Phil Beaver works to establish opinion when
the-objective-truth has not been discovered. He seeks to refine his opinion by
listening when people share experiences and observations. The comment box below
invites readers to write.
Note 1: I often dash
words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity
represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible
error. In other words, a person expresses his “belief,” knowing he or she could
be in error. People may collaboratively approach the-objective-truth. Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase of the preamble by & for Phil Beaver: Willing people in our state routinely, voluntarily collaborate for comprehensive safety and security: continuity (for self, children, grandchildren & beyond), integrity (both fidelity and wholeness), justice (freedom-from oppression), defense (prevent or constrain harm), prosperity (acquire the liberty-to pursue choices), privacy (responsibly discover & pursue personal goals), lawfulness (obey the law and reform injustices); and to preserve and cultivate the rule of law for the USA’s service to the people in their states.
Composing their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive whether they are willing or dissident toward the preamble.
Our Views (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_838e365a-8e95-11e7-a88e-83956650ffe2.html)
In appealing to President Trump for past needs of over $2 billion for 2016 Louisiana flood relief, The Advocate overlooks Congress.
Congress involves competition among 50 states, and Gov. Edwards bungled the plea for flood victims in his appearance in Washington last winter. In fact, he embarrassed Louisiana Congressmen.
I do not see how a human
being can take a trip to the Vatican when he is needed as Governor of Louisiana
--- to speak for the people flooded out of their homes and jobs. And I still
don’t know how much graft is being skimmed from the funds that were granted or
how much Edwards’ Bankston-blunder cost. I'm mad for those who suffered
flooding.
Today’s thought,
G.E. Dean (Genesis 3:1, CJB)
“But he answered, “The Tanakh says, ‘Man does not live on
bread alone,
but on every word that comes from the mouth of Adonai’”
but on every word that comes from the mouth of Adonai’”
Dean says “Feed yourself spirituality. Read your Bible.”
I’ve been there and done that, and it is not good literature. Far more important
to me is appreciation. But then, I would not know this if I had not read the Bible and lived a lifetime.
I would not encourage anyone to take my word for it, but I would coach everyone: The moment your sincerity and fidelity tell you a statement is false, accept your wisdom.

I like the
Louisiana Constitution’s provision for freedom of expression and responsibility
for consequences.
Colin Kaepernick has experienced the idea, even though
almost no one knows how much Louisiana’s provision surpasses the USA’s First
Amendment.
I think the free market of ideas should continue.
Encouraging violence (Punkay)
(theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_93cd9246-8e80-11e7-912f-d3635dd003be.html)
The Advocate chose to publish a tragic, sad letter that
unintentionally encourages killers. Punkay is at fault for not being aware of
the facts, but The Advocate is closer to the facts than a stay-at-home mom
ought to need to be.
Criminals think crime pays. See, for example,

.
It’s true: Anyone who reads the news ought to be aware of
the popularity of crime. But there are two parts to responsibility: knowing the
news and responsibly acting on it. Which part of that formula is The Advocate
missing?

To Ramarcus
Jones: You illustrate a problem: To many people, black-racial
demographic takes precedence over qualifications.
Asians are a small racial faction among citizens, but most
Asians perform with excellence! Is there an Asian contender for BRCOP? If so,
let’s find him or her for consideration.
Single mom

From a living room to 1500 groups and a goal of 100 new
groups per year! And the market, with “roughly 300,000 evangelical Christian
churches in the country,” is essentially untapped. At $34/person to attend a
conference, the opportunities for profit seem big. Best wishes to single moms.
It seems to me the non-profit is misguided: “The Life of a
Single Mom teaches biblical sexual behavior.” It seems like language from a
rock song rather than guidance concerning human, mutual appreciation, bonding
for life, and shared fidelity to viable ova. I doubt 2017 believers proposing
to lead psychologically wounded persons using 1700 year-old
arbitrarily-canonized literature.
The Bible does not explicitly encourage people to enslave
others. Yet slaves should treat masters as fellows in Christ (Ephesians 6:5).
If the Bible’s mysteries contain the-objective-truth, all that remains for
humans to discover is: Who are the slaves who will treat masters as fellows in
Christ? I do not think the answer lies in church and affiliates accumulating
wealth. I think the Bible is simply wrong.
Let those who wish to collaborate for comprehensive safety
and security, using the-objective-truth, act for themselves and their families.
If that includes Bible mysteries, as long as human misery and loss is lessened,
that's good. Inspiration is a private matter.

I would line up for this experience. I psychologically
relate to the couple who “described themselves as more spiritual than religious,”
but do not refer to myself as spiritual.
At an event like this, I perceive appreciation more than
anything else.

I wonder who benefits from Charity Navigator at
charitynavigator.org. I have come to suspect most philanthropy as a way for
sponsors to circumvent the American republic, in other words, the rule of law.
For example, the USA is famous as a bread-basket for the poor and hungry and has laws to manage immigration. The Sanctuary Movement, a church-led philanthropy, helps illegals defeat the law, preventing the people specified by the preamble to the constitution for the USA from having a voice in the allocation of resources according to the rule of law.

In Baton Rouge, a force against the rule of law is the
church-led Together Baton Rouge, which is also an Alinsky-Marxist organization
(AMO), through its ties with Industrial Areas Foundation. So far, I have not seen OFA
mentioned in Baton Rouge.

most is undiscovered and some is understood. He is agent for A Civic People of
