacy of the past.
