Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth,
which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1: I often dash
words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity
represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible
error. Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase
of the June 21, 1788 preamble: We the civic citizens of nine of the
thirteen United States commit-to and trust-in the purpose and goals stated
herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and
perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services by the USA. Composing
their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive
whether they are willing or dissident toward its principles.
Today’s thought,
G.E. Dean (Matthew 24:14 CJB)
“ And this Good News about the Kingdom will be
announced throughout the whole world as a witness to all the Goyim. It is
then that the end will come.”
Dean says, “The time is near. Jesus is coming back. Are you ready?”
Yes.

Civic immorality (Cantin, Dec 17) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_5e0f01cc-db91-11e7-a15e-0b4f17134da6.html)
This letter and
comments plus developments (including, so far, in my own home) motivated me
just now to think “only America offers potential greatness” (as I want to
think).
The human divide over skin color is
universal, but there is potential to establish skin-justice because of the
American republic, or the rule of statutory law. The skin-sharks may utilize
the preamble and the-objective-truth that each citizen is also a person.
A review of sports incidents at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports
hints that Americans seem passionate about baseball, where player vs spectator
interplay is common.
I recall attending one NFL game, a
Saints game, and I was impressed that interplay by fans is part of the culture.
Fans love being fans. The communications seem mostly amusement, but some is
bitterly competitive and some borders on hate. It is common for players to
communicate with fans, a shared activity. I observe communications on TV. Expressions
by players to fans is not unexpected, and as in all expressions, the speaker
takes responsibility for the consequences.
Beyond the voluntary sport association
of professional players, organizations, officials, TV and fans, there is an involuntary
association as citizens---an involuntary association caused by the fact that
lives of the citizens are being lived here and now. The citizens are divided by
civicality vs dissidence, collaboration vs conflict, dominance vs justice, and
satisfaction vs unrest. “Civic” refers to collaboration with fellow-citizens to
discover and effect statutory justice. For example, civic citizens do not lie.
At any point in time, the citizenry may be divided by thirds as activists, pacifists,
and opponents.
So far, the authority of the people is
government imposed military power and police power. The authority the people
submit to in the USA is a clergy-politician-partnership; let’s call it American
theism, a Chapter XI Machiavellianism.
In this country, colonial, English Chapter
XI Machiavellianism was disestablished by the draft constitution for the USA. It
was ratified by nine states, establishing the USA on June 21, 1788. However,
the first Congress, with ten states in the USA, established
factional-Protestant legislative authority by hiring congressional chaplains in
April-May, 1789. Congress established American theism, which has prevailed
these 228 years, about 7 months after the USA was established without theism.
Congress ratified the Bill of Rights 42 months after the religiously neutral
constitution was ratified by the nine states. America’s opportunity for greatness
is offered in one sentence, the preamble to the constitution for the USA. It
seems we have reached the nadir of American Chapter XI Machiavellianism and the
ascent to civic morality is underway. The transition from 2017 to 2018 is a
time to celebrate!
I encourage the NFL players who unite
to kneel in objection to the USA: Read the preamble; break it down to your
version of “Because I want the civic culture with the provisions stated herein,
I authorize and collaborate for statutory justice according to this constitution
for the USA.” Thereby, join a civic people and begin a journey of encouraging,
by example, dissidents to join in private liberty with civic morality. Help
establish that in the USA, the authority for peace rests with the civic people
rather than with government or personal Gods.
What’s happening in my family of four
is that interest in the NFL has lessened to reading about the unrest. The biggest
leader of the fans is MWW. Suddenly, I cannot rekindle interest in the various
teams she once followed. She’s changed her interests.

Human fidelity (Carolyn Hax)
(seattlepi.com/lifestyle/advice/article/Carolyn-Hax-When-deciding-whether-to-contact-12410707.php)
It’s amazing
that such blindness exists among female advisors in the emerging age of bravery
regarding sexual abuse.
An authentic
woman knows that she is generating about thirteen viable ova per year during
her fertile years. She keeps her physical and psychological person tuned to her
obligations to any child she may generate---healthy mind, body, and
relationships with men. It is unlikely that a man who is not committed to her
and her ova would expose her progeny to a life without a father who intended to
appreciate his offspring.
An authentic
man is aware of these human needs and behaves accordingly.
