Phil Beaver seeks to collaborate on the-objective-truth,
which can only be discovered. The comment box below invites readers to write.
Note 1: I often dash
words in phrases in order to express and preserve an idea. For example, frank-objectivity
represents the idea of candidly expressing the-objective-truth despite possible
error. Note 2: It is important to note "civic" refers to citizens who collaborate for the people more than for the city.
A personal paraphrase
of the June 21, 1788 preamble: We the civic citizens of nine of the
thirteen United States commit-to and trust-in the purpose and goals stated
herein --- integrity, justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and
perpetuity --- and to cultivate limited services by the USA. Composing
their own paraphrase, citizens may consider the actual preamble and perceive
whether they are willing or dissident toward its principles.
The Advocate
just cannot grasp how foolish their publication “Our Views” seems, day in day
out. I guess they think I’m the only citizen who perceives The Advocate writers
and editors do not consider the people of Louisiana worthy of honest integrity;
to The Advocate, the people are merely targets of a business plan.
Only a few days
after Kennedy magnificently exposed, on behalf of all citizens of the USA,
ineptitude by “Matthew Petersen, a Trump nominee for U.S. District Court
judge,” The Advocate attracts attention as a free and irresponsible press.
To offset Kennedy’s well-grounded concerns about
releasing prisoners, The Advocate cites reform measures funded by other states
and not even initiated in Louisiana, the responsive Governor’s panel, and The
Advocate’s powerful, “We hope.”
The time for The Advocate to consider reforming to a
responsible press is passing. The Advocate maintains the opportunity for someone
to take the authority by establishing due responsibility for human freedom
rather than attempting to impose opinion.
Senator John
Kennedy, you are performing for a civic people beyond the expectations when we
voted for you all those times we had the opportunity. You seem to be where the
civic people need you most, but we would not discourage any choice you deem
appropriate for your life.
Today’s thought,
G.E. Dean (Psalms 30:2 CJB)
“I will exalt you, Adonai, because you drew me up; you
didn’t let my enemies rejoice over me. Adonai my God, I cried out to you, and
you provided healing for me. Adonai, you lifted me up from Sh’ol; you kept me
alive when I was sinking into a pit.”
Dean says, “Pray. Ask God to intervene on your behalf. God
still answers prayer.”
David, seems to be expressing humility for good fortune.
Dean tries to convert that into a power over God through prayer. What works for
Dean is of no interest to me. I speculate that I have neither the knowledge nor
the power to tell God what I want done. I take the authority to be responsible
for mutual civic freedom in all public and private connections.

Government Street (Manhein) (theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/letters/article_f1b32da4-e668-11e7-9ba0-9709a7fac2b0.html)
I do not look
forward to a revised Government street. I agree that the people most
economically affected should influence the decisions.
I reach Ragusa
from Eugene Street and Simple Joe’s from Acadian. With so little need to drive
on Government, I should have no say---beyond that I appreciate the people there
who supply the goods and services I want or need and support their wishes in
the matter.

