Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1:  I often dash words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth.
Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver:  We the willing people of nine of the thirteen United States commit to and trust in the purpose and goals stated herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services by the USA, beginning on June 21, 1788.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward its agreement.

Our Views (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/our_views/article_96c04230-8ced-11e7-8730-775406cf2457.html)

It seems unjust for The Advocate to not address the plight of Louisiana residents who are being squeezed out of federal aid by an apparently incompetent governor, whose appearance before Congress was so dismal that representatives of other states considered Louisiana uncompetitive. Also, doling out the $1.7 billion Congress granted is so bitter for the state: wounded homeowners can’t touch the money. While The Advocate and liberal-democrats dream of presidential candidacy, the real governor seems brutal to the people.

Enforce the law (Polito, 9/9) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_58edcbb4-93ee-11e7-9cbd-7326a6815e4f.html)

You want the government to limit the free exercise of religion?

Philip Frady Yes. Religious canon that conflicts with USA law is unlawful, uncivil, and uncivic.
Further, the 1st Amendment may be revised to defend thought, free and responsible expression, and a free and responsible press.

Dreamers (Michael Barone)
(rasmussenreports.com/public_content/political_commentary/commentary_by_michael_barone/can_trump_and_democrats_make_a_deal_on_immigration)

The deal I want to see is the one that upholds the rule of law. Liberal democracy, based on emotionalism, passion, and disruption of the civil order aims to ruin America’s great promise: the rule of law.

The politicians who find themselves on President Trump’s side will have collaborated to defend the rule of law rather than antifa’s terriorism.

Tax Increase (Mark Ballard) theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/mark_ballard/article_b0ca4982-94a4-11e7-85c1-9f4f1b08804d.html

Ballard writes to support Gov. Edwards’ push for tax increases. I oppose Ballard and Edwards. I want the state to stop spending money on special interests.

Tax Increase (George Will) stltoday.com/opinion/columnists/national/george-will-will-congress-be-stirred-from-its-slumber/article_24fa22f6-60d9-5b74-91ab-5478ab326dcc.html

Will cheapens himself with Alinsky-style ridicule of President Trump, but then touches on perhaps six decades of Congressional decline by their own actions. They shirk responsibility to regulators, courts, and the administration.

There are better writers on the topic of Congressional decline. For example, nationalaffairs.com/publications/detail/how-to-strengthen-congress. Will’s specialty is nourishing his personal opposition to President Trump. I oppose Will.

CASA (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/entertainment_life/article_5982b80a-8f52-11e7-8734-7fc32d4635af.html)

In my opinion, CASA is unfortunately dominated by church, racialism, and the past.

A citizen whose world view is that a child is first a person with the potential and unrecognized intention for human psychological power, second a member of an immediate family, third a member of extended families, and fourth a citizen --- where church, skin color, and gender are adult, private powers to divide --- should not apply to be a CASA volunteer. Even the question about church affiliation on the application seemed an incredulous warning sign.

I share this message in hopes that CASA will consider reform beyond the dominance of church, racialism, and the past, provided my experience represents the-objective-truth --- actual reality. An organization that does not grow is doomed to fail and may be failing children as I write. Yet I am glad I applied and formed opinions.

Phil Beaver does not “know” the-indisputable-facts. He trusts and is committed to the-objective-truth of which most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic People of the United States, a Louisiana, education non-profit corporation. See online at promotethepreamble.blogspot.com.