A woman has
learned that she was conceived by a mother and father who were either unware of
or negligent about human fidelity and fidelity to actual-reality. She is obligated
to humankind to inform her mom and dad of her full awareness. A lot of people
will need to deal with her message, but it must be delivered for their sakes
and for any children that might emerge from their relationships.
It is amazing
that in this day of confrontation regarding sex abuse an “advisor” does not
know enough to give good advice. I do not claim to know the-objective-truth,
but would like to discuss these ideas with Hax and other “experts”. I think
harm is being done.

To Lindsey Parrish:
I appreciate
the tip, will google study, and tell you what I think.
However, I am attentive
to Barack Obama and his ambition to overthrow the American republic using
collective, liberal democracy.
The story goes
like this. Convince minorities that they are victims of Americanism on whatever
basis appeals to the particular minority---skin color, preference, gender,
religion, etc. Recruit them to disturb civic justice by indirect means, such as
blocking roads and other passage. Influence them to collect their sentiments.
For example, black groups join with LGBTQ groups. Thereby, gain the majority
vote. This is my naive understanding of Alinsky-Marxist organizing (AMO) or
Obama's own OFA, with headquarters in Chicago and W.DC. Local affiliates are
Together Baton Rouge (IAF) and perhaps Together Louisiana.
Christian
dominance in the USA has happily declined. Whereas in 1790 99% of citizens were
factional-Protestants and 5% could vote, today some 14% are 1790s
factional-Christian and 100% of non-criminals may vote. More critical and
unhappily is the fact that young people don't really understand the American
republic (see last paragraph). Some presidents don't understand.
For example,
Bush II said the 21st century was the century of democracy. I suppose he meant
voting. However, there is no doubt that majority rule is among the worst forms
of government that exists. It is not labelled "mob rule" without
cause.
In Federalist
10, James Madison worried about collectivist democracy. Saul Alinsky gave Barack
Obama and Hillary Clinton the formula for creating collective democracy to
overthrow the American republic. However, AMO’s product is chaos. See newenglishreview.org/DL_Adams/Saul_Alinsky_and_the_Rise_of_Amorality_in_American_Politics/.
In 2016, Americans, awakened to five decades of AMO progress, saw opportunity
to end it and said, "It stops here and now."
It is not
obvious, but, I think, President Donald Trump is aware of everything I wrote but
without my naiveté. For example, I think as soon as the Congressional Black
Caucus wakes up to the actual-reality that statutory justice is the
responsibility of every citizen rather than government or God, the caucus will
collaborate for civic justice then begin to enjoy Trump's honest integrity.
I’ll be back about modern American communism as you kindly requested.

The Church (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/news/courts/article_36b30190-844e-11e7-8deb-13a7db139041.html)
I appreciate this report and past reporting by
The Advocate on Together Baton Rouge AMO/IAF negotiations with Gov. Edwards,
including the recent triumphal meeting at University Baptist Church. theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/news/politics/legislature/article_d264ceb2-c589-11e7-a114-d3a982d8faff.html.
I attended a meeting at Mt. Zion First Baptist Church months ago and saw and
heard the Catholic vs Protestant fellowship-bantering between Edwards and Cage.
I request the Louisiana Legislature to interject themselves into this
destructive conversation.
“East
Baton Rouge Parish Councilman Matt Watson: ‘The fact that we're competing with
every other surrounding parish here does put us in a situation where we have to
be a little more generous.’"
“Greg Bowser, president of the Louisiana Chemical Association, is
also not a fan of the changes, which he said will stifle industrial growth in
Louisiana. ‘It's made it more complicated to get a contract. There's no
certainty anymore.’"
“’Well, frankly, that's the point’,
said Together Louisiana leader Broderick Bagert.”
Nothing surpasses honest bantering to uncover
the civic immorality of an AMO negotiation. If the Legislature doesn’t both
intervene and establish integrity, the people of Louisiana will suffer.
Amend the First Amendment
(theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/news/article_775c62ae-e4e8-11e7-8203-4fed8b9ee37a.html)
This is a
wonderful event which could effect essential reform for statutory justice.
In this land,
indigenous habitation for millennia was, beginning in the 15th century,
arbitrarily displaced by European property-ownership “law” under the Christian
doctrine of “discovery”.