To Lawrence
Parker:
You raise
pertinent, valuable concerns. My concise response is in my statement,
"Civic people collaborate using the agreement that is stated in the
preamble (and the-objective-truth, which can only be discovered) rather than
conflict for dominant opinion."
There are civic
people in every country, and, in the USA, most civic people tacitly if not actually
behave according to the agreement in the preamble. The preamble is specific to
human beings who live here rather than to ethnicity, gender, class or chosen
civic associations such as religion and politics. The agreement is followed by
specification of laws and institutions to either fulfill the goals or be
amended to end injustices that are discovered. The ultimate goal is statutory
justice.
The preamble
changes authority for governance from arbitrary power-regimes (police and
military) or personal gods or none (factional religions) to people who want to
mutually provide private liberty with civic morality. In other words, from
imposition of arbitrary power to voluntary collaboration by the people. The
civic people collaborate for the opportunity to pursue happiness according to
personal preference rather than the entities of your concern---official
policies or authoritarian state.
The lame “we, the people” does not refer to the
agreement. My current paraphrase of the agreement is: “We civic citizens
commit-to and trust-in the purpose and goals stated herein --- integrity,
justice, collaboration, defense, prosperity, liberty, and perpetuity --- and to
cultivate limited services by the USA.” In this agreement, civic citizens
accept the authority and responsibility to establish statutory justice.
Statutory justice defines law and law enforcement that offers each individual
the opportunity for private liberty with civic morality.
When most individuals
accept the human authority to establish (mutual) freedom, the institutions of arbitrary
power and coercion become dysfunctional. By the will of a voluntary civic
people, some dedicate themselves to the institutions that willingly become
servants to efficiently execute statutory justice so as to support each newborn
and every living person in his or her quest to discover his or her preferences
and pursue them in mutual, comprehensive safety and security. Dissidents are
constrained, and by example of a civic people, are motivated to reform.
Spending (Cal Thomas) journalnow.com/opinion/columnists/cal-thomas-let-s-cut-spending/article_6590f53b-39e3-5c8e-9ace-54846c32728b.html
“Government doesn’t lack revenue;
it lacks spending discipline.”
However, supporting one’s self is
not a matter of dignity: it is a matter of taking responsibility for personal
freedom, and the authority to extend freedom to other citizens. Both government
and God attempt to usurp the individual’s authority to establish responsible
freedom and thereby motivate dissidents to join in statutory justice.
I’m
disappointed Thomas did not denote that overhauling government within the
limits of the preamble and the articles in the constitution that support it is
underway. Thomas usually does list President Trump’s administrative
accomplishments.
I hope Gov. John Bel Edwards and his liberal-democrat
subjugated press, The Advocate, takes note of the Coolidge quote, “A
government which lays taxes on the people not required by urgent pubic
necessity and sound public policy is not a protector of liberty, but an
instrument of tyranny. It condemns the citizen to servitude.” The people of
Louisiana neither need nor want enslavement.
Reversing Obama anarchy (Michael Gerson)

Gerson may be aware that Obama is the anarchist who was praised by Saul
Alinsky’s son and that AMO creates conflict for chaos; newenglishreview.org/DL_Adams/Saul_Alinsky_and_the_Rise_of_Amorality_in_American_Politics/
.
If Gerson reads the Washington Post he is aware of “Obama
. . . never made [a decision] so destructive of the fabric of the Constitution
and the comity that is essential for productive governance.” See Rubin, 2012,

President Trump
is undoing Obama’s anarchy and restoring the American republic. He is restoring
the people’s opportunity to take the responsibility for personal freedom---the
core opportunity to take the authority for civic morality, leaving religious
morality to believers’ privacy.
Political polls (Stephanie Grace)
theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/opinion/stephanie_grace/article_e5f5812c-e674-11e7-b96e-ef3326874223.html
The university training that a message should
be written for the audience together with the university training that public
policy is determined by public opinion and social science determines public
opinion has the pollsters so confused that Hillary Clinton is president of the
USA and it’s only a matter of time until the free and irresponsible press
entraps President Trump in their failed attempt to provide Hillary the power
she squandered.
Grace may
reform to personal responsibility for human freedom rather than servitude to
the liberal democrat dream: replace the American republic with chaos. Russia
want Stephanie to succeed. Europe wants Stephanie to succeed. China want Stephanie
to succeed. A civic people of the USA will not let Stephanie succeed.
No DNC hope (Jules Witcover)
baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/oped/bs-ed-op-1219-witcover-gop-savior-20171218-story.html
Witcover expresses the desperation of a DNC with no
viable candidates.
Witcover is delusional that the GOP is in control.
Citizens who want an American republic rather than liberal-democrat chaos have
a champion: President Donald Trump.
The sooner politicians get the message, the better for
the politician. However, a civic people have claimed the authority for
responsibility in human freedom. The chaos of priestly-politician-partnerships,
or Chapter XI Machiavellianism is over.
Wake up, Witcover, or not, as you like.