On September
17, 1787, twelve of thirteen free and independent states proposed to
disestablish English Chapter XI Machiavellianism using the draft constitution
for the USA. On June 21, 1788, nine states ratified the constitution,
establishing the USA. However, the first USA Congress, with ten states,
established national factional-Protestant legislative authority by hiring
congressional chaplains in April-May, 1789. Congress reestablished divine
authority, but as American theism. It has prevailed these 228 years, after only
7 prior months of the USA without legislative theism. Congress ratified the
Bill of Rights 42 months after the religiously neutral constitution was
ratified by the nine states. In its First Amendment, the then 14 states
codified institutional theism and Chapter XI Machiavellianism rather than the
human responsibility to think.
America’s
opportunity for greatness is offered in one sentence, the preamble to the
constitution for the USA. It claims that justice as freedom is human
responsibility and therefore the duty of every citizen rather than government
or religion. It seems we have reached the nadir of American Chapter XI
Machiavellianism and the ascent to civic morality is possible if not underway.
Perhaps this
courageous lawsuit will rise to the United States Supreme Court and overturn
the infamous Greece vs Galloway (2014), which tacitly if not literally says to
the people, “Government prayer is for legislators and administrators and is
therefore none of a citizen’s business. The niggling citizen can leave the room
or simply remain quiet.” What outrage!
The essential
reform is amendment of the First Amendment so as to assert each citizen’s duty
to think rather than defend institutional theism. Perhaps somehow, the USA will
reform to statutory justice at last.
Meanwhile,
every citizen may consider an idea and make a choice: Only one species, the
human being, has the psychological and physical power to accept the
responsibility for freedom. It is up to each person in every age to either
accept this human responsibility or deny it.
This is not everyday
thinking. It dates from reading Rose Wilder Lane's book, "The Discovery of
Freedom," 1943.
Other forums
Thank you Fara, for the opportunity
to clarify.
First, I wrote “the-objective-truth”
to invite you, the reader, not to separate the three words. By writing
“objective truth,” you write of a different subject, and that act allowed you
to relate it to “responsibility.”
The-objective-truth exists and
humans can only discover it. Once discovered, the human being is obliged to
conform to it. For example, jumping off a high cliff almost always causes death
die to the force of gravity, so humans observe gravity (that’s physics).
Similarly, lying may be discovered, and ruin the liar's reliability in
communication, so civic citizens do not lie (that’s psychology).
Evolution informs us that every
species either adapts to its changing environment or perishes. However one
species, the human species, has the physical and psychological power to change
his environment.
The species we know as human—-the
group that is able to develop language and grammar—-has developed cultures that
foster war. The individual persons are acclimated to an authority that has the
power to wage war.
But individuals who publicly connect
to trade do so in mutual satisfaction. A person wants a product or service and
he or she shops around for a vendor and negotiates a mutually satisfactory
price. The product or service is delivered in good quality, the payment is
made, and both parties are happy. Or there is a mistake and it is reported and
satisfactorily resolved. In another example, concert attendees queue to present
their tickets without dispute. In other words, it is well known that
individuals can live in civic peace.
The human individual has the power
to establish mutual freedom, and therefore he or she has the responsibility to
so behave. If not, he or she is a dissident to civic justice.
With a majority of individuals
collaborating for civic justice, a civic culture may emerge. The civic culture
would include many arbitrary associations, such as religions, fine arts,
vocations, avocations, sports, etc., all collaborating in responsibility for
freedom in the presence of dissidence.
The-objective-truth is the standard
against which dissidence is observed: jumping off a cliff invites death and
lying invites exclusion from civic collaboration.
These ideas come from my experiences
and observations after seventy-four years’ determination to discover—-by
living, reading, writing, and communicating—-why, in such as wonderful world
with so many wonderful individuals, there is so much misery and loss.
At this time, I think the answer is:
During the past 6000 years, cultures evolved that influence individuals to seek
an authority rather than to personally take the responsibility to establish
freedom. Freedom requires justice; that is, fidelity to the-objective-truth
rather than opinion.
No two ova are equal. Fertilization
of the two ova could produce two persons, who also would not be equal. Further,
each person may either produce ova or spermatozoon. Each person is unique. To
speculate that they are equal requires precise explanation of the basis. The
only basis that makes sense to me is that they have equal opportunity to
develop fidelity to the-objective-truth.
